1. The Versa Points expiring at the end of each month & the VP count being reset to zero at the start of the succeeding month has the following valid reasons.You may accordingly explain the same to your team members after going through these reasons enumerated below.
a)Starting every month with a clean slate makes it ‘a fair & a level playing field ‘for all affiliates to participate afresh very month with equal opportunity to reach the top levels of Power Ranking.
b) This makes the affiliates to keep logging in daily to score VPs every month and clearly tells us how much effort the affiliates are putting- in ,every month to get to the next level.
c) Commission is calculated on the accumulation of VPs by an affiliate every month. The VPs earned reflects the efforts put in by him/her during that month.
d) If the earned VPs are carried forward to the next month, commission needs to be calculated again for the same VPs we had been earned in the previous month, which is not financially logical or fair. How can you reward again an affiliate for his efforts of last month without any effort put by him for the present month!
e) Therefore, this policy of reset”0” every month, begins a new qualification process to earn SFI commissions and rank. The individual starts from scratch to attain & move from Affiliate, to Executive Affiliate, and through the five grades of Team Leadership: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The rank which an affiliate finally ends up with at the end of a month will continue for the succeeding (next) month However, he has to score the respective versa points in the next month for maintaining that particular rank; if not he will lose this rank.
f) There is also a genuine problem of data storage space in the SFI infrastructure. Storing millions of versa points long after they have been earned for that month just takes up so much valuable space and slows down the entire SFI System.
2. All said & done, you will also find the answer to your question at the “To Do List” Icon in the SFI Affiliate Home centre page, under important notes # 2. “Why Do Versa Points Expire?” . 3. You will however,notice that your monthly VPs are not totally ignored. They are added to calculate your standing/ ranking in Leader boards. It's only your monthly totals that reset, though the points you earn each month remain in your Power Ranking for six full months (180 days), which is used to determine your ranking within SFI. Thus, it is to be noted that though the VPs earned by an affiliate the previous month does not have any bearing on his present month’s earning process, he does not lose it either . However, other than one-time action points, all others VPs acquired, expire after 180 days.

1. Generally, most of us are greatly overwhelmed & uncomfortable while approaching strangers face to face; this can be mainly due to lack of experience in this area! Hence its time to practice the same –remember the age old dictum “Practice makes one Perfect”
Strengthening your self confidence is the key to improvement.
2. Foremost of all, cultivate and develop your language of communication - must be able to say the same things in different ways by adopting different approaches. A few tips to help you practice and learn how to approach people with confidence.
a) Whenever you are out in public, smile and say ‘Hi’, good morning/evening- as the time may be- to at least a couple of strangers who pass by, most times they will respond back returning your greeting, which will increase your confidence, mental makeup & give you a good feeling!.
b) Practice to make small talk with the salesperson when being served at a store even if it's just mentioning how nice the day is or how has his/her day been so far. This is how a conversation can be started.
c) By making frequent phone calls, you learn how to talk with another person and hold a conversation.
d) If you have friends who are a people's person or have the “gift of the gab” try to spend more time with them,they have great energy that can be transferred to you!.
d) The more you practice the above,the more confident you become. Gradually, it will get easier and you can naturally bring in the topic of SFI, TripleClicks or whatever you have in mind into your conversations.
3. Always take the help of your family members, relatives, friends, neighbors etc. to rehearse what you would like to convey to a stranger about SFI/TC; ask them to find out any deficit or lacuna that exists in you for necessary correction.
4. Look at yourself in the mirror and correct your gestures and body language in order to look more confident. Test the wordings, phrases and grammar of the language you speak and confirm before-hand.
5. Adequate preparation is the “mantra”.Before you approach any prospective client for promotional purposes, you need to work out what you are going to say. Try to write down your 'sales line' and rehearse the same. You need to know it so well that you can say it in a methodical sequence and in different words but conveying the same meaning. Other than your sales line, think also of likely objections or questions people might have. Anticipate these and prepare and arm yourself with these answers.
6. Educate yourself with as much info you can collect from the SFI internet lessons,Launch Pad Lessons, SFI Basics, ASK SC answers to other affiliates questions, Forum discussions, Newsletters etc. This sort of varied knowledge will make you confident to approach people and explain details to promote SFI. Develop and strengthen the basics and advanced knowledge about the TC products/Services that is being promoted or advertised by word of mouth. You therefore need to have a good understanding of SFI and Triple Clicks. With knowledge comes confidence. People with scarce information/knowledge lack the confidence to approach people for conveying what they have in mind. Adequate knowledge of any topic is the key.
7.Adopt different methods of approach to speak to various groups of people with a particular emphasis on salutation, truthfulness, honesty, gratitude, readiness to accept criticism and correction etc.
8. Always maintain brevity i.e., speak clearly & precisely to the point. Never beat around the bush!
9. You can request their contact phone number, find out the answer and ring them back. This is the ideal way of following up on a sales lead!
10. Ensure that all the required proofs/documents are available with you whenever you approach any prospective client.
11. Always convey your thanks to the client for giving you an opportunity for communication and remember to take leave with permission.
12. Please don’t get put off by the people who say “no”. That is just part of the game; move on to the next person. That’s the way of life!
13. Be confident - body language speaks volumes. Be assured that you are convinced of what you are speaking about with your body language complimenting this. People notice these small things. Let confidence ooze from you so that the potential affiliate does not think it is a scam or a no-good deal.

1. Sponsors come in different categories.
2. I would recommend you to make good use of not only your sponsor but also all those in your up-line.But do not depend on them to help you in logging & carrying out the SFI activities.
A good sponsor's worth is invaluable. However, it is a bonus and may not always be the case. You may be lucky to get an excellent sponsor.Pl do make use of him in clarifying your doubts etc.
3.When building a business you have to rely on yourself. It is your sponsor's job to guide you, teach you whatever they can but it is not their job to build your business for you. Basically, make good use of your helpful sponsor to your advantage. If he is not the helpful type, do not waste your time worrying about it! Initiate, get into action and start building your business and maybe you will even motivate your sponsor to become more active.
4. Build a good relationship with your sponsor and learn what you can from them but at the same time make use of your own skills, talents & resources. However to be frank, no one is responsible for your success except yourself!
5. Apart from your sponsor, SFI has an amazing and awesome Forum which is quite informative & alive! Please remember that your sponsor is a person who has more experience than you in your job - maybe it is only one day more or a hundreds of days more, but nevertheless you can learn from him/her. All their experience in SFI counts! Please listen to their advice, readily accept their help & follow their guidance.
10. It may so happen b that In your up line your sponsor may not be that helpful but someone else from your up line may prove to be a perfect guide & tutor for you.
To summarize, you should definitely make use of your helpful & considerate sponsor as well as the members of your up line and learn to rely on them for advice and information. But always remember - they won't and cannot do your job; for that you need to rely on your own dedication, passion, persistence and patience!

1. Sponsors come in different categories.
2. I would recommend you to make good use of not only your sponsor but also all those in your up-line.But do not depend on them to help you in logging & carrying out the SFI activities.
A good sponsor's worth is invaluable. However, it is a bonus and may not always be the case. You may be lucky to get an excellent sponsor.Pl do make use of him in clarifying your doubts etc.

1. The basic infrastructure requirements for being successful in SFI are the following:-
a. Accessibility to the Internet,
b. Desktop/Tablet/Laptop/Smart phone- should be in possession of any one of these devices.
c. Allotment of fixed time to carry out the business.
d. A small steady investment to maintain rank.
You do not need to have special skills or experience to start to your (SFI) business.
SFI has made available all the required training tools and guidance that you may need.
You need to simply read and re-read the training material available in the SFI Affiliate center, until you understand. Put into practice what you have read.
2. Next is the requirement of the following qualities:-
a) Patience
b) Perseverance
c) Consistency
d) Duplication
e) Courage & boldness to get out of the Comfort Zone.
f) The mindset and attitude to expand the business.
g) Dedication
3. Dos & don’ts:-

It takes time to learn as much as you can about the business, to place ads, to communicate with your up-line and your down-line, to complete the daily tasks. As a matter of fact you should be prepared to commit some money as well, to help your business grow faster, but it is not essential, but putting in the time is. It may only be an hour a day, but if you spend that hour wisely, you can move your business forward every day.
6. Willingness to learn. Every person in history who accomplished anything of importance, started out as a student a techer!. They learned from those who had gone before. The popular musician, Mozar, had a music teacher. Picasso the painter, had an art instructor. You do not need to develop the concept of online marketing. All you need to do is find someone who has been successful, find out how they did it, and duplicate those actions.
7. If you can read, learn and apply what you learn then you are capable of building a successful business.
