There is no hard, fast, nor reliable method to solve this problem. New affiliates sign up to begin for many reasons:

1. SFI is so successful?
2. Was it their dream?
3. Earning an online income?
4. Start growing a second income from home?
5. To sign up to SFI is free?
6. Boredom; and SFI looks like a time killer, but potentially interesting and alluring?
7. Referral from someone?
8. Referral from you?

The fact is they have to want to join, for

To start with, most people join SFI without a prior knowledge of what the business entails. People most of the times are looking for money just by the click of the mouse. Besides, some sign up just for mere curiosity and a lot of work has to be done to get them committed to the business. Lots of tire-kickers over there.

However, there are some that give up on the business because of lack of understanding, information overload, lack of time or money, language inadequacy or because they

You have touched on a subject that is of genuine concern to anyone building a team; “the new affiliate signs up on day 1 and never logs in again!”

Although as a sponsor one can do more to overcome it, this problem is largely due to the type of affiliates who are signing up. In my view, there are three categories:

1. Those who are really serious about finding a home based business.
2. Those who are looking for a business that will give them instant monetary returns.
3.

In a nutshell , keep it a NUTSHELL .
Lead them to SFI Basics , the Launchpad , SFI Rules of Success.
Answer all their questions, and send out a very warm welcome.Let them know that you are always available to guide them. Ensure they know how and when they may reach out to you.
Thereafter , please acknowledge and accept that you have done your duty. At all costs, no matter how desperate YOU are to achieve your personal goals . resist the temptation and desperation to hound

There are many reasons why affiliates join and leave and I would like to list some of the main reasons for their premature departure from the program. This will help us understand better how to retain them.

Why do they leave?

1. They do not understand how "points" are converted into "cash"

2. Those international affiliates whose primary language is not English, have difficulty comprehending the concept of building a team and how that will generate

Like somebody else said - if you find a real working plan how to do it - let the rest of us in on the secret.

Maybe we should first try to figure out why they do that. I will give you my best ideas on that. Whether I am right or wrong..... who knows?

They are searching the internet for ways to make a quick buck - SFI looks like a good way - especially now that they see they get a sign-up bonus. As soon as they sign up they see they have to actually work to earn money

Thank you for asking a question that most affiliates wrestle with nearly every day if they want to succeed. If there is one foolproof answer, I haven't found it but I will continue to search for it. I have learned that communication and commitment are two very important keys to use with your new recruits. Send a welcoming message as soon as you get the notification. Introduce yourself and let them know that you are committed to them and to their success. Give them your contact information and

1. Be Creative. Information overload becomes a problem daily....even I tend to scan my overloading inbox and the Subjects must be really good before I properly read the content.
2. Be Motivating and Positive - people NEED this in our daily overstressed lives.
3. Always be Available as soon as possible in answering their questions. You don't want to lose a prospective Mover, because you took too long to follow up or assist them.
4. Keep it short and even humoristic, it keeps their attention.
5.

You really cannot make someone work at SFI if they are not interested. You could try to entice them to rethink about becoming active again.

When you notice that they have not signed into SFI for a couple of days, send them a E-Card, something like the following.

How are you doing today? Good I wish for you.

I have noticed that you have not signed into your SFI business for the past few days, and was wondering, if there was a way that I can help you to keep working

The best way for that is to keep them busy.

Lots of people join SFI and think thats job like every other where someone will tell
them what to do,they will do it and earn money.

But here we build our team and create our private busines with SFI and TripleClicks.

And thats importand to tell new affiliates, but when they start working they are easy confused,
so you cant throw all information on them in one day.

So the best way will be to actually
