How do you explain to team members why VersaPoints appear to reset to zero at the start of each month?

Every single VersaPoints (action/sales) that we accumulate during the whole month period, requires payment by the company.Therefore all of this needs to be reset to zero because it is already been paid. By doing this the company insures us that we will start all over again, no matter what rank you are or how long you been in this business..in simple term. No work... No pay! More points, More money in your pocket!

We have to face the reality that most of the affiliate
of this business is not comfortable of using english as their language.
SFI family have over 2 million affiliates.
but if you notice only a few participating in forum.
I strongly believe,
that it is not because they not aware of what SFI is all about.
but because english is not their language of choice.
Posting our native language in My Country category will give our fellow affiliate
The chance to express their sides, questions, ideas etc with more confident that they
will be understood and be understand!

Most younger people tend to look for job.
The job that will give them security for the day to day living .
Offering them a BUSINESS like the SFI with the proper explanation of what SFI can give to them making a younger people to think ahead for their future.
What are the selling points that we can use in signing them up?
Remind them that SFI is not a job because this is their own business.
NO boss
NO daily time record
NO boundaries in earnings.
NO one can decide, except themselves how to run this business.
Most important thing to tell them about this business is the residual income for years to come
that can give them and their family a secured future!

To earn income to this business without investmest is trough sales.
You can generate great commisions even you remain as an AFF(affiliate).
You can recruit PRM's that will become your customer for life and can generate income,
as long as they keep on buying in our Tripleclick store.
But my advice to you if ever you already have an income trough selling products from tripleclick
You need to invest now for SFI and start to build your own team.
SO that you can get the MAXIMUM earnings on both sales and VP matching
once you reach the status of a team leader.
If you going to do SFI business make the most of it.

I see it as an advantage for them.
Being a disabled person they can devote their time in learning this business more than most of abled person.(that is my belief)
Added to that is the self confidence that they can develop because of SFI.
Doing business in the comfort of their home?
Nothing is sweeter than that.
With the complete tools that SFI is giving to us for FREE,
pretty sure they can learn this business in no time.
More time to learn means more potential of success!
More focus, because they can make this business just by marketing thru PC and other device that is compatible to SFI system withuot leaving their place.
But most important thing if you have a disabled person in your downline you must make sure that you taking an etxra care of him/her.
You must show your concern as a sponsor in able for them to succeed!
Remember if an able person need our guidance, What more with the disabled ones.

As the saying goes "there is no place like home".
