In order for new PSAs to commit to SFI, two things must happen.

1. They must believe that SFI is legitimate and has developed a proven history of members who have achieved their financial goals.
2. They must believe in their own ability or potential to be able to achieve success.

In both points, the sponsor is the primary person who has the opportunity and responsibility to assure them that SFI is creditable and that there is ample proof that they can succeed with

I send an e-mail welcoming any new PSA, and in it I highlight the first steps in the journey with SFI, and also mention the new NMP Pack.

I follow that with an e-card, advising them about the e-mail, in case they missed it, and I do that to every single affiliate that joins my team.

Some respond straight away, just sending a " thank you ", or asking for more information. This are the affiliates that usually will keep working SFI.

I also have series of e-mails

Hello, this is a vital question in SFI indeed.

Before going directly to the question, I’d like to emphasize the importance of understanding and putting DUPLICATION in practice.

As we know, teaching new affiliates to follow your steps, i.e., duplicating yourself, is the key to maximize your income and make your earn big in SFI. According to the SFI Glossary, “If you can achieve a high degree of ‘duplication’ in your organization, you can ‘be in a hundred places at one

Your first duty as a sponsor is to let all your new PSAs know that SFI is a business, a real business which every affiliate joins in order to earn income. Let them know that SFI works for all affiliates when they earn income from the actions they take in the business daily. These actions can be classified broadly as follows:

1. You earn income from selling your own products/services.
2. You earn income from commissions from helping to sell other affiliates’ products.
3.

Showing commitment is the key to growing your SFI business. While there are significant number of inactive PSAs there are ways to reduce this figure and get new PSAs to show commitment.

Practice the “being an awesome sponsor” concept. Such leadership role provides the motivation for new PSAs to show commitment. New PSAs need leaders to guide them and you have to lead by example for them to show commitment.

Focus on their training needs to build up their confidence in handling

We have to be committed to SFI ourselves before we can expect our PSAs to commit to SFI.

As we don’t know the exact reason for their joining even though it says on their Profile, we need to know their core desires otherwise it will be a real struggle to get them committed to SFI.

Some of them really have no idea what they want out of SFI, except to earn money as soon as they can.

To even suggest to them to set up a Standing Order, as recommended but not compulsory,

IN TRYING TO ANSWER THIS QUESTION, I WISH TO REMIND THE READERS ABOUT THE POPULAR SAYING, "You can lead a horse to a water source but can NOT force the horse to drink"

1. Same way with SFI -- believers now in SFI know that we have the BEST proven online business opportunity in the world today, bar none.

2. Many of the newer current SFI affiliates do NOT understand why only 1 to 3 % of new PSAs stay active after 3 months (my understanding of the probable real SFI statistics

Your approach to this question is going to determine the success of your PSA. It is very important to show a high level of interest in your PSA as soon as he or she registers with SFI. There are some important actions that you need to take immediately, these include
(1) Welcome the PSA with a warm greetings and help him to appreciate the decision he has just taken as one of the best in recent times.
(2) Show him the need to be on the fast track
(3) Tell him step by step how to be on

We cannot GET anyone to commit to something unless they are committed to themselves first.

Committing to SFI is something that comes from within a person..they have to have the desire to better themselves, they have to want to do something other than make their boss rich.

We as Affiliates already in the business, need to make sure we have the proper mind-set to explain this business to others.

Everyone is not qualified to do what we do...oh SFI is wonderful, however,

For person to fully commit to anything, he or she must fully understand what they are committing to and can see the benefits of their labour or being committed either for themselves or others.

Ones they clearly have these, passion will develop and you will have committed SFI members. They will not stay committed for long is there is no passion.

Your role therefore as the sponsor, if you are to have committed members, is to ensure that your new PSAs quickly come to understand
