How you approach people is not as important as what you say when they approach you. Be sincer about being concerned for their need. Answer their questions honestly and directly. Never sell them anything they are not looking for or do not need. Always tell the truth. Give them more then words and treat them like you would want to be treated.

That said, approach only those you believe you can truly help, make your offer and let them decide if they WANT your help. Most people will be attracted to your success, not your sales pitch.

Why be a Bronze Team Leader

Making Bronze Team Leader each month does not need to be a result of having a strong following, I believe it should be a result of being the example of an active and efficient Executive Affiliate.

Once an SFI Affiliate realizes the value, importance and benefits of becoming an Executive Affiliate, the most logical step is becoming a Team Leader by example. Most Affiliates think becoming a Team Leader should be a result of having followers but I do not. Becoming a Bronze Team Leader is being the best Executive Affiliate you can be and sets the example that other Affiliates should duplicate. The benefits are enormous.

Every affiliate enjoys the benefits of direct and the pay per action commissions if they find other willing participants. We all receive Basic SFI system and Affiliate Center access and Free TripleClicks.com Membership. All of the training is free.
Everyone should learn how to use and benefit from the Genealogy Report, S-Builder Advertising Co-op, Key Codes, Hit Tracking, PSA Mailer (instant, easy e-mails to your PSAs) and the CSA Mailer (instant, easy e-mails to your CSAs). By the end of our second month it should be clear how important it is to become an Executive Affiliate and how easy it should be. Personally I prefer to use the global approach using the Internet. My target market is that group of people hungry for success through marketing on line. If they are not it makes no difference if they are close or far away. If I have to push them they will not go far or will they duplicate the process of building a dynamic SFI business. The market for affiliates is global, most of my friends, co-workers and neighbors are not interested in marketing or helping me build a business.

I do not think you need to promote the New Member Pack, SFI does the Heavy Lifting here. If you are working with your workers just let them know you recognize their efforts, reward them if you can and be the example of an awesome sponsor and team leader. Buy the NMP and let them know about it, that you think it's a great buy and that you suggest they do the same. Lead by example.

Slight change in my year 2016 plans.

At first I had decided to not really do much different with the beginning of my third year with SFI. After reflecting on the changes SFI has made over just the last few months I looked at the opportunity to engage in a bold new plan;

I will be doing things a little different this year. The first five leading affiliates on my team showing serious commitment to the SFI program will receive my full support. I will be reassigning all new recruits to my team to them because I will trust they are in as good hands or better as they are with me. I will support all generations...

This includes every level. The incentive program as stated in my leadership blog applies to every generation PSAs and all CSAs. This is my way of thanking them for helping me build one of the strongest teams to be in SFI. It still requires commitment and hard work, nothing is ever worth gaining without it. Reading my leadership blog is the first step. Most of you that have read it already know what is there; I decided not to add anything new and I have deleted anything which no longer applies to building a strong future. The mark of a good warrior is the lack of excess.

I'm not to sure you can convince anyone that joins SFI that there are serious earnings to be made when no one is aloud to share what they earn. You can show how serious you are by staying in the game and doing all you can do. Your efforts are reflected by your badges and perhaps your commitment by these three: Day VP Streak, Standing Order and EA Streak.

Even this is not enough for someone that simply does not believe that the program will not work. Yet you will find those who could not be convinced it is not the best plan on the planet even after you quit. The best way to go about it is to work with your workers and keep recruiting. Most likely you will only be able to work with five very active affiliates effectively; and they probably won't need much convincing that SFI is a serious business.

It really is important to understand why you should focus on working with the workers. If no one on your team seems to see the value in SFI or TripleClicks you need a bigger team. If no one on your team is a worker, keep recruiting until the workers show up (paid or free, co-ops, ad packages, PriceBenders and transfers from your sponsor are all good sources for new affiliates). CSAs and PSAs that see the value in SFI don't need to be converted from negative to positive thinkers. If it takes the same amount of time to convert a negative attitude as it might just to find someone that is already positive, then your time and resources need to be spent finding and working with those with a positive attitude toward SFI.

It is really not more complicated then placing a standing order for at least 1500 VersaPoints each month to maintain Executive Affiliate status. Do this first before expecting any one on your team to be convinced that being a buyer is of any real importance. You first. Look at it this way, it cost less then a dollar a day to be part of the best wealth building program on the planet. Everybody wins if they duplicate your action. Keep it simple.

It is my opinion that the SFI co-op has more value for both you and your team. It is a great way to show your active team members that their work is appreciated and encourages them to invest in S-Builder. A win-win for everyone. You can include both CSAs and PSAs in an S-Builder co-op. You might lose the benefits of a PSA with CSAs but thier efforts also contribute to your income, cash and matching VP.

Setting up an S-Builder co-op is easy. Just follow the link from your VP Ledger, under Advanced Actions. When one of your team members recieved a PSA, write about it in your blog. Remember to send a link to your blog in your team mails. Having something to brag about in your blog is great.

When someone sees that there is activity happening in your business and people are being rewarded for there work and commitment you might see more people joining through your blog.

Going to work is your biggest investment. You do so because you want to reach your goals and dream, not just help someone else achieve theirs. The amount of time you need to read and learn the basics is your most important investment. Apply what you learn from each lesson. The time is not replaceable by the amount of money you invest. Time is your most important asset. Check yourself, would you pay yourself for the work you are doing: most jobs will Fire you if you show up and do nothing every day.

SFI is much like having a 401k. Your investment over a long period of time will yield results. But, unlike the companies listed in your 401k retirement plan, it is you and not the compitance of an unknown management team that will determine the size of your return.

Make your investment small in the beginning, what you can afford to set aside each month. I suggest a standing order for T-Credits but if you can only afford a few dollars make your standing order for a one or more Single T-Credits. Financial investment is a small part of what you need to do.

Make the best use of your time, follow the VersaPoints, they point the way and help you develope YOUR "WHY!"
