What are your recommendations to improve the WAVE3 Program?

WAVE3 is a remarkable program ; it has drawbacks though.
The biggest drawback is that WAVE3 Kits are not delivered to the subscribers. I have personally ordered 3 WAVE3 kits and where did they go is an enigma. None received . Another case reported -4 WAVE3 kits ordered , none received . Submit a ticket and you will get a formatted Computer Response.WAIT. No avail.
The Solution to this is to do away with the Ancient Postal System and devise a Quick Delivery Online System after subscription

Why do so many people join SFI and then do nothing...and what should I do about this?

Many people join looking for a get rich quick scheme. If you have people under you who have joined but remain inactive, the best you can do is send them encouraging messages regularly to try to inspire them to be more active. Sometimes a little encouragement along with hints and tips offered regularly are enough to make them give SFI another chance
I know I should work with the workers, but how many follow-up messages should I send to inactive CSAs/PSAs before giving up on them?

You would be surprised how persistence and continual emails sometimes work. I am a perfect example of such. I didn't really start working with SFI until I received about 20 e-mails. It was because of that persistence that I found SFI. Sure, I regret not getting right to work because I missed out on the FastTrack. But knowing now what I didn't know then, I know that persistence is key.
