Ensure they read & understand SFI Rules of Success. Make them listen to Audio version of this in the voice of Gery himself.

Make them read & understand SFI Compensation Plan, Comparison Chart and without disclosing how much you earned or received make it visible for them to know that all of us are getting paid in time - month after month.

Speak about opportunities available to earn with nil or negligent spending by promoting:

I really think that focusing on the facts of of SFI speaks for itself.

SFI has a powerful history and we still growing rapidly. Share this information. Let people know about the opportunity they are missing.

When you write in your blog connect with people in such a way that you can relate to them regarding how tough it is to make ends meat. This is not only fun but gives them a real chance of time and financial freedom.

A really simply question to ask prospects is : "How would you like to retire" Comfortable yes?

Make them say as much "yes`s in your conversation so that they subconsciously say yes to sign up. After joining and they see the light they will thank you for it.

Generally people are skeptical but we need to position it in retrospect. They truly having nothing to lose with SFI when they simply join for free and get access to all resources.

And how many companies allows you to speak directly to the founder? How awesome is that.

Should be a no brainer to each prospect facing our pitch if we prepared and know how to approach them.

The first step is to set the example by treating SFI like the serious business it is. Are you spending the time to build a successful business? Remember that you cannot lead a person to a place where you are not willing to go.

Once you make up your mind to treat this like a serious business, you will be able to show your affiliates that they need to do the same. Along with that, be careful about how you advertise SFI.

Here is another saying: What you win a person with is how you will keep that person. If you advertise SFI as a part time business, you will never get a full time effort out of those you recruit. In building your home business with SFI and TripleClicks you will be enrolling new affiliates that come from all walks in life, different cultures, countries and backgrounds. Some of our new affiliates take SFI seriously and do what they can to get going.

And there are some new affiliates that will join and they don’t log in daily and only gather a couple of points when they do log in. When we (as their team leader) see this kind of activity it is easy for us to fall into the temptation to call them lazy or that they are treating their business as a hobby.

Knowing that SFI is free to join we will get a lot of “on-lookers” – “tire-kickers” and so forth. But we will also be signing up some affiliates who are afraid of “Internet marketing” they know that money can be made here that is why they joined but they do not yet trust SFI and TripleClicks enough to get involved.

We will also be signing up new affiliates that are not “computer savvy” and they are struggling just to figure out how to log in and get started – then once they log in Wow! What a load of information.

We that are striving to be awesome sponsors need to see things from the shoes that they are wearing. We need to treat everyone with professional equality and not place anyone in our own categories of self-perceived hobbyist, tire kickers on on-lookers etc.

Every affiliate we enroll has dreams and desires to be fulfilled they are all diamonds in the rough and should be treated accordingly.

If you are an example of an SFI affiliate with good earnings it should not be difficult. You can start by showing him/her your earnings. Describe what a typical day at SFI is like for you and what you have to do to earn.

If not, you can still describe what a typical day would be for them and what they have to do to earn.

You can explain:
-The compensation plan
- How we receive direct commission
- The different team leader ranks and how we receive payments.

It would help to communicate how investing money has helped you and will help them. You want to ensure that the affiliate has a business attitude and not a freebies one.

Advertising and Promotion- These are important in any business online or offline. They must be prepared to advertise and promote, so direct them to good sources of advertising.

Learning
There is a lot to be learnt, much more than you would have with a hobby. Direct them to the different training materials that are available and the Marketing Center. The evidence against a hobby and for a serious business is there.

Many people here make the mistake of thinking that you make your money here off the purchases of your affiliates. If that's the case, we'd just be parasites encouraging others to become parasites. Getting affiliates to understand that SFI is a serious business with serious earning potential is working it out this ways:

1. Trip around Tripleclicks- I will pick products from TC, with Direct Commission of $5 or above, as sample for my illustration. Normally such a product will be a consumable. Selling 20 of the product in a month gives $100 as DC. You earn $100 plus VPs attached to the product while working from home. If the affiliate runs advertisements for for 5-10 products can easily generate 4 figure commission monthly. This little calculation will send the message of serious earning potential to affiliates and the seriousness will show.

2. Use Pricebenders: I will use the auction platform to educate an affiliate that SFI is serious business. Winning a bid takes a lot and I will ask them to watch 2-3 product bidding from beginning to end to really appreciate the process as serious business. I will educate them on the portfolio building gains from winning precious metal etc.

3. Finally, I will encourage them to observe the Forum for 6hours randomly and read through members contributions. The platform tells you how serious people are towards their business (SFI). People wouldn't be that serious if the earning potential is not high.
