I believe, that the first contact with your new PSA in the most important.

Sending them a E-Card in the first moment we get the notice of them joining is the first contact.

If you see that the person is Online try to contact them from the Chat.

It is very important that new members knows that we care about them and that behind this business are Real People.

Hope it helps.

Hi there,

These are some task that I like to do when I receive my new PSA.

1. Respond back on a sign up within 15-30 minutes with a welcome email (this is critical)!

2. Make sure it is a personal and sincere email, along with getting started links that will guide them to start activity when you follow up with your new affiliate signup!

3. Make sure you are all over the SFI site, like the forms your leadership page your best tips and etc.

Some branches, unfortunately, become inactive or shortly after login. It did she can not understand, because when something'm not sure that there simply can not and does not sign up. We are all different and yet some people when they discover that it is the work of a real job and ends. On average they believe that they will immediately earn a lot of money for nothing. But this does not work anywhere in the world. Therefore, these people stop working, they are lazy and even lazy even to unsubscribe.

Unfortunely this happens to all of us, contact your PSA right away with a warm welcome and encourage them to finish their profile and get started right away but slowly (there is a lot to learn) on your start tabs. These are very important learning tools to help them understand what SFI is all about and how they make their income. Tell them this is not a get rich quick scheme but is a legitimate way to make good money if they give it a chance.

Give a fair amount of notice. It can be flattering if your new job wants you to start right away, but as much as day-of quitting can be extremely satisfying, the polite thing to do at any job is to give at least two weeks’ notice. This allows your management to assess what they need in your absence, and helps you get your ducks in a row.

Do not Feel compelled to share every detail. Often, when quitting, workers may feel the need to explain every single detail of their exit, especially
