Absolutely! Some people come into SFI already having a network of people who will follow them into them into the business. Or they're able to make sales quickly and have funds available to participate and win auctions right away.
Each of these things will automatically advance their level quickly.
But, just because they advance quickly, doesn't mean they're always "ready" to be team leaders themselves and know everything there is to know about SFI.
I've had two or three of my PSAs advance me within their first two or three months of signing up, but they still have questions about what to do next or how to lead their new teams.
So it is important to keep the lines of communication open in case they need training in some aspect of SFI that you're more familiar with than they are.
Also, since you earn extra VPs for "Supporting" members who advance, then it's important that you are supporting them and congratulating them on their achievements.
