How do you get affiliates to understand that SFI is a serious business with serious earnings potential...and not just a hobby?

Hi!

I am pretty new in this business. But I felt that is absolutely necessary to keep a permanent contact with my CSA and PSA. I send daily CAS / PSA mail to inform them by the changes or to keep them informed about the news in the business.
I send them my message about my availability to help them with any problem.
In this way I check my active partners.
So I concentrate the effort with those actives guys.
But I dont forget about the others. Some times they respond

We all have or had that very same question.

SFI already explains a lot about the program and everyone who joins did so because they want to make money online.

The best thing I've ever done to make my team realize the potential earnings is by putting together a basic chart that explains the potential monthly income and a strategy (the same strategy I use) to build such an income.

A hobby is something you do in your spare time just for some fun. But with dedication you can always change that into a great opportunity and become successful.

You have some free time daily so why not use it in a productive (and in the same time fun) way!

By example, maybe you have a bad habit (drinking to much coffee, eating to much sugar or junk food or something else). Just give up your bad habits, it's good for your health and for your budget. Use those money you save

Good question. I am struggling with this one myself.

I think the best you can do is direct them to the Compensation Plan page so they can see the potential in what they do in numbers.

Secondly, what is really important, is that you lead by example. Log in every day & be seen to be working for example, leave messages on the Stream Post every day. I know you only get VP for 3 per week, but your affiliates will see you ACTIVE daily.

Hi Adri,
with the recent development in SFI, SFI has made another landmark and milestone that has given it a serious business and earning attitude.
Another thing is, it depends on how you relate hobby to work. What do i mean? For instance, if someone's hobby is reading and writing, this person has a potential of earning from that hobby.
How you present SFI to people will determine whether they will see it as a hobby or as a serious business.

This is a good question. The best way to get affiliates to understand that SFI is a serious business is to get them to take a good look at the compensation plan. This show a steady growth potential with minimal expense an effort. I say minimal expense because like any business there has to be some expense, but with SFI the expense can be low. I think they have to be serious about getting into business themselves a lot of people have no ideal what networking marketing is, explaining what kind of business SFI is and telling them about the history of the company and they can earn while they learn and let them know it's a serious business and not a fly by night pie in the sky thing. some people that wants to make fast money is not going to come on board anyway that's the good thing about SFI a lot of people join every day so we all are going

If you really believe that yourself, it will come across to your listener. There is nothing like passion for something that you believe in to become contagious!

Give them the REASONS you see SFI as a serious Business. I could list MY reasons, but they will want to know YOUR reasons. Have you identified them? Write them down. Keep your reasons in a file and send it to every new member!

SFI is a real business, and I suppose if someone logs in it and takes. It can become a hobby, but it's still hard work and entrepreneurship right from home. It should be stressed that already in the welcome letter, very nice, so everyone could instantly recognize the reality and then act accordingly. I think it would be even less those who are just logs and no longer do anything. It should explain the benefits to mention the free training lessons, but even that is not about instant riches from day

You can help new affiliates understand the way to build their business by letting them know all the ways they can connect to you.Then suggest they use the Community Forums for detailed help 24/7.

By keeping your Team Leader position, they will take you seriously and learn by your example.
Make sure you use Stream Post to give detailed help on advertising,putting up a blog/website for the Social Communities and ways to get new referrals.
