In SFI, a lot of affiliates who started from the beginning had lots of versapoints to their credit. One or two are over a million versapoints. You can imagine what this could mean to others who're just joining SFI today. No chance in a million to earn.

SFI management in their wisdom decided to give every affiliate the same opportunity every month to earn. Whether you were here from the beginning or you came in today, there's a level playing ground for all affiliate to earn according to their effort monthly.

First explain there are 2 types of VersaPoints(VP).
1. Action VersaPoints(AVP) - these are free points earned or rewarded for doing the actions in the To-DO LIST(see Type-A).

2. Sales VersaPoints(SVP) - these are points earned from products purchased from your TripleClicks store. VersaPoints varies on different products.
Note: VPs earned only from your own purchased or from your Personally Referred TC Members(PRM).

Next, explain the benefits of collecting VersaPoints. The reason being, the number of VPs will determine the ranks in SFI and with minimum 1500 VP each month you will get to earn a share of the TripleClicks Executive Pool and Matching VPs for Team Leaders. Extra benefit for Fast Track Members, earn 10% bonus shares of the TripleClicks Executive Pool, including Matching VPs every month!

How do you explain to team members why VersaPoints appear to reset to zero at the start of each month?

There seems to be a lot of complicated answers given to this question? But it is really very simple. I’m surprised the question has even been asked.

Perhaps the confusion in people’s minds is because we are talking about “VersaPoints” – that’s not a word used anywhere else (that I know of) except in SFI – so people are not familiar with it.

So, what are “VersaPoints” (VP)? The glossary definition is: -

“Points awarded to affiliates for a variety of actions, as outlined on the VP Ledger. The more points affiliates earn each month, the higher their SFI commissions can go. See the VersaPoints FAQs for more information about VP. You may also want to check out the Benefits Chart for a complete list of VersaPoint rankings and associated benefits. FYI: SFI Power Rankings are based on VersaPoints.”

We all understand the concept of money. Well VP is a currency that SFI uses. SFi has created it as a special type of currency because this allows SFI to use it in special ways by giving an action or product a certain number of VP.

Really the simplest way we should look at VP is to think of it as “time”. If we work in a job then we are paid for the time worked either at an hourly rate or if on a salary then for a set number of days, usually monthly. And we are paid either weekly, fortnightly, monthly or on a “per rate” basis. At the end of each pay period the total number of hours worked (or items completed if on a piece rate) is calculated up and we are paid at the hourly salary or piece rate.

For the next “pay period” the number of hours we work begins again at zero and is totaled up until the end of the pay period – then we are paid (hours x rate).

In SFI it is the same – on about the 10th day of each month we are paid commissions for the work we have done during the previous month – ie, the VP we have earned during the previous month. The more VP the higher our commissions/earnings once we have earned 1500 VP for the month.

Even though the VP is reset to Zero at the beginning of every month, please explain the following to your team members:

1. They have not lost their VP which they earned in the previous month(s)at all;
2. They can visit the link: www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=scoreboard to get this confirmed;
3. They will be rewarded, as per the SFI Compensation Plan, for VP that they earned the previous
month, in the following month;
4. SFI will never pay for the VP earned, more than once.
5. As the new month begins, its mandatory for all members to qualify themselves again, by
performing various actions as detailed in the To Do List;
6. Every one is supposed to work and earn every month;
7. In the absence of a re-qualification process, people will not do anything;
8. In that case, as their Sponsor, we will be reluctant to build /motivate & inspire a Team, as
practically, we will not earn anything, as there is no efforts at all, from their side;
9. There are so many ways for them to earn VP every month to qualify themselves;
10.Buying is an option; If they read the To Do List carefully, they can understand how easily
they can earn VP and qualify themselves month after month;
11. Further, earning VP every month afresh, will help them to grow to any leadership level
that they aspire for; By this, they can maximize their earnings every month;
12. By re-setting the VP to Zero at the start of every month, monitoring their progress is
very easy;
13. Finally, creating more strong and active affiliates and generating TC Sales are easiest means
for any one to earn VP, qualify himself and earn more - every month.

Conclusion:

VP does not "appear" to reset, it does reset.

Every month we start at 0 VP. Our commissions are calculated based on the number of VP we personally collect as well as the VP collected by our EA2 PSAs and CSAs (matching VP).

We don't lose our previous months VP, however they do begin to expire after 180 days. (See https://www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=to-do_list important notes #2).

We have a running total to help determine rank, commissions and various rewards like E365 qualifications and other badges.

Make sure you're telling all your affiliates to really read every page. There's important information on these pages and if they're not really reading them they'll be crashing down your door wondering why their Sponsor didn't tell them they reset to zero every month.

In SFI , everybody starts out with 0 Versapoints on the 1st day of every month. This is the process and part of the system that determines your compensation from month to month and there is no way to get around or avoid it. A lot of Affiliates still continue to miss or don't really comprehend this as they work toward building their business each month.

When you log in and score points, you become an Active Team member for that month. You want to score as many points as you can each month and then spend time, building and increasing your own group of Active Team Members. Work with this particular team of PSAs and CSAs , motivate and encourage them to log in , work their Versapoint Ledger and do the same as you. When they log in their Home Page and work the Red Tabs, they will score at least 11 pts daily and will end up with 330 pts as they work toward the monthly goal of achieving EA status. We have commonly referred to this as being on the 11/30 Plan . Most of your Active Team Members will finally get it and commit to moving up and above the 1500 Versapoint minimum requirement to maintain EA status each month. By the yard, it is hard , but by the inch, it is a cinch! It all starts small and once you gain momemtum, it is known as exponential growth! Imagine what it would be like when you build and increase your Active Team Member Base each month with everyone working the 11/30 Plan , teaching this same process to members of their individual teams. Your downline, Total Group Versapoint Activity and your Sales Commissions would increase every month until everything finally explodes!

Of course , this is the direction that most Affiliates strive to achieve, if they want to build a huge residual check each month in SFI , but it first starts with you. The question is. " How fast do you want it to happen and are you doing the right things to get the right results? ".

Just keep every thing simple, understand how the Versapoints system really works , stay focused and don't quit or give up.

Regarding your question, here is an explanation on what happens in network market.

Suppose you are the owner of a company. You give out commissions and salary based on sales and effort per month. Every month when your team members make sales and put in effort, every one will be different, all will earn different depending on the sales and effort they put in that month. You as the owner will pay for that month.

Come to next month your team members will have to renew their goals some may want to achieve so they ll work harder to get better commissions, so for the next month you ll pay only for amount of work done that month, will you add the previous months pays every month.

Im sure your answer is No........ So every month we all have to start from zero and make achievable goals. But in SFI the VPS get added( accumulated points) that determine your position and help you set goals. The commissions and pays are on monthly basis on how we performed. Thats why we start from zero .

Its all fair and this is what makes SFI superb. It gives us all opportunities , how much we want to grab is our choice.

I would say that their "honeymoon" period at SFI is over. It has been relatively easy to get 1500 VP in the 1st month, no doubt about it. And congratulations on achieving the EA* status!

However, from 2nd month onward, they really need to work hard to earn the 1500 points to maintain their rank. Otherwise, they will need the SO of 125 TCredits packs.

Essentially, they will need to choose any one or 2 out of the 3 options below::

a. Work hard and prove to themselves that they can get the 1500 VP without spending a single cent. They will still collect around 500 monthly AVP and will need minimum 000 points more. They will need to rely on their PSAs and thus, their focus should be on ways to get the 45% direct commissions. It would be a great moral boost if they are able to maintain their rank by earning all the necessary points;
b. Get the SO in place, and they will have no worry about being demoted next month and can give more focus on building their team; and
c. Work hard and if at the end of the month, if they still failed to maintain their rank, keep on the hard work. Don't overly concerned about being demoted. Try harder next month.

Simply put, they are at liberty to choose either the hard way, or the easy way.

Finally, I will assert that in this business, success cannot be measured merely by looking at their single achievement of maintaining their rank in the 2nd month. They will need at least 2 years of hard work. Their focus should be on developing a strong team so that all members in the team would be successful. If majority of their team members are successful, there is no doubt that they will be among the all time most successful team leader in SFI.

When the month ends and your income/ commission is credited in the 10th day of the following month. This means you have already used these points and then you work from zero the coming month.
