To get your new PSAs committed to SFI, you must be a living proof. For new PSAs you are their role model. Whatever you have achieved, they will also want to achieve knowing it is achievable because they see it from you. That is why it is said that we must lead by example.
SFI is providing us badges, so that people can see what you have achieved. When your new PSAs get into your Leadership Page. They can see what/which achievement you have made and they will tell themselves that they also want to achieve that. That will put fuel in them.
Sending messages, support and other things will add from that. Your achievement will even make them want to read your messages.

I break it down into the following methods.

1.Initial contact, this is the sign up or notification you have that you have received about your new Affiliate. Take the time to make a personalized well written Welcome letter. It is ok to be general but leave room that you can be personal as well. Important parts of this letter is guidance to getting started, your personal contact information and a call to action to your new affiliate.

2. Followup. Once i have a new affiliate or CSA I watch my movers tab to see who is working and who is not. I offer most of my strength to those that are actually working in the program or at the very least giving it a try. Many people will sign up for the opportunity but only a handful will stick around and give it a try and yet a smaller percentage will take the keys and drive this awesome opportunity.

3. At least once a month or every other month I mail to inactive PSA's or CSA's that have either left the program or never tried and ask them to reconsider.

There is no magic formula. Most are too foresighted to see the long term opportunity that SFI provides or do not take the time to understand and learn the business model. So much to be learned from the affiliate center and the sharing of idea of each affiliate.

Dont get discouraged. Hang in there. If something is not working re-evaluate and consider another approach.

This is, perhaps, one of the toughest hurdles to get over.

Many team leaders will gloss over the tough parts of our business and simply stress how easy it is to be successful in SFI. I, too, understand how simple it really is at it's core. However I have, of late, come to the conclusion that the "Drill Sergeant" approach is often more successful.

I'm looking for just a few good people. People who want to learn, work hard and build their own real online business. People who want to build a business for the long term and build a future that they can be proud of.

Just because they signed up for a "free" online business does not mean the money is just going to start flowing in. We're not going to fill up your 7×6 matrix downline (or whatever the latest lingo is..). There is no guarantee of success no matter how much money you want to invest. In fact you cannot "buy" your way into higher income levels in the company! The only way to become a Team Leader is to actually grow a team of more leaders.

This way the people who are not motivated will weed themselves out and those who are will be doubly excited. They will be teachable. They will work at learning and they will explore the SFI website to find the answers they require (it's all there).

And then, after they develop the proper work ethic, you can reveal (if they haven't figured it out for themselves) how truly easy our business is.

This is the $1000 question and there is no "for sure" answer. I can only provide the method that has helped me in getting commitments/active PSA.

In my humble opinion, you've got to hit them quickly as soon as you are notified that you have a new PSA. And you must hit them hard with the realization that they must GIVE THEMSELVES A CHANCE AND GIVE THEIR BUSINESS A CHANCE to succeed. They must not quit, not quit, not quit, persevere, persevere, persevere. They must get a standing order for 1500 VP's and keep it active every month, repeat every month. That way they are always in the money.

I explain to them that their first month or so working their new business will be confusing to a degree and also they have much to learn. PERSEVERE and you will eventually make a financial success of your business.

I ask them to check the potential money they can make by reviewing the following chart. This chart and explanation is provided in the vast amount of learning materials available at SFI. I have paraphased it to keep it KISS. Keep It Simple Stupid!

There's BIG MONEY IN VERSAPOINTS MATCHING:

THE BIG PICTURE: It is said that a picture is worth a thousand words. You need to see the BIG picture in this SFI business. The commissions are great but you can earn much much more. I want to introduce you to the power/money making potential of Versapoints Matching. It simply means, you will earn on all the versa points of all your EA2 in your downline once you qualify as a Team Leader.

Example: A bronze Team Leader has 5 PSAs who are EA2 and assuming every affiliate in his downline to the 6th levels has 5 PSAs each who are also EA2. This is how it will look like;

LEVEL PSA TOTAL
1 - 5 5
2 - 5 X 5 25
3 - 25 X 5 125
4 - 125 X 5 625
5 - 625 X 5 3125
6 -3125 X 5 15625


In order to qualify as EA2, an affiliate must have 1500 Versapoints or more. The easiest way to get these VPs is through a standing order of 1500 points. Therefore, 15625 X 1500 = 23,437,500 Versapoints In the Tripleclicks Executive Pool sharing formula, a dollar is equivalent to about 2225 Versaponts, we will divide 23,437,500/2225 = $10,534 Monthly.

The example given is for the entry Bronze Level Team Leader. The income increases as your rank increases because you can earn matching versapoints to the 12th level as you move up the ranks from Bronze through Platinum and now recently to Diamond team leader.

Work on Sponsoring more affiliates everyday, SEE THE BIG PICTURE and go for it for success beyond your expectations.

Don't get discouraged by a slow pace in the beginning for you may have to sponsor 500 PSAs or more to get 5 active PSAs or more.

I sign the E-card to them with my name, my team leader ranking and say that I was the E365 winner recently so I practice what I preach. I offer them my help in any way I can and ask them to contact me via SFI or my personal email.

This method which I adopted a few month's ago has gotten me climbing that pyramid of success that I showed you above.

You can commit anyone to anywhere if you can win their TRUST. To earn his/her trust, you must show that you are always committed to help them out. How??

1. Lend your helping hand on the immediate contact when your PSA has just joined. Send them a standard mail not something over showing.

2. Provide all the personal contact details for better communication and your PSA will realize that he got a experienced person to guide around.

3. Show how he can build a team during his first few months with extra efforts. This is very much important as your will be committed for long time only if he got a good Team.

4. For immediate commitment help him out to win few early auctions. This will give some monetary benefits and yes will keep him excited about auction. Automatically, he will get committed to SFI too.

5. Helping your PSA to set an ECA is one of he best ways to keep your PSA committed too.

You can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make him drink.

SFI is a good program. It is just a tad complex. The majority of the people out there are looking for something for nothing. They do not understand that it takes a small investment each month to make a greater return in the long term. This is a business where you are going to have to make an investment each month, either in money or time, or both, to find business minded individuals that understand that there is no such thing as a free lunch. Your goal is to find five or more of these individuals. My experience is that it will be 1 in a great many before you find that person.

In my case, I am participating at the $60 a month level: 125 TCredits and an S-Builder share, then using the MRP to buy PSAs from one of the ECAs that sell them. I am exposing over 50 people a month to SFI and so far I have one dedicated PSA... Keep looking for the diamonds among all the rocks and keep treating every rock as if it were a diamond. Some might surprise you after a few months.

I can understand the frustration every one of us is experiencing, the situation when we recruit one PSA, a group of other PSAs will drop out.

I think, way too often we focus so much on recruiting new PSAs, and we forget the downlines we already have. Work with the Workers. I also think the real reason why people drop out because they are often ignored and forgotten by their Uplines. You can read in Forum, dissatisfied downlines voicing out his/her frustration about not getting support and assistance from their Leaders.

So, to get their commitment, we should;
• Provide service and follow-up to your downlines. Remember, your new PSAs join your network
marketing because of you, not product or service. They believe in you, that you can help
them meet their goals and something beneficial to offer.

• Follow up is follow through. Get in touch as soon as you are notified by SFI that you have
a new member. If you have their contacts or other means (social media etc), be in touch
with them and ensure they are tapping into the resources and training tools provided by SFI
and that they are getting off to a good start.

• This is important. Staying in contact shows you care. Send your downlines motivational
quotes, techniques that you use, that are successful, inform them of new resources (other
than those coming from SFI). Doing this show you care and value their business. Staying in
touch will also provide you with an opportunity to get new business and strengthen your
relationship with your PSAs.

• Anticipate the current needs of your PSA, ultimately leads to anticipation of future needs.
Try to always think ahead, this will help you keep your PSAs happy and satisfied.

• Work closely with them and be supportive. No one is guaranteed success, but you will be
amazed by high success rate when you work closely with them and support their efforts. Show
that you care and you will improve the retention of your PSAs.

• Be genuine. In your concern, not just in it to get their money. Go above and beyond to
assist your PSAs , in getting what they want and need. If you provide value through concern
for them as a person, with quality Leader’s service in every way possible, you will find
your PSAs will be there for the long term.

If you want productive PSAs/CSAs, keep in mind, the stability of your residual income will be in direct proportion to your follow up and personal service. Make your follow up and personal touch your PRIORITY! Your wealth and your downline members depend on it.

Generally, it will do a world of good if all affiliates adopt to writing a nice and beautiful welcome letter to all the new PSAs immediately after they receive and learn that they have received them from SFI notification mail. The welcome letter must be of moderate size, beautiful, little bit emotive, built in a simple language, usage of correct grammar and at the same time it should highlight some of the important historical points of SFI such as when it was established, how many products and services are available, from how many countries affiliates are registered members, what the affiliates generally get benefited by being registered members, how SFI provides lifelong, limitless, residual and leverage income and insures entire future economic life of all affiliates around the globe, what are the various branches available in SFI such as tripleclicks and lastly the entire salient features of SFI.

A small note may be provided about the navigation of SFI website like the links to various webpages for finding literature on various topics etc.

Also the PSAs should be asked to read the entire information provided in the SFI Basics and particularly the ultra-simple three step formula provided by Mr. Gery Carson, FAQs etc.

Then the new PSAs should be encouraged to complete the GETTING STARTED TASKS, INTERMEDIATE
TASKS, TO-DO TASKS AND THE LAUNCHPAD TOPICS. They should be clearly explained about the Versapoints and its importance - scoring and other aspects.

A small note should be provided about the ranking and the compensation part highlighting the importance of securing the EA status every month to enjoy certain benefits.

Finally it very important to convey to all the PSAs that one is always readily available to extend all kinds of encouragement, support and guidance to all the PSAs whenever they are in need such as doubt, confusion, some clarification, some stagnation, some technical problem etc.
Also one should provide all the contact details for the benefit of all PSAs received.

By following all the above-mentioned steps which creates a very positive and impressive image not only about the sponsor or Co-sponsor but also about the SFI itself which not only attracts but also compels the newly registered PSAs to commit to the SFI for their entire future.

A lot of your PSAs will learn how to get Versa Points to maintain EA status, and they will understand Compensation Plan. You will send them weekly motivational emails and you will become their friend. But that is not enough!

A lot of people start their SFI business without much knowledge about MARKETING. A lot of them do work hard at the beginning, but give up eventually because they do not get any results.

So, be a great sponsor and focus on providing for them useful information about marketing, advertising, and all other things that will bring them success.

You cannot MAKE anyone commit to SFI. Unfortunately, you can only give your downline, the tools and as much motivational time as you can spare,depending on the size of your downline. Obviously, if you have a small number of affiliates to lead, then you can spend more time trying to get them to understand that SFI isnt a quick scheme, but an actual business, where while free to join and cheap to invest, its still a company you are starting on your own, SFI/TC is just helping you ALOT with your startup issues, you must provide the motivation and a little money, lets be honest.
I would just try to get that spark in to the PSA, like you ah hah moment you had when you decided SFI was worth the effort and money to pursue and COULD and probably would be the extra income answer or quit the job answer they were looking for.

Its a numbers game really, so the more PSA's you can aquire, the more chances you have to have go getters in your downline.
