Good morning! Bamidele,

My simple explanation would be to use a job that uses a time clock/time card, where you are required to punch in/out.

At the end of the week, the manager replaces the old with new ones. He then reviews and totals the hours and forwards them to the Payroll dept.

So you may consider the Versa Points the same as the amount of hours worked and completed for the week. Your commission is calculated on a weekly basis.

Some companies pay

Hi Bamidele

It’s a important question for everone to understand and not get surprized when at the beginning of each month your score board shows zero Versa Points. First of we must understand why we score versa points?

We score versa points each month to get our commissions, benefits and bonuses. If we need these perks every month, then we have to score Versa Points each and every month. You need to score. Moreover, if there is no requirement to score Versa Points, no affiliate

SFI is set up to motivate and inspire to success. We draw our commissions once a month. Even those who work at the factory get's set back to zero. Think about it, when you got paid, did they pay you for the previous pay period too? No, you got paid for the most recent pay period.

We get our commissions based on the pay period (the month). The new month starts a new pay period. In order to calculate how much you have EARNED, the month starts with zero. Why should you get paid over

This a good question. I wondered about that myself when I was a new affiliate back in 2012.

At that time we kept our Versa Points total forever and didn't have to lose some after 6 months.

Versa Points are not something that you collect to earn more money or even prestige. They are to measure your activity on a monthly basis to work out your commissions check or pay-out.

If you have a standing order of 1500 VP per month or more you will ensure your EA2 status so that

Dear Sir,
In addition to sea of answers you received, I wanted to add this:

Members of your team should understand that they work for company just like any other. We are employees BUT without boss, alarm clock, office and formal dressing code. Just like in any other company - salary is to be earned, in our case, luckily - by multiple means and in various ways, MONTHLY.

Otherwise, our titles could be earned once, and we could just do nothing - they will understand that

The monthly VersaPoint totals are used to determine your activity levels and your rank for that month, as well as all the various rewards that you have earned with that rank. The monthly totals reset every month so you can continue to achieve those goals.

It's only your monthly totals that reset, though--the points you earn remain in your Power Ranking for six full months, and that's used to determine your ranking within SFI.

Hi,good day to you!

Every single VersaPoints (action/sales) that we accumulate during the whole month period, requires payment by the company. Therefore all of this needs to be reset to zero because it is already been paid. By doing this the company insures us that we will start all over again, no matter what rank you are or how long you been in this business..in simple term. No work... No pay! More points, More money in your pocket!

Hope it will help you sir!

Hi, Bamidele,
Great Question!

First & foremost, for all of us who are existing SFI Affiliates, setting VersaPoints to zero at the beginning of each month, is a conscious effort to enable us monitor our past performances and be gingered to do much better in the new month. We really need to set present goals/targets to achieve in the new month.
You see, there are five (5) Golden Rules when it comes to goal-setting; and these are:--
1. That we set goals that motivate

As we all knew, we are together here in SFI to learn, how to create an Income and setting up business, from home.

All activities and programs in SFI is a training format for all to practise and follow, duplicating act will only helps to form us as a Strong Foundation Internationally SFI.

By treating this business as our real business, we will soon understand the reason why, we must have something or value to practise every month, starting back from point 'Zero'

The points/ Versa points are the ones by earning which your ranking is decided ( on par with other parameters of course). Our career in SFI starts with acquiring Versa points. Up to a level i.e, Exev.Affiliate (1500 V.pts), it is not that difficult to secure them. But above the cadre of E.A1 and EA2, it is quite a difficult task to get them. Moreover maintaining every month at a minimum of E.A2 is a bit difficult. Even more difficult is to start from square one every month. Because, at the end
