Visit ASK SC, The Forum, research, decide, and make notes on your presentation.
Write out your presentation exactly as you intend to promote it, and then memorize it.
Once you've memorized it practice it in front of a mirror or a friend or family member.
You will find as you become more confident, you can add to and refine the process.
