Hello Bamidele,

Simply put, If a company pays per hour and you work for 100 hours in the previous month, you will be paid accordingly and should you work for just 50 hours in the subsequent month, no one in his/her right mind will expect the company to pay more than the hours worked for.

If this same company uses punch card system then it’s going to be new month, new card, no carryover of the previous month card and so no carryover of any payment whatsoever it’s been settled

To start with 0 vp at the 1st day of the month means that you have to start earning new versa points for that month.
The versa points collected during the month show that you have done the tasks as required to earn which you will have a share in the Executive Pool.
Sales and action versa points will determine your rank for the month whether you are Affiliate. Executive Affiliate or Team Leader.
Give equal and fair treatment to all members irrespective of their rank.

Take time to explain the dashboard - this is a helpful tool for affiliates to keep track of what actions he or she does each month.

When explaining the dashboard, this is the perfect time to describe how efforts performed each month are tracked thus when it is a new month our Action VP's will reset to 0 to start us up again for a new month.

Action VP's are representative of what each affiliate does in a given month so means it is easier for the affiliate to see on this dashboard

The versapoints earned during a month represent the work contributed by an affiliate to SFI business during that particular month. And accordingly they attain rank and earn commissions for the month.

For the next month, if an affiliate wants to attain/retain rank and earn commissions, he/she will have to put in work and efforts into SFI, by earning fresh versapoints.

Hence, at the beginning of a new month, the versapoints are reset to zero.
I hope this simple and precise

This happens to all the affiliates regardless of their level or rank. The VP total for the month resets at 0 at the beginning of the month and we all have to re qualify for our respective ranks or higher.

The reason for this is because your benefits for the month of, say July, are based on the number of VPs you earned in July. If we do not reset at 0 in the beginning of August and add the July VPs to the August VPs it means that the affiliate will benefit twice on the July VPs. This

Hi there,

I am glad you structured your question properly by qualifying what actually happens. The VP "appears" to reset to zero each month. You are actually correct in assessing this event but also slightly wrong because each affiliate is placed on level footing each month to accumulate fresh VP for the new month.

To qualify the appearance of resetting is that you have a total running VP tally which those VP are still added on to your account. However all VP will

Well, for one thing, if we want to achieve the next level of TL which has it´s benefits, if we want to earn money, if we want to be successful with a business or anything, we have to continue working new and earning these things new. If you had a shop, you sell for example articles for 6000 dollar, will that be counted for next month? The answer is no. Why? For your shop to keep existing and growing as well as making benefits, you have to start every month new, earn new money. This is just an example

Versa Points appear to set to zero at the start of each month, Why?

The answer is simple. Consider that you(an affiliate) are an employee of a firm drawing monthly salary. You are paid for the work done during a particular month. Likewise, versa points earned for a particular month is compensated for the month and is merged with the overall earnings from the very beginning of your SFI affiliation.

When you want to maintain the EA2, etc. status continuously, you have to start

I explain it like this

Your versa points will reset to zero every month, because it is like a monthly time card. But more importantly that reset starts a new process for the next month. You can actually record your progress using your own methods and see what is working or not working for you. And you will soon find out that if you don't show up for work you will not get paid.

Taking that in mind, when you start a new position you normally don't start at the top making the
