Aside from been a serious business, they should take it as a hobby and be passionate about it. Let them understand that starting up a business doesn't come free which means that they'll need to invest in SFI and treat it as its their own even if they are employees.

Make them understand that here in SFI, we are not into a get rich quick business and it comes with its own difficulties when not properly understood. If they don't treat it as a hobby, soon they become bored and begin to see

When it comes to investment of anything, particularly money, one faces lots and lots of opposition and resistance within his team. That is because, one earnings is connected with his downline members who makes purchases of certain items from the Tripleclicks stores or place a Standing Order for certain number of TCredits or some other items. Now, this earnings in the form of Commission Values does not go unnoticed by almost all the PSAs and CSAs because they are suggested to go through all the available

Let them use the SFI tools available to work out their own business plan as well as calculating their potential income. You can share your own income history with them.

People need to see figures of the possibilities before the penny will drop.
Testimonials of other affiliates will also go a long way to understand.

They might not see it as serious immediately - but keep going, they will eventually understand it. We all understand in different ways and at our own

I'm not to sure you can convince anyone that joins SFI that there are serious earnings to be made when no one is aloud to share what they earn. You can show how serious you are by staying in the game and doing all you can do. Your efforts are reflected by your badges and perhaps your commitment by these three: Day VP Streak, Standing Order and EA Streak.

Even this is not enough for someone that simply does not believe that the program will not work. Yet you will find those who could not

To motivate the affiliates that are in its own team and with whom has established a relationship of trust, I think the best is to give advice to perform actions that will bring him money in various forms ($ , TCcrédits or MRP) to be self-financing. Show them examples of his own achievement in communications split screen.

As in any other business, the best way to show personal example how to work. If I'm a team leader present every day in his office and perform all your tasks on time, my argument for requesting that my colleagues are doing is my personal example. Their presence at work coming up with the right information in a timely manner, that the right time and the right way of imparting his associates. Simply the best man remembers what he sees - if you see what are you doing associate will quickly copy your

Good day Adri,

Getting affiliates in SFI to be seriously minded and not just looking at it as a hobby is the work of we sponsors.

Communication is very key when teaching our PSAs/CSAs about SFI. With the New Year Message by Gery and the new signing on bonuses are some incentives to generate activities when new affiliates join.

Looking at the big picture, we as affiliates have the potential of earning thousands of dollars if we do the necessary things that are expected

The 1st thing to work on is your profile.

How do your affiliates see you? Do they see you as a serious business person who is dedicated and hard working? Is this what your VP Streak, EA Streak, your Leader board position etc.. is telling them?

You want your affiliates to understand that you are here to grow a successful business and that whatever you say and do business wise, are all for the benefit of the business. You are someone whose words and actions can be trusted

How do you get affiliates to understand that SFI is a serious business with serious earnings potential … and not just a hobby?

This is what I do: -

1. I “shout it from the rooftops!” I am very up front about stating this. And I continually do this because I want my team to be totally aware that SFI is for REAL and a GREAT business opportunity.

It is in ALL my various welcome letters. An example of what I include in my welcome letter is: -

“I
