How long your PSAs and CSAs depend on you could be a matter of individuality.

There could be some affiliates that follow your lead/example and at some point, (I suspect when they feel comfortable) will take that step out on the own without the need for your support.

If affiliates are completely new to an online business and/or internet marketing, they may depend on you throughout the whole process of growing/building their business. This is not a bad thing. Some people

How long should you help your downline members? For as long as needed with these caveatsL

1, Financial help - SFI advises against financial help because it can make members dependent of you.
Some minor financial help such as a $2.00 gift certificate, can be very beneficial if used as a reward for something. These go a long way toward helping someone at the end of the month make EA2.

2. Construct and run regular contests for whatever you decide will improve your business

As long as they need to - if they are workers.

I have absolutely no problems at all with my PSAs and CSAs, regardless of their rank and time in SFI, coming to me for help.

I look upon it this way - I don’t have all the answers regarding this business and I suspect that even the most seasoned affiliates would say the same. We are really all here to support and help each other – but at different levels.

The relationship I have with my brand new members is different

Everyone is different. Some people will grasp what is required and catch the vision very fast. Soon these people will be streaking away on their own and building strong businesses for themselves. You will be very lucky to benefit from them - even getting advice from them, rather than you giving it.

Others, however take a long time to feel their way around and may need considerable help. Sometimes they may ask frustrating questions which have already been answered in their launchpad

Depend on you? I would say never. PSAs and CSAs have to realize that this is their business, not yours. You are there for support and to teach. So, none of them should depend on you, in order to see success.

This would be like saying in order to make money at an everyday job you depend on your supervisor to get paid. Last i checked, your supervisor doesn't issue you your check. So saying depending on them would not be the right thing to say.

Now, if your question was how

My nswer is as long as they keep asking for your help, please remember you are their, leader, mentor, adviser name it.

Never give up because your PSAs and CSAs are the life blood of your sfi business because how fast they grow and become productive can potentially expand the scope of your income duplication and residual earnings. How long should your PSAs and CSAs depend on you for help? May I ask you this question: How long should your family depends on you for help?

Of course, definitely our family can depend on us for help anytime they need us. And there is no time frame or dead end when it comes to caring and helping any member of our family who needs help.

In SFI, the management, staff, our sponsor, uplines, PSAs, CSAs, PRMs, a2a friends, forum friends, and league mates we are one BIG FAMILY.

You are the Sponsor of your PSAs and the Co-Sponsor to your CSAs.

They are your team members, and "You" are their "Leader" (Sponsor/Co-Sponsor).

Your SFI Business and your "Success" are based on "Your Team's Success".

We are taught throughout our SFI website, and within our daily To-Do List, to always communicate with our PSAs and our CSAs, and to always send out our weekly group mails.

Always be Supportive of your

As a guide and a mentor, you are there to assist them as long as you both are active members of SFI. Working with workers is your first motto. It should not be looked as dependency but a mutual support that is provided to grow each others business.

You as a sponsor are on a constant course of advancing and the business is evolving with new features on day to day basis hence, your support to your team members should also be constant throughout.

The degree of dependence of your

As we’re building our home business with SFI and TripleClicks, while we are on our way to the top levels, we will be enrolling several affiliates. These affiliates that we enroll are known as our PSAs (Personally Sponsored Affiliates). We will also receive affiliates in which we are the co-sponsor these are known as our CSAs (Co-Sponsored Affiliates).

A main part of our leadership role is that we should be assisting our teammates (PSAs and CSAs) in getting their new business
