Should I or shouldn't I try to recruit people to become SFI affiliates when they are not English speakers/readers?

Yes, most definitely, English is not the be all to SFI, the most important thing is their spending power and their commitment. Who only knows they could be the one to build your team, if they have friends or family with spending power and commitment you can reach your goals easily. So I would never over look some due to lack of English language.

Very important Question as we are all desperately trying to gain as many AVP to maintain our rank.
1) Try to log in daily and do you’re TO DO LIST this will get you 11 VP Daily (Don’t forget ASK SC you get a VP and learn a lot)
2) Try to get any VP you can on the Weekly Actions sector.
3) Also the Monthly actions 15 VP to be gained
4) Always enter the Daily Grand Draw VP to be won here for FREE!
5) Enter the T Time Draw as much as you can 2 T Credits to be won here every hour for FREE! Then you can bet with these and gain VP
6) Just try hard and it will all come right ,be patient.

How do we get the most from the MRP (Member Reward Points) we earn?

A very good question, as i think many people don't truly realize the true benefits of MRP (Member Reward Points).
This is what i personally do, i use all MRP to purchase T Credits. If you buy one single T Credit it will cost 126 MRP and you receive 102 VP (Versa Points) plus you get 5 MRP so i feel this is the best use of said MRP. It maintains my EA status via the good return of VP.

Very good question, I looked at your SFI Profile and your doing well top 50 in your country, top 10 in your class.
I do understand you despair, I am personally almost six Months and seem to be in the same situation. I don’t know what you have been doing to achieve success, but I would suggest you review the following : SFI Knowledge base, www.iahbe.org, LaunchPad. To see if you missed something or how you could improve your strategies, obviously there’s a technique you need to find and it may be different in your country due to culture, maybe the strategies you have are good just they need a slight modification to be successful.
If things were that easy in life we would all be millionaires, just keep trying, I am confident you will crack it soon.

How can I convince new affiliates of the importance of logging in at the Affiliate Center every day?

Explain the importance of logging in daily, every day there are Action Versa Points to be gained for Free, These points will gain you status and improve your ranking, as your rank advances so do the benefits ie: EA status will get you 2 CSA’s and 10 T Credits Monthly. The higher you climb the bigger the benefits and the more your team will grow.

I would suggest you modify your technique, as I don’t know what exactly your doing I would recommend trying other/new ways until you get it right. We all have to persevere and study hard to perfect these marketing strategies.
If it doesn’t work lets change it until we get it right.
Keep trying; eventually you will get it right.

1) Patience.
Some time we get setbacks but maybe it was not meant to be at that time so we just keep working hard until the time is right.
2) Self Motivation.
We have to want to do this, we should enjoy what we do. If we hate it this is not for you and you won't do well.
3) Believe.
If you don't believe SFI can work how can you market it to others,some one who doubts the product how can he be convincing in marketing.
4) Not a Quitter.
This is not a gimmick its a long term project, so important to keep persevering and it will make your goals come true.
5) Computer Skills.
Limited knowledge seem's to be enough as SFI have made such a good job, of Teaching us what to do/how to do, to be successful.

The easiest way is to place a ‘Standing Order” Monthly for 125 T Credits this will get you the 1,500 VP required to become EA and maintain that level. This will cost you $36.25 every Month.
The other alternative is to log in every day, play the tea time game to win all the T Credits you can the play KOT and Pick the Price to earn more T Credits and gain VP. If you can buy a few T Credits to bid in auction especially Double MRP. Now the MRP 9126 = 1 TC) can be used to buy single T Credit gaining you 102 VP. Even trying writing SC answers you could win VP for 1st 2nd and 3rd most popular answer. By this means you can retain your rank and spend little.

The best way to achieve this is to build a team of active SFI Affilates, who are of EA2 status and above then you will receive matching Versa Points Monthly. Once you have got this strategy in motion you will see it grow and in a short time you will reach your goal.
Option 2.
You could spend a lot of money and have few active affiliates, also you will find it hard to maintain this level . if you get a little short of cash that will be the end of your Team Leader status.
A little like what happened to me, I went Bronze with no team then my life changed totally now I back at EA status.
