How do you lead your team and have duplication when they are confused about everything?

Yes, it certainly happens with all. But leading active team is very important in SFI.
Also I remember when i was at that situation of confusion when i joined SFI, and try to implement those ideas on them for duplication.

1. First of all the confusion starts when we don't have PATIENCE, i have tested it. Because at your invitation the affiliate joins thinking of getting money instantly. But instantly the things change when he sign ups.

Just after the Sign Up, the affiliate's mind set will be on making money rather considering it as Business. So they will be anxious in asking lots of questions regarding SFI.

However a thanks welcome should be at first, because they have accepted your invitation. With little tip of working with SFI.

This question is related to affiliates who have good experience with SFI and from months

1. When I signed up with SFI, I was confused and I quited right away. Because it didn't had patience. Now I learned PATIENCE which is MOST BASIC need for SFI.

2. I just ignored reading long emails from SFI news and up lines, which I later realised that LEADERS are READERS. So now I try to implement each sentence.

The Signing Bonuses is very good way for us to expose SFI for new affiliates.

1. Ad Title Could Be ( Post On Free Classifieds)

Many a time this happens, while the affiliate fail to login the second day itself. I have some tips to get rid off your problem...

1. First thing I detected is that the prospect assumes that by Signing Up they become Millionare!

So to remove this mind set, I started promoting SFI that "it's not quick rich scheme".
By now most prospects try to spend some time.

....'Should' say Choice

For Advertising/Promoting the new prospects
1. Email marketing, where new prospects are promoted about SFI
2. Social Networks, Great and effective trend to promote SFI
2. Blogs/Websites, requires skills to promote SFI, also good way

For Communication with affiliates
1. Again Social Networks play a role, in communicating effectively.

The Signing Bonus is great way of promotion.

1. Describe them that 3% of regular commissions will be paid adding at regular monthly incomes.

2. Explain them that they can increase the sign up bonus to $40 by achieving Silver fast track

Fun is the MOST important thing to be presence at our business, because it is the thing which create enthusiasm to the affiliates and motivates them to achieve their goals. Also the fun should not be the single thing, instead dedication and hard work is too important...

For New Year we must prepare New Business Strategies for both team leader qualifications and signing bonuses..

For New Team Leader Qualifications
1. Get involved more in Sponsoring than Personal purchases or sales because of very few results . However we can purchase anyhow with less risk.
