3. Focus on marketing to baby boomers - most baby boomers have already established networks in terms of social interaction and in terms of previous co-workers, associates, and business contacts. They could be ideal prospects for SFI opportunity.

To re-energize for the coming new year, it is time to relook at your performance, your achievement, your failures, your weaknesses, your contribution towards the growing and successful of your team and the most important, to start planning, strategize and to re-start afresh for the new year 2016.

1) What are some of the most important things you should be looking at?
Set-up your goals (personal & team), what are your action plans to achieve your goals, SWOT analysis to find your area of strength and weaknesses for better improvement in the new year.

2) What about communicating the same to your team? Letting them know your team goals and that you need their cooperation to achieve success as a team. Example, if you want to achieve BTL in January, you need 1 EA2 from your 1st liner. Communicate it. In doing so, not only you will benefit, but your entire team. You are inspiring them to do the same with their downlines and in a way duplication is being created and you have a team of active members. It may results in you or them attaining a higher rank like STL when you have 2 BTLs in your 1st liner.

3) Accept changes with an open heart. Ask everyone to strive for better result. Trusting each other with respect and move forward. Equip yourself with all the latest information to welcome and educate your new affiliates/new team members, PSAs or CSAs.

Look for the greater connections and benefits that you provide. Knowing that you are making a difference in other people’s lives will energize you to devote more attention to what you do. This is a question most affiliates talk about and how we need to remain focus and motivated to achieve our goals.

Before we start preparing for the upcoming year 2016, we would have to check the trend over the past 6 months. Checking on this report or analysis, we can be able to plan, project and set a monthly target or goal to return full force and energized by 2016.

Such questions that might arise would be:-

1. The form of my advertising, was it successful.

2. Was I able to recruit at least 5 active affiliates in my team.

3. Did I make a profit after a year of recruiting some affilaites.

4. Is your network activities attracting the right people

From the above question, if we can achieve over 80% in 2016 by 2017, we would exceed the target and be reneergized.

For us to re energized ourselves, we should:-

1. Set a monthly goal and a games plan for the whole of 2016.

2. To be commiitted in training our PSAsnd CSAS.

3. Training the new recruit and ensuring they duplicate your actions.

4. Encourage and let them know that Tripleclicks is our online shop where they can get commissions on any product sold or purchased.

5. Ensure we exploit and use both free and paid advertising sites to generate sale leads and have PRMs or PSAs.

6. Ensure we track our advertising links to know which one works and active.

As we come to a close of 2015, have a look at how the year went for you.

Every month, you would have set your monthly goals within your overall goal of being an SFI business person.

Analyse you results for the year:
- How did you get on?
- How did your performance in 2015 stand up against your performance in 2014?
- Where did you do very well?
- Where could you have done better?

Having carried our your performance analysis now prepare a business plan, a strategy if you like for 2016. I always capitalize on where I have done well in the past. Of where I could have done better, I can try it again, refine, or abandon it altogether.

Always work to a plan. Never simply drift. It gets you nowhere.

I always find that doing these things refocus me. Planning energizes me and hones me into what I have to.

I have already done my plan for 2016 including in there the new team leader qualification requirement. I look forward to putting my plan in action, come the new year.

Your question is like asking how do I motivate myself to continue my business in the New Year. We all know how important this is - to keep going in spite of all the difficulties and challenges you face.

So, how do you draw that inspiration and encouragement that will make you face the New Year with as much or more excitement and enthusiasm. This has to come from within you.

Prepare a Things To Do List outside the one that you have at SFI. I find this a very useful tool to accomplish both short/long terms goals and I tick/check every goal that I have achieved to add more later on. It is a form of Continuous Professional Development and helps you to remain motivated to achieve higher goals.

- Assess goals you had set and were not able to achieve;
- Ponder over the reasons why you were unable to reach them;
- Correct this by implementing ideas that you may not have been able to act on;
- Track your advertising campaign through your key codes and see where you got the best results-either change or take on new methods to get maximum results
- Make sure your contact list of prospective affiliates you wish to enrol as PRMs, ECAs and PSAs keeps growing;
- It helps to go back to the Basics and read some of the reference material provided by SFI. Sometimes we miss important guidelines and can improve our performance through minor changes.

You must realize that there will be no one to help you energize yourself other than YOU and this should remain at the forefront of your mind. Where you draw this inspiration from will depend on individuals and their capabilities.

How to get re-energized with SFI for the new year?

That's a nice question Thomas because we all look forward to new year to re-affirm ourselves to do something new and exciting so that we don't repeat the same mistakes we did in last year.

One of the ways to re-energise is to plan for the next 12 months how we are going to grow our SFI business. We must plan how many new PSAs we are going to sponsor every month so that we have 5 active affiliates in our first level. We cannot have all 5 in one month but we must try to make 1 PSA active every month so that by the end of new year we have sufficient active PSAs.

The next thing we can do is plan how much PRM sales we are going to have every month so that there is sales growth in new year. Sales Duplication will result in more profit in the new year.


Another thing we can do in new year is to encourage our team mates to participate in Pricebenders Auctions and try to win their first auction. They can try first Micro Auctions and then bigger auctions later as they gain more experience. Most of the Micro Auctions have few CSAs or PSAs to bid for. If they win these Micro Auctions then not only their confidence will grow in Auctions but it will strengthen their team as well. This way they will get more energised.

Yet another thing we all can do in new year to get re-energised is to learn to write well. We can write answers in ASK SC tab. This can not happen overnight. First try to participate in Forum tab almost daily and try to write something. Then slowly we can write more and more. This way we can become a good writer. Believe me I did exactly that and now I have answered more than 30 questions in ASK SC. One of my answers have been top rated, two answers have been rated 2nd most voted and 4 have been in top ten. I was very reluctant initially to write in Forum posts but slowly slowly my confidence has grown and now I am thinking of writing a book too. This excites me very much and I will get re-energised in new year to write my first book. I am very confident now to write a book.

As is very clear from above that we can do anything in new year to get re-energised. The only thing to do is make a new resolution in new year to do something new and believe you me you can all do it.

I’m writing this answer on Christmas Day! Visitors have just left and the re-charging and re-enegising start now, not in the New Year!

My 2015 calendar is now looking old and disheveled with all the weekly goals almost achieved except the last.

To re-energise, I need to take a break, a time to think about what went wrong, where I made a mistake, and to make the New Year’s Resolution not to repeat my mistakes.

I’ll count my blessings too, along with my failures.

And take stock of what I have accomplished during the year, celebrate the achievement of my goal for 2015.

Clean up inbcx, de-clutter my home office, write new weekly goals in my 2016 calendar
Refocus on new and exciting goals.

The long hard struggles of 2015 are now but a dim and distant past.

I have already decided to look ahead in January, have made a list of new strategies and plans with the new Team Leadership qualifications, how to maximise the usefulness of the Signing Bonuses and the new leadership tools to get more serious and dedicated members.

And we’ll see what challenges lie in the New Year and be ready to face them.

To get re-energized toward your SFI business for 2016, you must align yourself with the positive aspects of this business.

Begin with a positive mental attitude. Find a few testimonials about people who built businesses from the ground up.For short stories, do a search for popular tourist stops and attractions. Many tell about their founders and what they endured to make it through the tough times.

With a positive attitude look at your goals for 2015, your successes, and shortcomings. Determine what goals to keep, what to add, and what you need to do to reach them. What do you need to do differently? What "stepping stone goals" do you have to adopt to help you reach the important goals?

This is time to think about change. Change yourself, change your goals, change your methods, and change you attitude.Keep your changes within your ability to accomplish them.At this point, you see the big picture and should be feeling pretty energized for the coming year.

Look at SFI from a new perspective.

Attempting to use the same "glasses" to look at SFI will only cause a flat line response and see no change from 2015 to 2016.

Be creatitve and consider alternatives for what SFI can not only do for affiliates but to potential new members as well as ECA recruitments.

Re-energized means to try something new but to keep some of the old too so that when needing a reliable tried and true approach - you/they have it.

One small change causes a ripple effect so why not share posts with downline members about what New Year's resolutions will be which include SFI. Be sure to share as the more often desires are spoken of the more real they become and not just something that someone thinks about.

Encourage discussion among your team to share ideas and to be sure to share what is hoped for in the first 6 months of 2016.
