How would you motivate someone who is interested in SFI but lacks computer knowledge?

If you are very interested, do not worry about your computer knowledge. Internet is practically user-friendly and most users do not require special skills to use it. When I was a programmer, I learned that 80% of persons are users, just that. And users only need very few knowledge to use a computer.

All you really need is 1 - If the person is highly interested in SFI explain how it works to convince and register.

SFI is a real business like selling flowers, a cafeteria or restaurant, and any other small and medium-sized businness. The thumb rule is that a regular business needs three years to become succesful. The first to establish, the second to become stable, and the third to earn. With SFI you do not need too much time if you follow this rules: Keep doing all your tasks (one-time, daily, intermediate and month To-Do), become an EA, and then a TL. First, let me clarify that when people does not cooperate in your organization, the reality is that they are giving up, not you. And you must continue with your pace. My advice is to be persistent regardless their goals.
