Second, Keep in touch with your Team, tell them what benefits you most, how you do it best, let them see your success, have a good leaders page where they can read about you, Support them where necesary. Encourage them to learn because the best education for this business is written down here for all of us. Answer their qustions if any asked. All we can do is continue with the comunication, continue sponsering new PSAs and most impotrant, concetrate on our own business and others will follow us somehow.

That's a very good question.
PSAs can fall under different categories.
There are those you personally sponsor them and are familiar to you
There are those you win through bids
There are those you also obtain through your own advertising strategies, etc
Any of those categories can be handled differently depending on how you are familiar to them
But the general way of getting them to commit is your own personal growth
Lead by example and keep encouraging them.

Ask them how much they spend monthly on non necessities? A cup of coffee a day, snacks while out. Would they be willing to invest monthly in a business that will change their future?

Show them a few people that are in your up line that has been in SFI for 3 or more years.
Point blank ask them... Can you commit? Will you commit?
Then you can ask them why they wouldn't want to.

Either they want life to get better or they don't.

You can not get anyone to do something they do not want to do. The idea is to show them the value. Give them the why and show the the how. People who have an affinity for SFI are looking to make money working from home or in their spare time. Give the proofs that SFI pays. You don't have to make wild income claims or show pay statements. All you have to do is give them the simple math. You earn 45% of the commission volume you generate period. Generate $100 in CV and earn $45 or generate $1000 in CV and earn $450! Pay period is around the same time each month for affiliates. Then give them some tried and true ways of generating sales! Once they prove them for themselves you will have a committed PSA for life.

This is very good question.....I think all new affiliates think about how to get new PSA to commit to SFI?
As you purchase S-Builder Co-Op and other promotional advertisement over internet helps to get several new PSA,but we see that 80-90% of your down line members are inactive why?
You can do the following steps to commit them and work regularly with SFI.
1) Let them know basics of SFI.
2) How much they can earn through SFI.
3) Method and benefit of duplication.
4) How to promote their business.
5) How to participate and win price bender auctions.
6) Above all how they can get more action and sales VP to maintain their EA status at minimum cost and effort to get all benefits as EA rather then an affiliate.
7) And also let them know to benefit of daily log in to their SFI account.

This has been the most difficult challenge for me. Some members seem to do very well recruiting and getting the PSA's to commit. It seems to be a combination of factors that lead to success. Here is a list I have complied for myself to try and achieve this goal.

1. Do advertising that gives you a better way to succeed. If you can possibly afford some paid ads, the people who respond to them seem to commit better.

2. Join every kind of social media you can, and set up a method of automatically contacting them regularly with some kind of information about you with SFI and TC wove into the mix. Use an auto-responder for this kind of messaging, the same people don't belong to everything so if you set up a universal message and send it everywhere different people will see it.

3. Use Skype, Google and any other way to contact them in person if you have a phone number.

4. Use webinars and conference calling.

5. Send a daily message or ecard for the first few days so that they know you are serious in your willingness to be helpful to them.

6. Answer any message from them as soon as you can.

7. Recognize and acknowledge any new achievement that you can. Follow them on their FB and Linked in pages and other social media. Comment whenever you can to whatever they do. Nothing is ever too small to acknowledge. People like to be noticed and validated.

8. Keep your messages short and use common words that translate better for those who are non English speaking. Sending more short and to the point messages get read better and are easier to respond to.

9. Congratulate them in the forum and on their personal social media pages whenever you can.

10. Always, always be helpful and mindful of them and their needs. If they aren't logging in, try to find out the problem and come up with a tip if you can. Let them know that they don't have to do all of SFI in one log in. They can do it in spurts if they are using a cell phone.

These are what I plan to work diligently this new year. I plan to make this the year SFI explodes for me. Last year was a personal bummer, and SFI suffered because of it.

The best way to commit new PSAs is to regularly inform and motivate them through team mail,individual messages, postcards.. share with them our enthusiasm, our successes and results,our happiness with this amazing business we all are in. Enthusiasm is contagious, it stimulate to action and progress.
If they feel our joy and positive attitude, see all our badges and our successes, if we regularly inform them about the news and changing that comes, if we encourage them.. they will feel always more attracted, they will want to follow us and achieve success as we, even better ... If we praise every their success, even a least one, encourages them and be ready to help when they need help and ask for it ... than, we will create a positive atmosphere in our team and there will be always more valuable and commited members , who will want to do the best and be the best.

When someone shows up to your signup page they are taking the first step to building thier SFI Business. Your job is to guide them thru thier Online Training. Try to make contact by email and ask them to add thier phone number to the SFI Account to give them better one on one support. This really works well for me. When you meet someone that shows interest in working with you, always get thier contact information.
This will show them you are there to help them.

Ask them to review the information and ask them to confirm thier SFI Account as a first step. Then to get them Whitelisted with [email protected] and your personal email so you can support them better. This is a key to proper support in SFI.

Teach your SFI Affiliates to Login daily for thier Daily Actions and enter the Daily Grand Drawing to give them a chance to win daily. Explain by doing thier Daily Actions they will earn 2 Bonus Entries in the Daily Grand Drawing. If you have won before talk to them about your experience with winning.
