Sometimes success comes not from what we know but how we apply it.

I have a PSA who is still learning his business and working very hard to get it going the way he likes. His knowledge is still moderate after a year but he has access to more disposable funds so he takes what I teach and applies more of a budget to promoting those angles and thus his first level PSA outnumber mine by nearly 2 to 1 despite me being in SFI 2 years longer and being the former marketing guru who's training

Absolutely! Some people come into SFI already having a network of people who will follow them into them into the business. Or they're able to make sales quickly and have funds available to participate and win auctions right away.

Each of these things will automatically advance their level quickly.

But, just because they advance quickly, doesn't mean they're always "ready" to be team leaders themselves and know everything there is to know about SFI.

I've

Ovidio,

Great question! I say definitely! Everyone needs and appreciates support no matter where they are at in life. It is always good to know that we are not alone in life and no matter what rank your team members are, that support will be both appreciated and welcomed.

It also role models being a leader and if you have team members who are advancing rapidly I would consider that you are doing a great job supporting them. So pat yourself on the back … and keep up

Yes, of course we do.. and please do..

It is not about any badges or status to mark anyone..
They were there as an Aim, a Target, a motivation to go higher. Overall SFI is a lesson of improving ourselves, managing business and leadership.

I suggest, as a good sponsor, do congratulates them for achieving that height. Monitor their progress in near future if they are having problems maintaining their levels, which in turns they may still need your help and advices.

Thanks for this question.

Yes. A sincere leader will do only that. A genuine Teacher should feel very happy that his students or followers surpass him and achieve great things.

When they advance, naturally you advance!
Your progress depends on their progress!
Your income grows in proportion to their growth!

We always say, Sponsor's performance and achievements should serve as an inspiration to the Team to grow and succeed continuously.

I really love to see and have affiliates whom I have sponsors have advanced faster as I do. I feel proud to have them in my team. I am a BTL now. If they are STL or GTL or PTL, that they are 'better' than me and I would very much like to learn from them how they can make it to that levels.

It is a time for me to review my position to be at par with them and to enjoy the benefits and opportunities that they have created for me. But I must be in that rank to get full benefits and previleges.

1. Well, it’s quite a thought provoking question,Ovidio.
If any of your PSAs/CSAs advances faster than you, let them to do so. However I would encourage you to continue supporting & guiding him to the best of your ability, as & when he asks for.
Its all right, if he outgrows your training. He will continue to be in your down line and in your team only. You have to work as a well knitted unit. Always have a mutual cordial, friendly relationship with all your team members; you

Congratulations if that happens to you! It’s our main aim in SFI to find such gems for our own success.

You may think that because of your PSAs success they will not need you anymore, I think your continued support will still be appreciated.

At higher level than you, your PSAs have all the more reasons to need your advice and moral support, knowing that you have more experience in training and supporting your team, including themselves
.
This time, however, you

My short answer is yes.

You will now have an example of how being a member of your team equals success.

I would start a line of communication with them to find out what information you had given that helped them, in what way and how they applied it. You can then use this for your other team members. If they are willing to part with any additional information, I would take that on board too.

You can use this team member success as an example to inspire other team

Communication is vary important for those that are willing to help others. When your down-line member is taking actions everyday and exceeds your position(s) he/she may have advertising and communication skills. Those that are experienced you can also learn from them, pass on important information with each others.

This person may not know about SFI more then you, only if he/she is spending a lot of time in here in SFI Center. Still pass on messages about SFI in your Stream Posts and threw
