Simple and direct. to be an SFI committed affiliate you must be a good listener too. to clarify you more make to make you understand me. being engaged with online marketing is not suppose to stop you from being a good listener with the following reasons below;
1. you must listen and understand your down lines when ever they need your attention.
2. you must create that relationship between you and other online marketers, there by listening to them, everybody love being heard out remember.
3. when you listen, you learn more.
4. in forum, when you dont listen, you wont do better.
5. the more you listen to people the more you understand them.
i think with this few points of mine, you can understand the important in listening or being a good listener.

In SFI business everything here is valuable and can equally promote your business. our business here in summary is to generate income. Here in SFI business, there are different ways in which Tcredit can be used to promote our business and thereby generating income.

we have different way at which w3 can be promoted or advertise.
you must understand how the program runs before you can promote it or advertise it to the masses.
1. getting to make some friends in a2a, then you can always promote your products.
2. struggle and make more PSAs, train them up and promote the w3 to them all.
3. help some CSAs to get serious with SFI by frequent contact, asking them some caring questions and making them know the hug benefits in SFI.
there are many more ways at which this can be achieved.

This is a very wonderful way of recruiting new PSAs and building your SFI team as a leader.
You need to study SFI basic very well, know some key questions and answers for that occasion.
Your need to study the SFI Launchpad very well as to know the full history and fundamentals of SFI business, building affiliates, Founder and many more.
Furthermore, you need to have some computers or browsing devices with internet connection that will be connected and working well on that day to register and recruiting members.
You need to be on a corporate dressing to show everybody that SFI business is a corporate work and not a dirty job, i believe that packaging is also another form of promoting a business.

Should I put my CSAs into the new CSA Exchange? If yes...or no...explain why.

Unfortunately, nobody has the right to tell you YES or NO.
Why?
As explained in the CSA Exchange description area. Exchanging of CSA can not be redo after adding them for Exchange list.
Furthermore, the only CSA's that needs to be changed are those inactive CSA's and not necessarily all CSA's not from your home country. I strongly believe you alone knows your CSA's and how active they are and you alone can make the decision of the Exchange.
It is that simple.

This is a good question to learn from and to those who are eager to excel more.
No. That is the answer. Marketing and duplication should not be only to people from your own country alone.
This is why many of the SFI Affiliates build up a website and day-today working hard, trying to spread to all other countries.
SFI Commission business might be more lucrative for you in some countries other than your own country depending on the term "who is available" for business and success.
You should try to extend your marketing to round the world if you wish to be the most successful affiliate in SFI or if you wish to be among the successful affiliates in SFI.
Team building or duplication is one of the popular key ways of being successful in SFI business.

This is a very nice question for every affiliate.
My answer to this question is that you will be motivated to do more work and earn more money in SFI business.
Marketing SFI to the entire member of your family is the best, i am speaking from a life testimony of mine. They will motivate you to be a leader and every body will want to work harder to be at the top and thereby working for you as well.
Furthermore, If they don't. you have nothing to loss. Many of the SFI affiliate are just alone here in their entire family but they are making success. That is also another reason you need to work harder to show success in SFI and thereby encouraging others to join your SFI business.
Remember, no one will want to join a dead business, what i mean is that if others are progressing in SFI and you are not doing good. then you wont be surprise if people around you refuses to join you.
In SFI we are thought to build by example and not by words only. make some success and have reasons to brag on you platform with all the badges added and speaking for you.

What is the best way to train my PSAs and CSAs?

this is a very nice and interested question. training up PSAs and CSAs require consistency and determination. below are the few ways at which you can train up your PSAs and CSAs;
1. At the first registration, issuing them a good and motivating Welcome letter.
2. Setting up and intensive to motivate them at the time of registration.
3. Creating a free blog or Website for them free as a welcome gift to start advertising and referring PSAs.
4. Holding a weekly online meeting to all.
5. Creating a chat room or a group where all the PSAs and CSAs can always meet and share ideas.
6. Sending all the PSAs and CSAs weekly letter, to praise them and give them assignments to accomplish.
6. Teaching them how to Set up a good standing order and where and when to utilize Tcredits to make more VersaPoints and Member Reaward Points.
With the above few points you can train up PSAs and CSAs to be successful in SFI.

I will boldly say YES to this question. this is one of the key ways to be a good sponsor and leading by example is the way.
You need to promote or sale the Trippleclick products to them that is the way forward. furthermore, after selling the trippleclick products to them, ask them to signup some PSAs or purchase them in tripleclick and do same thing to their own team.
Nevertheless, it is true they are your downlines /team members but selling trippleclick products to those that afford it will as well raise their VersaPoints and power rankings.
