As you know to this day we all need active members to gain knowledge and following directions. SFI and TC weekly/monthly Up-date News is shown in the front page when you first log-in your SFI backoffice.

Social Sites
To get faster and more action takers you need social sites to pass on your messages. It takes just a click to liking a page(s) and every post you post, your follower will see your post. Just about every social site you can create a free page or group to post any thing your promoting. Explaining about the topic or new news to your team followers will give them better understanding about the latest announcement(s). This way the'll also see the information more then once, that's a good reminder to have at top social sites. Not everyone is in all the social sites that your a member, some people don't like some social sites for personal reasons.

A good idea that's not a bad idea is to create personal image/photos for sharing in your posts, this way you don't have to say much what you post your up-dates in your timeline.

Blogging
Getting more into details can be vary helpful. This way you'll have less questions and concerns, but that may also lead to more questions and concerns. The great news about that is you will also learn from that and that's a great feeling. Also you can lead your readers from social sites to your blog. That's more exposure to your blog.

Email
It's a good idea just to pass on the message leading to your social or blog post(s) and/or SFI/TC News.

From time to time you should be asking what they think about the SFI/TC News broadcasts. Getting more personal with them will help them grow there downline team members.

Every SFI/TC and Personal emails are important to gaining knowledge to building your business. Personal like like/love reading from SFI and my up-line team leaders, as will as from my downline.

If you see a good post at the Forum about the latest news, give your downline or A2A members the Forum link. Everyone information is helpful and can be rewording in the future.

Here are helpful information to using your TC Product Collections leading to buyers.

Blog
Adding a list of product/services that relate to your business to your side bar.

Also throughout your posts you can also add banners leading to your offer of related product/services.

Email
It is a great idea to add a few links that are related at the bottom of your email message. Using P.S. before your offer is a great way to pass on your special offer.

Text Ads
You can also use the name of your list to attract people to check what your promoting. Make sure to use the right link to your offer.

Social Posting
Be sure to use Hash Tags "#nameofyouroffer" this way you'll also have a list inside your list of what your offering.

We must make sure there

* Related to your business
* What your promoting/offering

Once you get to be a expert promoter, in many fields of advertising, you'll have the knowledge to moving you and your team members to new high'ts.

Just think of what your prospects are looking for in the right text words. If it's not working change your message/offer. The more you work your business the more you'll get out of it.

When your Sponsoring Affiliates in your Team you'll be doing to at once. Give your members in your downline products that they may use in there business.

If you buy a e-book and liked it you can give it to them when they buy something from your TC online store. Everything you learn should be duplicated to earning more income, this means sponsoring new members.

Targeting your audience with certain products in your niche will give you a good/great boost if you have active buyers.

Lets say you have page(s) of products and/or services your promoting, that your niche, give them a reason to buy your product(s) your offering. Once you get there attention about your offer you'll have buyers coming back month after month.

This goes for the same with your active SFI members. If you show them what to do they'll follow in your direction. You may also have another person expert in another line of field and you can have your downline team up with them.

Be sure to follow the holidays, personal activities, events and so on to match your products list your offering.

This shows your affiliates information like where there from, there email address, when they joined, what key code you used, there primary language.

Underneath there Primary Language you can see what actions they take each day at there VP Ledger. (This is also located at the dropdown tab at your Hot Spots.)

You can also send an E-Card to your affiliate that's active or that became inactive. This will help them in there training or give information for them to come back to SFI Center to further there training and information to earning income.

At your affiliates Profile is there information that describes more about them, if they fill in the information provided for them. You can help with any weekness they may have that they provide for you to view.

At My Best Tips you may ask them to submit there Best Tips for there new affiliates. Just click on the "HERE" that provided for you at "Let (persons name) know you'd like him/her to submit one by clicking HERE." The system will do the rest, that it in that.

At your Start tab.

If you havent read how to Be An Awesome Sponsor, do so. This will help you to be a successful Sponsor.
The information is provided for you if they took the actions; Confirmed Registration, Affiliate Profile Completed and Whitelisted [email protected]

If he/she hasn't done so, email him/her to do so. Don't add links to your email, this way your email wouldn't go to there Spam Folder.

At your CONTACT tab.
This is there personal information, if there currently online and you can also email them from there.

At your CHECKLIST tab.
You have the choice to go threw the check list to be an AWESOME Sponsor. This don't have to be done in one day, take actions throughout the week(s). This way the'll know your willing to help them throughout there training and building there business.

Your NOTES tab.
You can add any information to what aaction you take or what action they take. This is a vary great idea to know what you and your affiliate has done in the past.

Your ACTIVITY tab.
This is what your affiliate is doing and how well there doing as a affiliate in this center.

Your UPLINE tab.
His/her upline team members are the same as yours except there Co-Sponsor. You have the choice to follow there Co-Sponsor at the Forum if you wish. This way you'll know how well there proforming in SFI as a leader.

As an existing affiliate and long time affiliate you can pass on the news letter to your new affilaites. When they have question or concerns you can foreword the email news letter to them. This goes for the SFI Blog and TripleClicks (TC) Blog.

The latest news passed on to us affiliates is vary important to knowing what new at SFI, what change is happening and what actions you need to take to building a successful business.

Every email news letter is different from one another and has some same information to sink in to know where to find the information for your new affiliates when they need help in there training.

It's a real great idea to create folders in your business email that's connected with SFI Center. This way you'll find the information at your folder(s) and forword to your downline in need of help. Keeping organized and gaining new information is vary helpful that saves you time from what you'll be looking for in the near future.

If your at your email.

If your at your email and you get the message about your new PSA, I would suggest logging in to SFI to see if you'll catch them then proceed to "While your in SFI Center". If you have the time to chat.


While your in SFI Center.

If you just happen to be online here in SFI when you get the message you Sponsored a new affiliate chat with them. Let them know your there sponsor and your there to help with any questions or concerns they may have. During that time give them SFI and your email and the link (https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/emailhelp)to get there information and VP's. Be sure to send them to there VP Ledger (https://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/MyReports/VPLedger). This will give them what to expect in there first month and every month after that.


If you missed the email message hour(s) later or next day.

Make sure you add your email and a message at your welcome message here in the center, you'll find it at your PSA's and CSA's information when you click there name at your "Movers" and "Genealogy & Affiliate Manager" (black dropdown bar under Power Tools) pages.

When you send a personal email from your email provider, make sure you don't add link(s) to the message. This will go to there Spam Folder. Welcome yourself as there sponsor/co-sponsor and a short description what do to add (whitelist) SFI and your email to there list.

I personally don't add my email or any links untill I get an email from them that they add my email to there list.

Investing in SFI does not always mean money, yes we need to invest money to go places.

From the start of something new, like starting your own business. You need to invest time to getting to know what the business has to offer, reading the information provided for you. As you know SFI is free and starting is all about investing your time to learning the business. Once your convinced and satisfied with this business and it's for you, you move one to investing money. Then you will be investing your time and income to making it work for you.

Here's an example to investing time then money on your choice of the item.

Let's say you want to buy a car. You take the time to ask questions about what your interested in or been offered. As you know you will not buy the car when you first look at it, you have to know what it has to offer you and meet your needs.

Okay, now your convinced with the vehicle, now you need to invest money. Why because you need to go place to work, see places you haven't see, take you to your family and friends place, to the store and so on.

You need gas to take you places and do things, this is an everyday thing your car needs plus what extra thing you may want for your car. These has are like smaller or bigger wheels, a new video cam or video player, wind blocker for your windows or anything that makes your car look better. All these are extras that you want for your car to look nicer or feel better driving or to attract people and it takes time and money. Your car will not look nicer or feel better after one night.

If you have to invest in your business you need time, money and patience. Dedication is also to invest your time to gaining knowledge to meet your personal needs and others. Then you'll need to invest your time to meet others expectations. Once you invest your time, energy and money then success will fallow.

When your down-line member is taking actions everyday and exceeds your position(s) he/she may have advertising and communication skills. Those that are experienced you can also learn from them, pass on important information with each others.

Organize your activity
Bookmarking and creating folders at your web browser is a vary great idea to organizing your pages till you know where the information your looking for is wehre it is and the knowledge you gain for your training.
Note: You may create folders in folders and so on, don't create too many in one folder. Organize them buy giving them names.

Note Pad is another way of keep track of your activity throughout the days, weeks and months.
Note: Don't use Word Pad, this takes too much space in your computer.

Screen Shot is another way of keep track as an image. This way you'll see the image you saved. Create a Folder in your computer for each activity you wish. Just give each one a name this way you'll know where to save your work. You may also use a Note Pad for your personal information to what your saving.

Tracking your activity
You can now save your Hit Tracking for your links you create with your Key Codes. This way when you buy Leads or Advertising Hits from the Advertisers at your TripleClicks (TC) store you'll know how much you receive from them throughout the week(s). By doing this you'll know where to promote and where to stop promoting.

Bookmarking, Folders, Note Pad and Images is a great way to keeping track of your activity and keeping organized that will save you time and keep you on top your business.
