"there are many ways to tamed a buffalo" the best that we can do is:

In my opinion you can already sort of pre-select your PSAs. First off, do face to face advertising. You can judge already whether they will be active or not.

But if you don't do face to face advertising, or is actually using a combination of advertising (which is better by the way. Don't just stick to one method), one way to identify is those PSAs that take the time to:

1) Write you an SFI Commitment Message
2) Fill up their Affiliate Profile.
3) Contact you through whatever means. I had one IM me. It was a very rewarding feeling.

Those that do has already passed the first hurdle of just being 'lookers' to being 'readers'. It is easier to talk to 'readers' because they read and understand what you are saying.

So guide them as you would like your own sponsor to guide you. Explain the steps and don't push! It is important that they understand first. To me it is important to broach the fact that a team is important rather than the individual tasks that everyone do everyday for the free VPs (although that is important too).

Great question, Natalee. It is important to get a commitment from our new PSA’s and can be done in the following ways that I could think of:

With a PSA, since one is acquainted with the person before he or she signs up, you could explain the major aspects of the SFI business such as duplication, Networking, using contacts, changing the habit of buying from the neighborhood store to online purchases, the residual income generation possibilities, etc.

Approach people who trust you and will take your word for it when you vouch for SFI being an ethical way of earning money for them with some time & effort. You can give them your own example of success in the business if you have already a good track record in SFI or you could show them some of the Testimonials on the SFI website.

Show them a demonstration of how you earn VP everyday by completing your Daily Actions from your To Do List. This will help them see how the VP is added immediately for actions completed. Be open about every aspect about the business including the fact that you will make money only when they succeed and how their success is also dependent on the affiliates they sponsor into their team.

Show them the various products, services, games, auctions, etc available on TripleClicks.com especially with things which you know they love or are excited about.

Always be upfront about the fact that SFI is like other businesses where one needs to put in place smart plans, investment in terms of time, effort & money, be willing to allow your Sponsor to mentor you and be willing to follow the rules strictly to achieve success. Mention the gestation period before they start earning a regular income. This will avoid a situation later where they expect you to do their work for them.

Once you’ve explained the concept, ask a specific question to the effect of “Do you find this interesting”? or “Are you excited about this opportunity”?”‘Do you think this is your cup of tea”? And so on. If there are doubts or objections, handle them right away to avoid the objections which will come up after they’ve joined SFI if not taken care of. If your answer does not satisfy them, go to the related link in SFO or TripleClicks which will help you in addressing their concerns.

Above all, don’t show desperation at any point of your explanation. Be truthful in everything you tell them about the SFI business. Remember that people may have gone through bad experiences earlier in their life and hence may be skeptical. Your role is to present the opportunity to them. Let them make the choice to say yes or no to SFI. You’ve got to be like a fisherman who remembers that there are plenty of fish in the sea and that the biggest or heaviest one need not be the best. Sometimes it is the least likely person according to your estimate who goes on to be the best PSA you’ve sponsored!

There could be some more ways to get a commitment but I guess I’ll let our fellow SFI Affiliates give them to you.

The first question I would have to ask here is this: Did you recruit these PSAs personally? That is, did you talk with the people involved, get them interested in joining, and then bring them to your page to sign up? If so, it is much easier to get someone new to commit because, in all likelihood, you already know *exactly* what that particular PSA wants out of SFI and how willing he or she is to do what is necessary to succeed.

If you haven't already done so, you elicit the PSAs' skills and values: If I am talking to a writer, for example, I'm going to be able to show that person how to use the skills he or she has to build a blog, use that blog to promote TripleClicks using affiliate gateway links, and then use his or her time on the SFI site to best advantage. If I'm talking to someone with a passion for crafting, I will encourage that person to list his or her craft products and sell them either as Member Listings or as an ECA store. That will make promoting TripleClicks more personal because he or she now has a personal stake in seeing people come to TripleClicks and will have stronger desire to commit.

If you're recruiting in a more "done for you" manner, such as "PSAs to Go" or any other service or co-op, you have a much harder job because you do not know the PSAs' motivation, nor do you know how they even came upon the ad. As has been mentioned in other "Ask SC" answers, there are even some services through which advertisers are able to offer bounties for sign-ups, which means that a PSA may have absolutely *no* motivation. If you're very lucky, you can still communicate with them early and elicit information from them that will help you motivate them to success.

Beyond that, much of the desire to commit is *internal*--your best methods are to show them how easy success here can be, through your own lessons and your own training. If a person feels success is attainable, he or she is far more likely to stay. It is up to *you* as their sponsor to show them how easy it is to succeed; once you do, teaching them and duplicating your success will quickly follow.

In order for you to have a good Personal Sponsored Affiliates to the SFI on line business, it is necessary first to know him/her personally and explain to them what is SFI on line business all about. My solution to get new PSAs to commit to SFI would be to help guide them if they allow me to be their coach.Once a new Affiliate logs in and score their 1st Versapoints, I begin my process. This is the beginning and it is important to get them started correctly.

It is also crucial that you communicate to them effectively. Here is an example of what I would say.....

Very simple but very complicated question Natalee.

We all know that our SFI business depends mostly on our team of PSAs. But all members of SFI thinks the same question that how they get their PSAs to commit to SFI. To find the answer of this we all struggle, ask or we ourself opt out from SFI. To make someone to commit for something is very tough but as we all know where there is a problem, there is a solution.

Let me tell you that previously i also opt out from SFI because of this reason that all my PSAs are very inactive and none of them are commited to SFI. But i came back again to SFI with new energy. It is being only 3 weeks for me and i have only 6 PSAs but all my PSAs are very commited to their work and very supportive too. Its not that all were very dedicated from begining but with my previous bad expirence in SFI, i found few very effective ways to make your new PSAs more commited to SFI. I will share you all the ways which can help you to get your PSAs in a commited form.

So, first let me tell you the REASONS WHY PEOPLE DON'T COMMIT TO SFI:

1. Boring Process: A new guy who walk inside SFI after seeing interesting ads. There is only thought in his mind i.e. he can earn extra and also he can enjoy as Facebook or other social media sites. But when he sees that everyday he have to do that same TO-DO tasks, his expectation level hurts and he starts not login properly or opt out.

2. Very Slow Earning Process: Everyone when he/she joins SFI he have his mind set that he can start his part-time extra income within few days only but within few days only he comes to know that it will take very long time for him to earn even a dollar.

3. Bad Sponsor: This is one of the biggest problem due to which new PSAs don't be commited or stop login again.

4. Communication Gap: This is not limited to few people but it is being faced by many of us.


Understand one thing that all humans have different mind sets and all are different from others but one thing you will find common in all of us and that is "WE ALL WANT TO EARN Extra MONEY QUICKLY". and to do this sometimes we forget a very important principle of this program i.e. "DUPLICATION".
You know, pleople want to become successful but very few people have will to work for that.

Now i will share few very effective ways of how you can get new PSAs commit to SFI. So here are my suggestions for you:

1. Interesting process: If a person thinks that SFI is boring than invite them to your Facebook and there you can communicate. You can guide, motivate or can show them the best parts of SFI. Remember, majority of people like to follow others and very few people comes front as a leader. So first you need to become a leader but more than that you need to become a helpful friend to others. Not only for you team but ton anyone who asks for guidance.
First you have to reach as many as people as you can. So that your downline can get motivation from your supporting character and fill thgemselves free to ask you for any guidance.
Post motivational comments for your team and most of all "HAVE THE GRATITUDE IN YOUR ATTITUDE". Always try to apriciate your PSAs and in terms of promotion, don't limit it to yourself but try to promote your PSAs also so that they can have good felling and faith on you. Then only your PSAs will be commited to you and as a result to SFI.

2. Show Ways To Fast Earnings In SFI: Educate your PSAs about how they can earn more in SFI. Try not to limit your PSAs to onlt TO-DO tasks. For doing this, don't be snappy with PSAs or don't force anyone to do what you want. Try to become a Friendly LEADER not a BOSS. Always give SUGGESTIONS not ORDERS.
Remember, your new PSAs will commit to SFI only when they will have faith and confidence on you. So try to become a helping hands for others and become a problem solver for your PSAs.

3. Good Sponsor: Remember, your new PSAs will commit to SFI only when they will have faith and confidence on you. So try to become a helping hands for others and become a problem solver for your PSAs. Set your example for your down lines so that they follow you and will to become like you.

4. Remove Communication Gap: Try to become simple to your PSAs. Use simple understandable words while replying or chatting with your PSAs. Try to understand "WHAT YOU SAID TO OTHERS IS BEING RECEIVED IN SAME WAY OR TAKEN IN DIFFERENT MEANING".


Natalee! this is not the only problem for a Team leader with his/her new PSAs but with exisisting PSAs also. So try to follow my suggestion and it will improve your team.

This is literally the million dollar question. The bottom line is, we want people to sign up as affiliates, and actually work so that our team will be successful. Unfortunately, most new prospects will sign up and look around the site but that's it. Once they realize that SFI is not going to make them instant money for doing almost nothing, they move on to the next "get rich quick scheme". The key is focusing on the ones who see that SFI will work if they take the time to follow the principles laid out in the training.

Lead by example. Period. You can't convince someone that they should work at something, if they don't see you doing the same thing.

1. Take action to earn badges on your page. Your affiliates will see these right away and know that you are regularly doing things to further your success.

2. Don't recommend things that you aren't doing yourself. For example, you can't talk up getting a standing order yet not have one yourself. Your affiliates will see right through this and lose trust in you.

3. Regularly communicate with your team. I have found that my affiliates appreciate knowing that I am thinking about them. Even if they don't need my help, they know that I am here because I remind them. Share ideas with them that have worked for you.

Hopefully, new prospects will see that you take your role as a leader seriously, and in turn give the program 100% of their effort.

Dear friend,

Commitment is a big part of what I am and what I believe. How committed are you to winning? How committed are you to being a good friend? To being trustworthy? To being successful? How committed are you to being a good teammate and a good role model? There's that moment every morning when you look in the mirror: Are you committed, or are you not?

Now, I will come to your point straight away. When I get a sign up, I greet him or her with a very motivational and inspirational welcome message by narrating all the methods to move forward, the way I can. Sometime, my letter will create wonders in their minds and they will act very sincerely and instantly towards their success in the system. Often, you may need to put extra efforts to make your PSAs to understand the system by guiding them to read and understand all the available articles and study materials and then they will move forward further in the system with your able guidance.

Nevertheless, one should have the real commitment and desire and then only they can taste the great success in life and SFI is no different. That is why the system is asking us to set our realistic goals every month to reach the success. Being their leader, if you can set your own home in order and taste the success, why not, then your PSAs can follow or emulate your way and touch the winning pole nicely. Do remember, desire is the key to motivation, but it's the determination and commitment to unrelenting pursuit of your goal - a commitment to excellence - that will enable you to attain the success you seek.

Hence, I advise you not to be pessimistic with the initial set backs or failures, just believe in yourself and work hard with sheer determination and self confidence. I am sure, you will definitely taste the success not only for you but also in making your PSAs and other team members more and more successful.

First of all its important to know that NOT ALL PSAS WILL COMMIT TO SFI no matter what you do because sasly not all people who register at SFI are looking to commit some are just rushing tyrough a list of all available online businesses!

Once this is realised, then your duty remains to endeavor to encourage all your PSAS (because you do not for sure who is serious and who is not) To commit to SFI by;

A) As their sponsor...endeavor to make sure your own standing at SFI is impressive enough to encourage them to be be like you without you ever saying anything.

This is simplified by SFI LEADERSHIP THROUGH GERY because they pin badges on your profile for whatever accomplishment and level you've reached in SFI...

SO THE FACT THAT ALL YOU PSAS HAVE YOU ON THEIR HOME PAGE, whenener they click on your profile, they will see how serious their sponsor is...and indirectly you would have encouraged them to aim to be like you or even better than you...


B) Never ever underestimate the power of sending them ENCOURAGING NEWSLETTERS...do this weekly and always make sure your newsletters are genuine and down to earth...people doing online business are desperate to work with genuine people, people who can come down to their level, people who can understand them...people they can identify with.

C) Last but not least...whenever you can afford it...offer your PSAS incentives. Set up free gifts to claim if they make a milestone within a specified period...that is one thing every human being will always respond to...something free...but make it clear IT WILL BE FREE ONLY IF THEY ARE AMONG THE VICTORS depending on what challenge you've set up.


There are many other ways, but I feel those 3 above are the very best.
