Good question .As you know the SFI can work only adults, and of course every adult is able to make her own decisions in life as well as in connection work.Similarly the question "what college to enroll?" Frankly promotion via TV, so I do not agree with it why do it when there are plenty of places where we can promote.
It can be promoted in newspapers, although now there is the Internet so that very few people have the time to flip through newspapers.
