Getting energized for the new year, simply a matter setting things in proper perspective. In light of the changes that are coming quickly, many members feel that they will lose momentum. This in itself is a problem and does need to be dealt with asap. First all, we all need to be fully accountable for the success or the lack of success of your business. We need to equip ourselves with knowledge so that we can strategize and come up with ways to achieve milestones other than just throwing money at the situation.

Moreover a proper prospective, will help us to realize that the gains on the back side of the changes are greater if we take advantage of the opportunity to work with our most active members. This doesn't mean that the majority of our network is unattended. What it does mean is that we can be most effective when we focus on those priorities that matter the most. Hence, the changes come to provide clarity of purpose and vision.

Therefore, there is much that we can do to remove the clutter from our focus. We can choose to focus on active business centers rather than inactive ones. It takes twice as much effort to gain a good customer so instead of pouring dollars into this type of marketing, we can redirect precious resources where they are doing the most good. Spend a lot less time worrying about who's not logging in but rather focus on who is logging in.

Sometimes it also helps to take a step back so that you can have time to assess where you are with your business. Don't be afraid to use vacation mode and allow yourself so time off so you rethink your approach. Entreprenuers are driven by their ambition but you must celebrate each success along the way unless you burn out. Never forget to reward yourself and never doubt that you are going to reach your goal. Take time out each day to reaffirm your vision and to meditate. Develop your spirit and your mind along with your body so that you can perform 100%. Fatigue and confusion zaps energy so get some sleep - it's okay to turn off your computer. Finally do your work in sessions. Find a fit for you. Some people can work 8 hours at a time without a break and others need 4 breaks in 8 hours! Enjoy the journey - never quit.

Funny thing about this time of the year is, it seems to bring closure to the year gone by and spread the new year in front of us like a book full of empty pages. These pages invite us to start filling them.

You have to decide what your pages are going to look like. Is it going to be positive and upbeat or negative and soul destroying. Make your choice.

It is not enough to decide you are going to have an awesome year - you have to do what needs to be done. Take an almanac or desk pad and plan your year with SFI. Treat your almanac or desk pad and your plan as a working document - you can adjust your plans to work around life. Somebody said: Life is what happens while we make plans. Keep that in mind and be prepared to adjust.

I find it helps me to enjoy the festive season - the Christmas carols in the shops, the Santa's, the lights, all the people out there - smiling (or irritated), families getting together (with all the weird family members and all) Enjoy it like a child - you will be surprised how it energizes you. Christmas is the time of goodwill and love - enjoy it.

While enjoying the magic of this season - do not forget to advertise to recruit new team members and to advertise to make as many sales as possible - having success here will also go a long way to energize you for the new year.

Most of us have a day or two off work - make the most of it and rest - make an effort not to think about your normal problems - they are not going anywhere. Just soak up the magic of the season and you might find that the solution to your problems come to you without much effort.

You can not separate your life in compartments - whatever happens in your life will have an affect on your work. So make sure you concentrate on YOU and your family - it will only be good for your SFI business as well.

One way to become successful yourself is to help others succeed. If you can do this, you'll be rewarded with loyal affiliates and strong relationships that will aid you in reaching your own goals.

Assemble the right circle of people. Build a downline of affiliates with different backgrounds and experience, so everyone has a large pool of talent to draw from when he or she encounters a problem.

Set affiliates up for success. Share your strengths and areas of expertise, and let affiliates know how you can help them. At the same time, communicate your own goals so your affiliates understand what you're looking for and how they can contribute.

Coach your affiliates. When you're helping affiliates in your downline, remember who needs a little pushing and encouragement, and who might need only basic support.

Always maintain a positive attitude and focus on what affiliates need to be doing in order to succeed.

Set an example. Have a clear vision and share it with everyone in your downline. If you aren't focused on your mission, other affiliates won't know how to help you.

It is the end of the year and it is good to look how we did for the past
12 months or the length of time if we have been here less then a year.

The result of our past success or failure will be a good measure for
Improvement for coming new year.

But no new year resolution, that is just a recipe to failure. As most
Promise for new changes and failed to do that a month or two later.

I will look my success and short came of the past, and analyzed what
Area I succeed and what area I came short. See what I did and What I didn’t
do. With the area I succeeded, I will strength it more and set the bar higher
To achieve even higher goals, with the area I came short, study the short
Fall reason and make an adjustment or change things around to improve
The outcome.

I recommend meditation on your goals and how to best achieve them. Meditation can help you relax and engage more creatively with the topic, which in turn can increase your enjoyment of working with SFI. This is a good time to consider new strategies, from starting your own ECA to writing a new blog. Much of this will depend on what you do already.

Aside from this, I recommend starting activities that increase your mental, physical, and emotional fitness. Work on puzzles or study new skills; add some exercise or some energetic hobbies to your day; find ways to meet new people and engage them. All of these can improve your mental, physical, and emotional health, and will, in tern re-energize you in time for the new year.

You can get re-energized with SFI for the new year by revisiting your goals. Look at where you wanted to be at the start of 2015 or when you joined SFI, then look at all that you have accomplished since then. Are you closer to achieving those goals? Do you have to work harder? What strategies worked, or What strategies should you implement now? When you've answered all these questions, go to the Goals page, change your goals to suite and then you're ready. Taking a different approach if the one you implemented was not working will also re-energize your efforts to achieving.

SFI offers many ways to earn money. Begin working on things you have not done in the past and explore those possibilities. Envision having multiple streams of income, then envision yourself having what you want in this life. When you have a vision, you have a drive to make that vision become a reality. Dive right into the pool, don't just stick your big toe in to test the water, dive into it and get busy. I'm not saying you have to do it all at once, but do keep doing more and never look back.

Grab a pen and paper. Write this down:

"I can and will be successful in my SFI business"

Read this statement out loud for 5 minutes every day, for at least 21 days (90 days is preferred).

In doing this, you are reprogramming your brain for success. You can do this with anything you want to be successful with, just keep it simple, positive, and no more than 3 affirmations at any one time.
