What are some ways I can engage with my team through my Stream messages?

Share some of your victories you've accomplished ie. winning VP's, TC's, power rank advancement etc. Promote particular TC products you purchase and recommend. Share some of the valuable information from the daily TIPS tab on the to do list. Encourage your team to complete their profile, upload a photo and complete the to do list consistently. These are just a few things you can do and I'm sure you will develop more ways. Good luck!
First of all your stream post is viewed by your team members so be sure to post useful ideas. How to encourage them to advertise and sell tripple clicks products include : Tell them
Tripple clicks is a world wide market. Advertise to millions of people
Let them know that they stand to enjoy sales commissions of between 15% to 45% of their total sales generated at the end of the month.
Inform that they also stand to enjoy great VP and MRPs if the buyers of their tripple clicks products are non SFI members.
That the VPs so generated will also increase their executive pools earnings.
The VPs so generated also has ability to move them to higher leadership ranks.

Stream posts can help you engage your team depending on how you use your stream.
It is always important not to use words that tend to force them. Rather use words that tend to encourage them. Avoid writing excessive persuasive words, it will not go far engaging them.
Be mature in your stream posts.
You may not have immediate result but you will have a positive result in due time.

Stream messages is a text messages who runs just like a Broadcast where all your team downlines PSAs or CSAs will notice it easily.
Since url links isn't active in Streams, therefore it is best use to send Team reminders, Team recognitions progress, Team's project and much much more... Their formula is to send one message to the rest of a large teams..
Trainings and Tips is pretty good too if we have a new batch of new joint affiliates from a coop and being shared among your active team movers. This helps engage our new sign ups with the same subject of Getting Started, instructions or advice..
Plan well and work cooperatively with teams...

My favorite way to communicate with my team, is the Stream message system.
It lets me communicate 24/7.
Beats sending a bunch of e-mails or disturbing a new affiliate who is working hard
to succeed. They have enough to do.
Of course I send a Welcome Message.I am so pleased the lessons are getting revised.
Stream is a great way to acknowledge new promotions.

You can engage with your team through your Stream messages in so many ways.
You can motivate your team with inspirational and motivational quotes, remind them on their weekly or end-of-month tasks, brag about your and their rewards on Daily Grand and other contests and achievements too. The messages should be short but powerful.
Hi,
What you can do, if you are not doing so already is. Leave short tips. LIke short motivated sayings.
For example: "Hi Affiliates this is a great day, and if today is great your are too. Believe in you, and your business. Lots of success Affiliates".
Just short messages that will get the messages across, and eventually your stream post will get bigger and bigger, and your team will be reading it.
