Great question! I say definitely! Everyone needs and appreciates support no matter where they are at in life. It is always good to know that we are not alone in life and no matter what rank your team members are, that support will be both appreciated and welcomed.
It also role models being a leader and if you have team members who are advancing rapidly I would consider that you are doing a great job supporting them. So pat yourself on the back … and keep up with the communication and support. Momentum is a wonderful thing and it is good to keep encouraging the growth and advancement.
