New PSA's have already committed to SFI, they just need motivation and encouragement from their leaders to work it. We need to help them get started in the right direction so they do not get overwhelmed and leave.

In the past few days I have spoken to some members of mine whom have come back, they usually do when they realize they are not finding anything as good as SFI on the internet. Now they are working it, and I have committed to helping them. They are rather very grateful as we must remember they have their own reasons for leaving, I would say most of it is overwhelmed with so much to learn and read.

I reassure them they must do a lot of reading and not to be overwhelmed as it will take a few months before it finally registers that they are doing it. And that I am here for them to lead the way, just follow my lead.

To motivate your PSAs to work adequately in SFI must be their sponsors ideal, that is the one that presents the business, helps the new affiliate to better address the new adventure, follows him step by step and educates him the best as if it were his son, makes an extension of himself, and only when he sees that the franchisee will have incorporated all that is necessary, the latter in turn will become a sponsor and will be the natural extension of the original work.
But, before all this, it is crucial that the sponsor knows everything he does as if he owned the business itself, in fact, each sponsor is the one who represents the company as much as the creator himself, if a sponsor has not first been formed properly will most likely fail (and here we understand why many fail in network marketing because they are not sufficiently prepared and think only of immediate gain).
This is ESSENTIAL for the entire business, each of the members will have equal responsibility, equal privileges, as well as equal opportunities to gain and this puts the network marketing as one of the most meritocratic ever.
Try to compare it with the traditional work as an employee: there are a number, you have a tot maximum earning per month, you do not have a say in the company, and if you can exploit as much as possible (gaining as much as possible at the expense of your job ).
In network marketing no, the company redistributes revenue among all, each member is the client and the master at the same time and it will create its own 'company' within the company, with his collaborators that share the gain seen with it.

How do you get new PSAs to commit to SFI?

Good Day, Natalee.

That's a really good question.

I have always tried to advise and help my PSA's, i watch there VP ledger to see what available Versa Points they maybe having a hard time with.

I send them E cards of encouragement as they achieve,email them with tips on how to gain the additional VP they require but sadly as of this moment i am finding "that you can lead a Horse to water but you can't make him drink"

Each one i get i am trying that little bit harder to encourage i even have offered PSA,s as a reward for achieving EA status, but we need to find the right people with the drive and enthusiasm/comitted then they will go forward.

I will be watching this question closely to see what answers i can learn.

Don't ever give up just keep trying, one day we will get it right.

I believe in 'incentives'.
Send an encouraging email to your Team about the incentives they will be rewarded with at the end of the month, if they do their "To-Do List" every single day AND they buy/sell TripleClicks products. You decide what amount of money they must reach to earn a gift certificate of $10, etc.
The only problem is that most people are not able to spend too much monies, due to not earning well, or, being unemployed.
If you are lucky enough to have a Team that can spend some monies comfortably, you will definitely get a good response, if incentives are implemented.
Later on, your Team will start getting into the 'swing of things' and get their own PSA's, etc, which will be beneficial to all.

Obviously, if we knew the answer to this question we would all be millionaires. Getting others to commit to SFI is the key to success. In fact, I might ask what led you to make a committment?

For me there were a few things that was important factors:

A - I was free to make my own choices about my investments. No auto-ships or monthly fees
B - I am the "Boss". Nobody can tell me what I HAVE to do.
C - If I work harder I can earn more. I am not limited in earnings.

We can add many more things here but you get the idea, I'm sure. Your PSA's have to see the "Big Picture". If you can get that across where they see the value, they are more likely to commit.

The commitment of a new PSA is a factor of his motive to join SFI but that said, first you have to welcome the PSA by every appealing means possible e.g. direct mail, e-card, SMS or phone call where possible.

You also will make it a point of duty to take your new PSA through the early stages of the bussiness using your early stage expressed to make it easy for your PSA. Share what worked and works for you, what you,be tested over time.

Thirdly, request for feedbacks from your PSA to be sure he/she is active. Set up contrasts on your leadership page to motivate your PSA to be and remain active.

As your team grows, you can reassign PSAs to your PSA given he/she has been active.

Don't forget, some sign up and never continue, once identified, don't waste time with such. Focus your energy on the results.

Initially, it may be very difficult to get the attention of your PSAs as most of the PSAs & CSAs do not log in at all after their first log in. So, try sending (keep sending) personal e-mails to each of your PSAs and CSAs, welcoming them, greeting them, highlighting the opportunities provided by SFI, introducing other successful people in SFI & their success stories, reminding them that you are missing them, still awaiting their log in, etc.. Be patient and keep trying! Atleast a few will respond over the period!

Once you get a response from an affiliate, then provide him all the necessary support to get started, teach him how to score VPs easily on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, give the necessary references, tips & guidelines. Keep monitoring their progress (and active participation in all the events, especially, the SFI Forum & Ask SC) and encouraging each and every achievement of theirs! Give suitable rewards (gift certificates, TCs, etc.)for significant achievements. Also, announce further rewards for further achievements like forming their own down line, promoting tripleclicks sales, etc. Teach them, train them and motivate them to even excel your own ranking!

Never give up! Remember that perseverance always pays!

The people want easy money fast money, but the reality on sfiu is slightly different, it is best that they immediately explain that SFI is not "earning overnight" probjate these people contact on social networks ... I personally I recommend and use Facebook as the easiest way of communicating ... and all of its new facility instead of the name you are searching for them by e-mail ... means in the name field, enter their email ... and add them to friends with the message I'm your sponsor SFI to accept friend requests ... the truth you will not find much understanding many of you will not even answer a lot of them are registered only and do not come ever again but do not overlook these, because there is no worker in any company without which it can not be so and sFI "people themselves resign" I recommend patience and communication "hand to hand" with people from your environment and good luck

Getting PSA to commit to SFI business depends on the way you nurture your downline.

If you have the vision and see your self successful in the business, only then you can motivate and convince your down line to be successful and committed to this business.

I would solely state that the business is ours and we can only commit other by the way of showing them the residual income and prospect of growth if we hand hold them from the very first day. Prevent from giving them a false hope of multimillion earning from day 1 or from 1st month itself.

The more we are true to our PSA about the business model from day 1, we are sure to filter out the non interested candidates and get the committed PSA in our team.
