Training and supporting them are two different things. You should continue supporting, and except support from your downline member. Send them training where you think it might help them, and ask them to train you on what is working for them.This is collaboration.

Collaboration means that you two are working together for the good of both of you as partners instead of sponsor and downline. Both of you have the same goals in SFI, and just become one of you is progressing faster than the other isn't important. What is important is that you work together, exchange strategies that work for each of you and build on that. Together you will progress much better than alone.

If you are lucky enough to sponsor affiliates that advance faster than you do, you absolutely support them and train them. You want to develop a strong relationship with this affiliate. You can work together and build a much stronger business. Here are some things I would do with an individual who is advancing faster than me.

1. Communicate 1-on-1 at least once a week by phone or Skype if possible
2. Learn from each other.
3. Create an advertising strategy together
4. Ask your super affiliate if they would write an email you could share with your entire group every once in a while
5. Do everything you can to develop a strong relationship with this individual
6. Learn from your super star

The most important rule of our work is work.

 Only if we work we can get results. In the end it does not matter that much how good you are or capable in certain areas of your work.

 If this could be the reason why you chose to become a part of SFI, this is also the reason why many people are not successful.

 It may seem like a good thing not to have a boss and a time, for many it is so good you forget to work.

People are used to getting up and being forced to work, even if he does not like what he has to do. If no obligation, and does not like something he has to do, he does more.

 Only those who have entrepreneurial spirit and likes to work without a boss basically makes its way into this business because it has the ability to work even when emotionally did not want.

Of course u should continue train and support them no matter if they advance faster than you.

The sponsor is in SFI for supporting his PSAs and teaching him/her,there is no garanty that they will keep their Team Leader status forever,most of the affiliates become EA2 and then stop working and then is your PSA in trouble and needs your helping hand to continue be succesful in the business

The point of SFI is sponsoring PSAs and teaching them to do what you do and they will follow your example of work.

Tell them to sing up new PSAs every day to have more chances to be succesful in SFI,no one person is a garanty to be a full time worker here or in any other business.

Keep the training going, Keep reading new books which can give you another perspective on business so that you can suggest it to your downline or upline remember business always needs an out of the box perspective so that you can put it into trial and if it becomes error it is a learning curve. If it is successful then run with it! Everybody does business differently! What can be done as well is to get ideas from other careers such as artists or creative persons anything goes with business. I know the basic principles must be adhered to but if you tweak some of what is in other careers you may just make a new gadget, new experience, new style, new trend. Who knows?

By all means continue to support and encourage them. The fact that they have advanced faster than you must mean that you are a darn good sponsor - you are awesome!

Your relationship with your affiliates will naturally change and this will depend to a large extent on the experience and knowledge of your affiliates. If they are relatively new to SFI, I suspect they will still need training in some aspects of the business, and this is where you come in. Continue to provide tips and encouragement and help them sponsor their own affiliates.

You have proven that you can sponsor, now teach them how to sponsor their people.

If your PSA is growing faster than you are it's a good chance that they already know as much as you do about SFI.

I would put less emphasis on "train", and more on "support". Just let your PSA know that you are there if needed, and just continually recognize their success and cheer them on!

The other thing you could do is to reassign affiliates to them that have shown some effort, but are no longer responding to you, or that are in their country.

Remember, your PSA's success is your success!

In the end, my advice is encourage him to do more. You may be EA2 while he's already an STL, but that's good cos in the end, you are still his sponsor meaning you make commissions off his sales and purchases. His success is your success too. So encourage him.

Absolutely! You should also be learning from those affiliates, for then you become a mastermind group.

As a team, you will accomplish so much more here at SFI and beyond. Remember "The Plan" (https://www.sfimg.com/the_plan) - you have to have five Platinum Team Leaders for you to advance to Diamond Team Leader.

Let them advance and show the rest of your team how to do the same!
