There's a popular saying that goes like this: "Give the man a fish you feed him for a day, teach a man to fish he'll eat for a lifetime."

In the beginning, all new affiliates need guidance, direction, help, and all assistance they may require to get started in SFI.

You know how lost you felt when you first started, without a supportive sponsor and co-sponsor you went searching for answer, help, direction, at the Forum, with a2a friends, etc.

How badly

Question:
"For how long should my PSAs and CSAs depend on me for help?"

That is a great question!

You will know!

By working with our Affiliates we have two very good options here.

1) Their profile snapshot will share the most information we need.

2) Look at their Ledger.

3) The "Activities" tab on the profile menu below their profile information.

There is no point in going any farther, all

It is a two-way street. You help them as long as they require your help and in turn they will grow into the team you want them to be. Also some of them may surpass you in rank and you can help each other with suggestions and advice. I feel as long as you're a team you should continue to help each other.

Thank you for this question.

I will answer this question base on my personal opinion and what i think is good to get going.

You don't have a particular time frame to train up your downline unless you resign them to another person.

Your downlind will always remain part of your responsibility for all time your SFI business, as long as you wont later refuse to recieve commissions or matching versapoint from the PSAs.

Thank you.

You have asked good question. But prediction about deadlines is really difficult.B/cause it centrally depends upon the nature of PSAs and CSAs.Some of our downlines are motivated and sharp enough while some of them are lazy,ease-loving and even inactive. Still we have to work with them regardless of gauging their mental level. Work with workers. This sentence furthers the importance of your help with active downline.
You should be working with and helping your dowline until they know each and

The ranking in SFI begins from an affiliate to Diamond Team Leadership and this means that at the apex, you're a team leader and therefore a team leader for life.
You can train your team members to be independent and to work diligently to achieve their goals but when it comes to directions, guidance and sponsorship there's no end unless you quit, retire or.....remain noncommittal.

In building a team you are building relationships. These should continue and not end.

If you have team members constantly asking for help. It is important that you do NOT do their work for them. You need to teach them how to do their own work. They will need to be able to teach their own team members.

One way to manage this is to have them successfully complete one task before you teach them the next task.

I think it does not have an exact time to help those in need. For learning is necessary constatemente in our daily lives, we are always learning new things and anyway Aida tomes lot to learn. A thing of the past from the present or the future. It is very important that we are attentive to the daily events for us to stay up to date with the reality of yesterday's HJE and amnhã if possible.
I hope I have contributed asiim with my part with my thoughts on the subject.

It is also individual. Someone is rather independent and somebody needs to constantly reassure that does this or that well. It depends, therefore, on people when communicating or letters to find out what one is and what one needs.
The best is when communication works at such a level that they can speak to each other and none of the mat has a bad feeling. That would be, and it is important for me.
