Good question.This is what I faced at the very start of SFI to set an SO.There are the few easy and convenience ways through which an SO is easily get set. They are stated as under;

1:Paypal,if acceptable in your country
2:Money Order or Bank Draft
3:Payoneer Master Card
4:TCurrency,you can easily contact to one of ECAs in your region to buy TCurrency,I did the same when I was a newbie

You are EA2,it implies that you are strongly positioned to surmount the heights with SFI. At least your objectives should be determined ,persuasive and tight enough as "AIM HIGH,BIG DREAM".Your sole aim must be a strong TL i.e team leader and this can be simply achieved by doing your daily tasks and a little more with SFI.

I am passing through the same situation.I have been planing and contacting them.One thing is to be noted.And it's this way. We are given an opportunity to have CSAs from our countries.To have CSAs from one's own country is that much easy to communicate them. I personally suggest you the points that I am acting upon.
