I am online at the Affiliate Center and see that someone just signed up under my link and is online too. What should I do?

At first you should greet him to join your team. Then, advise him/her to visit DAILY to the site to earn daily's VPs so that s/he always in the race. You should advise him to read the lessons given in launchpad and every day s/he should up date his/her knowledge about SFI business. You should advise him to go 'slow and study' and 'set goals' and make judiciously strategies to achieve them.
Why do so many people join SFI and then do nothing...and what should I do about this?

In my opinion, first they join the site because their peers lures them to join and show them the greenery BUT onece they join and for want to RIGHT ADVICE AT THE RIGHT TIME, soon they begin to loose the interest and thus fail to achieve the desired goals.
Has anyone tried the paid Facebook advertising and, if so, did it work/was it was worth the cost?

Though I haven't tried the same but seriously reading all the matter related with the same. It's a good idea but you have to keep a lot of patience and also how far you can wait for a good result. You also have to weigh how much you are spending and how much in lieu of you will get the benefit. The old maxim" look before you leap" applies hear. Thanks.

They should visit the site every day and read "ask SC' column answers given by the experienced fellows. Thus they will use the knowledge of their senior and will gain knowledge day by day Once they are able to 'read' their desired answer, they may apply the same for their own sake.

By setting up an example before them i.e. you yourself first set SO and then they will follow you. Remember Mahatma Gandhi the Father of Nation, India advised the people don't use salt but first he himself left the use of salt!
I know I should work with the workers, but how many follow-up messages should I send to inactive CSAs/PSAs before giving up on them?

In my opinion only 10 reminders are enought to rejuvineate their spirits. If still they don't want to do any thing, it will be a fruitless effort.

You should give a catchy name to the domain so the people become attractive. Also a short and sweet message must be there so a clear message goes to them. There are lot of domain come on the internet and some of them give false promises. To win the faith of the people, an honest try and best result offered to them will bring the success.
