Greetings.

I think the best way to get new PSAs to commit to SFI is to show them how much you are committed to SFI and your team as well. So the key is to lead by example. Show them how much you love your business. Tell them the story about your success or how SFI changed your life for the better. Encourage them and praise them each step of the way and always bare in mind that the first steps are the hardest. Reward them for their success, commitment and loyalty. Always be optimistic, because optimism is contagious.

Still, don't feel bad or discouraged if it doesn't work all the time. Some PSAs won't commit to SFI no matter what you do and this is not your fault. Some affiliates just don't understand how well constructed program SFI is. There is nothing you can do about it.

But, in my opinion, being positive and leading by example is your best shot.

Each time we get new PSA we,as their sponsors,have more or less high expectations from them.It's commonly feeling and that's normal.

But then disappointment comes if the new PSA "is doing nothing".And it also commonly feeling.I guess your question is coming from that kind of experience.And ofcourse you're wondering how to commit new PSA to SFI.


Well,remember your first steps in SFI.How did you find out that this is great business opportunity?How it was explained to you?So,do the same to your new PSAs.

There's a checklist,that was made by SFI,that you should follow:
1. Contact new PSA, introduced myself, briefly described my background, goals, etc.
2. Add new PSA to your newsletter mailing list
3. Discuss new PSA's goals, family, etc.
4. Inform new PSA of incentives, if any, you offer (free leads, SFI Gift Certificate, etc.) to encourage affiliates to accumulate VersaPoints and become an Executive Affiliate
5. Inform new PSA of any special support resources you offer, such as co-op advertising, team newsletter, etc.
6. Offer general assistance setting up new PSA's business, answering questions, providing direction, etc.
7. Provide new PSA your contact information (e-mail, phone number, IM address, Skype number, etc.).
8. Discuss the marketing methods new PSA plans to use to build his/her home business
(you can refer new PSA to the To-Do List on the Affiliate Center homepage, as well as the Refer and Sponsor marketing methods and aids pages for strategies, banners, text ads, and more).
9. Help new PSA develop prospecting and sponsoring skills until he/she has personally sponsored at least five SFI Executive Affiliates and has achieved a Team Leader rank.
10. Monitor new PSA duplication efforts with his/her own sponsored affiliates and continue to provide assistance as needed.
11. Continue to work with new PSA toward his/her earning goals.


Don't forget also to present him or her "Compensation plan" (https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/CompPlan).As most of them find pretty stimulating to see it and understand it.

This is a great question,

Each morning I log into SFI I ask myself 'what can I do extra today' that will encourage my non performing psa's and csa's to take action. And after over a year in SFI I know the answer.

Improve yourself. That's it. Lead by example daily and one day when they log in and check out your Leadership Page, they can see for themselves what they are missing out on.

Commitment is the secret to any success and that's something that comes from the heart. Until an individual makes that decision to stick to something they believe in, there is nothing we can do except wait for them and continue to encourage them weekly through our team mail communications.

Never quit on yourself, keep sponsoring and one day soon your downline leaders will thank you!

From what I have observed, a new PSA who is really serious about what they want from SFI will easily commit to the cause. An example of a new PSA, who is certainly just skimming through Internet websites, is one who signs up, and does not log in again. Unfortunately many new PSAs are in this category.
On the other hand if the new PSA writes a message of commitment to you then it is better to help that affiliate by supporting him or her in the early stages. Start by guiding the PSA through the training material that is readily available on their homepage and avoid overwhelming them with information and putting pressure on them to do this or that. It follows that an affiliate who is not able to log in after day one will also not be able to read the material. You are guiding or supporting them but you cannot do the reading for them!
If you have a Co-op, give the new PSA a chance to join, to enhance their own path in building a team. Overall learn to communicate effectively with the new PSA as first impressions can either turn a person on or off!

Motivation is the keys to commit PSAs to SFI and motivation comes with in yourself first, but we can learn and I'm about to talk about the 5 points in your SFI business that you need to apply to motivate your PSAs.
You must lead by example: you know what they said, you can't ask people to do what you are not willing to do yourself, its crucial to lead by example. examples standing orders, E365 Champion, Wave3 member, top enroller etc.
Communication: you need to communicate with everyone of your PSAs, tell them what to do and benefits they will gain in SFI business.
Rewards and Competition: set up a contest for them to participate and give a reward to them, examples, gift certificates, Tcredits, Congratulations letters, Reassignments.
Set it co-op and support: If you get new affiliates you need to create a co-op for your team, support everyone who shown interest in SFI, help him to be committed.
Recognition: you have to recognize, them and they need your direction and advice as well! Consistently do this things and they will committed to SFI business.

As a Team Leader, one of your most important responsibilities is how you can get your PSAs to buy into your SFI vision. What is an inspiring goal that you would like your PSAs to come together and commit for it?

Before going into the how of getting your PSAs to commit in SFI, you need to think about why people become involved in and committed to an organization. You can start with yourself by asking the following questions:

- Why are you committed to SFI?

- What is most important to you?

The goals of your team, the people with whom you partner with, your vision of what is possible, the length of time you’ve invested in SFI and working with your PSAs, the satisfaction you get from doing your own SFI business, your role in your own SFI organization, etc are some of the most important thoughts that will help you understand about commitment.

People commit to an organization because they gain something important from their involvement. When you invite them to become involved, you are not only asking for their help in making SFI a global community but also, you are offering them an opportunity to:

•Work on an issue that is important to them

•Benefit the SFI community

•Meet and spend time with like-minded people

•Expand their skills

•Be a part of a team

•Learn how to lead

•Rise to a challenge

•Meet high standards

•Accomplish something significant

You can be thankful when you invite people to be committed to your SFI organization. You’re not imposing on them; you’re offering them something of value.

Below are some specific ideas about how to build and sustain commitment, many of which will also strengthen your SFI organization as a whole.

- Welcome your PSAs into your team

Give your PSAs a warm welcome on their first day at SFI. Your welcome letter may make the difference by making them feel valued. Your effort of welcoming your PSAs gives them a good feeling and encourages them to become involved. It also provides the start for developing a relationship, which helps you function as their Team Leader and acts to cement commitment in the future. Welcoming your PSAs on their first day is a job that should be taken seriously.

- Be open and clear about the mission, principles, and goals of your organization

Your PSAs have to know what they are committing to. They want to join an organization if they share similar principles and goals. Make sure that everyone in your SFI organization is familiar with its mission, principles, and goals.

As a Team Leader, talk openly why you care about these principles and goals. As an example, you might tell your PSAs how your life would have been different if your upline/sponsor/co-sponsor/a2a friend had not committed his/her attention to you when you first joined or indecisive about SFI.

- Become a model of commitment yourself

Your PSAs look to you as their Team Leader if you’re committed. If you care about your SFI business, it will show in your attitudes and actions. People will watch to see how you act, and they will follow your lead. If they can count on you, it is more likely that you will be able to count on them. If you stay late to send out a mailing to them or be prompt in your replies, they will more likely follow your lead. Commitment is contagious.

- Give your PSAs motivation and recognition

Your PSAs need to feel that they are making a significant contribution in order to feel committed. They need to feel respected and appreciated in order to stay connected and committed to your SFI organization.

For example you can motivate your PSAs and encourage them to take action with a contest based on VPs or level of rank. You can award prizes for the most VP accumulated in a single month or for every affiliate who achieves a top five ranking in their class.

What kind of prizes could you offer? Anything that your PSAs value, such as TC Gift certificates, a free spot in your co-op, TCredits or PSA reassignments. You can recognize your winners in your newsletter and/or on your team Website or blog to increase their level of commitment.

- Listen to your PSAs

Listening is a powerful tool. When you listen to your PSAs with respect, they sense that you have confidence in them and are interested in what they think. In turn, your interest and confidence helps them to think clearly and creatively.

- Train and Support your PSAs to become Team Leaders

To help sustain commitment in your SFI organization, think about each of your PSAs as a potential leader and train them to become one. If they can view themselves as a leader of a group, they will view the group as theirs. They will have a feeling of ownership, and will be more likely to take initiative to make sure things work well.

Our job is to find more and more new members in our team, but it's not so important to have hunderts members, then members who will work with us.

First of all you have to be great example and point your PSA's in a right direction so they understand what this is all about.

I have luck with my sponsor ,who guide me my first days in SFI,practicly she took my hand and lead me step by step on my To-Do-List.

After that all was up to me and my will:work or not to work.

SFI is great opportunity for second home income and all is written in SFI Basics,Launchpad Lessons and Rules of Success, your job is to point PSA's in that direction ,give then constant support,answer his questions....

Then is all up to them : work or not to work.

To get your PSA committed to SFI, you have to do the following;
- provide your contact information to them
- make yourself available to them by letting them know that you are ready to answer all their questions relating to SFI
- answer their questions as quickly as possible and be very honest with your answers
- send them e-cards and motivational newsletters regularly
- be an example yourself your badges will say it all.
