Training, motivation and duplication are the core tasks of a sponsor vis-a-vis his/her team members. Using the Stream posts can help achieve such goals by engaging our affiliates to be proactive resourceful..

We can choose to post a Stream every day, once every two days, or at minimum, once every three days.

Thus, the flexibility in our Stream post frequency allows us variations in their content, and a full use of all the opportunities of sharing SFI news, policy innovations and reforms, product introductions, additions of sales and sponsoring tools.

Our Stream post objectives would highly benefit us and our team members, if we engage them to take action in areas and opportunities with clear potential of bringing positive results and having a great impact in growing our SFI businesses.

I find the most effective ways to engage my team members in various activities, including the following:

- Tips on how to win the "Time Machine" games. I proceed by analyzing the question asked by the current "Time Machine" game to determine the most likely answer and share it my my affiliates,as well as a2a friends. By doing this, I have helped my team members win more than once. And, better yet, I get rewarded for referring members to play the game.

- Alerting affiliates on new "Spin and Win" opportunities as they are offered through the weekly SFI Newsletters. I always encourage my team members to read those Newsletters, and take advantage of the information and tips they contain. "Spin and Win" is just an incentive to do so, and earn some valuable Action VersaPoints.

- Brief presentations of new policies, new products, income streams, new sales and sponsoring tools. Sometimes, it may be fitting to address these new development in two or three consecutive stream posts, if not more, depending on their importance and impact.

-Alert on interesting, educational and clarification nature of some Forum posts. As we and our affiliates may not have the opportunity of reading all the Forum post, it may be beneficial to draw their attention to some of those posts that stand out for the information they provide, and the clarification they bring to some issues we face in our efforts to build our businesses.

One way you could engage your team is through marketing techniques. "But wait!" I hear you say, "I'm not very good at marketing." Well, don't worry because I have a plan.

Get on to the world's most favourite search engine and search for 'online viral mailers' or you could just look for listjumper as a good first choice. Sign up using an email that you have created especially for this job because you will start to get lots of emails, so you do not want to use your regular email.

If you don't have one, get on gmail and create one with an address that's easy to remember; for example, (yourfirstname)mailers followed by gmail (.) com. (ONLY use gmail or you'll have problems signing up.) Now you will start getting marketing emails about various 'making money online' products (most of which will be rubbish, so don't be tempted to sign up for them).

Once you start receiving the emails, actually read what they say. They use language that has been tested numerous times to get the most amount of clicks, so they work! After a while, you will see a pattern. These are using language that work well.

Now, you can post a regular weekly stream that will help your team market SFI, TripleClicks, or whatever specific product they are trying to market.

The added bonus to this method is that if you are not particularly good at online marketing, this will give you a crash course. You can also use the viral mailers you have signed up for to market your own products. Oh, and don't go crazy. I use this method to market my products (because they are free) and I have been doing it a long time, yet I can only manage about seven different sites.

Stream will be quite useful to send short messages with a limit of 340 characters per post.

SFI recommends:

1. Posting messages once in 3 days maximum &

2. Promoting non-profit support resources (e.g. a co-op) with your downline and CSAs only.

If you want to:

1. Share the latest news from TripleClicks or SFI you can provide the Links;

2. Congratulate your Team members for specific achievements which can inspire your other Team
Members;

3. Share information about specific TripleClicks direct products;

4. Talk about EZ Games Leagues;

5. Post information about Time Machine Contest;

6. Motivate them to create their own ECA Stores in TripleClicks;

7. Suggest them to read specific posts from SFI Corporate especially Founder Gery.

8. Post motivating Quotes;

9. Share specific information about your achievements or performance that can inspire them;

10. In case you come across any specific product promotion in the Stream, you can guide them to
read it;

11. In case you want any specific information to be received from your downline then, you can urge
them to respond;

12. Remind them about Weekly Actions.

Like these, you can post what ever you feel will motivate your Team Members or need your Team members's attention or to wish them on their Birth Day/Anniversary, etc you can use Stream.

Your messages will certainly be displayed in the Stream of your Team Members when they log in. It can not escape their attention.

In fact, Its one of the surest ways of getting their attention. If they care to respond they can do so by posting their reply immediately.

But do remember not to post anything that amounts to cross solicitation, or promote profit resources, etc which can result in suspension and/or permanent loss of posting privileges.

There are lots of ways to use stream to interact with your team.
Here are just a few. I am sure there are many more:
1. Use stream to recognize members' rank advancements each month (and each advance if they happen to earn two or more advances in a single month!)
2. Send out timely reminders such as setting goals by the 10th. Every month I send out a reminder around the 25th to start a review of that month's goals in preparation to set the new ones, then a few days later a very short reminder, and again around the 5th of the new month another reminder. These are very brief.
3. Any exciting news announcement (there have been a lot of them lately!) gets a short announcement and usually the SFI News page link so they can click and read; or I tell them to go to "Alerts" and follow the link.
4. If I see an interesting and informative forum post I put the link in a quick note describing the topic and advising them to check it out.
5. If I see that a VP action is being missed by several of the team I will put out a blurb about that particular action along with a reminder to check their VP list and the ToDo list for points they may have missed. I usually do this in the second half of the month to help members find all the VP they can. One person had missed a launchpad lesson and just did not see it until I had pointed it out to him.
6. Announce contests and incentives that you have set up and tell them to go to your leadership page for details and to enter. Include your leadership page link.
7. Other short reminders such as encouraging them to play games (tell them the advantages to them of playing,) or encouraging transfer buying to support their store and learn about the products, or tell about your auction experiences and how the auction could benefit them.
As I said, there are probably many many more ways to use stream. Have fun exploring them all.

May be there is a special newsletter that you want to send your team, you can use the stream to notify them in advance.


It can be used:
- To send short messages
- Reminders of specific deadlines
- Alerts to new developments that would affect them
- Share your own experiences
- Notify them if you will be away
- Acknowledge their achievements
- A note on anything you think would benefit them

Remember to check your posts for comments and respond to them appropriately

To engage your team members, you must write something meaningful to them, and then get a response back. The response may be a written reply back about your statement or it may be an action taken because of the original statement.

To get them to reply, your statement must catch their attention, cause them to think about it, and stir them to action.

Whether you are congratulating a member for a job well done, announcing a contest, explaining new SFI policy, or giving a great tip, you can be engaging and ask them to respond to you.

They can do it very easily by using the comment lines. This allows the Stream to become a type of chat. And you may respond or add to your original statement.

When your team is not responsive, it is very disturbing. Even our doctors tell us when someone is near death that he is not responding to treatment. At that point you must diagnose the cause. Are you too boring, your subjects of little interest or importance? Are you hard to understand? Are they too untrained to see what is important? Have you totally relied on their ability to read and understand the training materials?

Take a hard look at both sides and make changes where they are needed. If something has not been working for awhile, then change it.

What are some ways I can engage with my team through my Stream messages?

That's a nice question Susan because through stream post we can reach to our team almost daily or alternate days. That is a good place to guide as well as motivate our downlines.

I will try to give its answer with my own example how I engage my team mates through Stream posts.

I post in Stream every alternate days. Whenever I buy any item from Tripleclicks I mention it immediately next day in Stream giving its link and the reasons I bought it. Then again I mention about the same product when I have received it and how good or bad the product was. This way I hope to get Duplication done in my team.

The other things I post in Stream is about my advertising in different places and how I managed to get PSAs or PRMs. This is a good way of increasing team size as well as it promotes Duplication in my team.

I regularly post answers in ASK SC tab and I mention it in my Stream post and encourage my team mates to start writing answers to Ask SC questions.

Whenever any of my team mates win in Daily Grand or Crown or in Spin and Win I make it a point to congratulate them. This motivates them. They get re-energised.


I also mention about various options of giving gifts to their relatives or friends. This promotes sales in my team.

1. Motivation: Your team will read your messages when it gives them extra inspiration to achieve. We all need a does of motivation regularly.

It creates a sense of family because everyone on your team can add to the discussion and share their experience.
