To put it bluntly - Work consistently and Work Smart. I would also suggest that you keep this in mind: Only you can do it for yourself, no one else.

From the day you join SFI do the following:

- Learn as much as possible about the business. Login daily, read and learn and carryout all the 'to-do-lists' and not just the ones you like.

- Be well versed with 'The SFI Basics' and do go back to it from time to time to refresh and to be refocused.

- Be bold and active from day one. Too many people hold back and tread carefully into SFI. There is no need for that. You joined SFI free and you can opt out without any obligations at all, so go for it!

- Connect with your sponsor, responding to his/her messages and asking him/her questions. If your sponsor is inactive, connect with your upline, go to The Forum join and follow the discussions. You can also ask for help at the Forum, of your A2A friends or ask questions and find answers at the ASK SC.

- Understand The Plan thoroughly and set out your goals. Don't drift, it gets you nowhere. Devise a strategy/plan on how you are going to reach DTL: stages and target dates for each team leader level.

- Stick to your plan but be prepared to revise it if things dont go as planned. Whatever you do, Never quit. Do not blame yourself or others. Blame heals nothing. Simply adjust your plan and keep on keeping on.

- Be a winner at the E365 and aim to be declared the Champion. Don't just be content with staying above the green line. Become number 1 in your class.

- Become a Gold Fast Tracker with the required Standing Order. Not only will this set you up well for the immediate benefits but the long term benefits of being a Fast Tracker.

- Become EA2 and be sure that you make this you minimum rank every month - remember all team leaders are also EA2.

- Become a DD Affiliate. If you do not get an invite from your sponsor send him/her a message soliciting an invite. Do not hold back, do not be shy, be bold.

- Once you become a DD work with your sponsor and your team to achieve you goal of becoming a DTL. Keep on recruiting - Keep on Sponsoring - Keep on promoting TripleClicks.

My suggestion is that you take a look at the requirements to become a Diamond Team Leader. Everything is on the site but I find it easier to focus on what need to be done if I take a writing pad and a pencil (a pencil so you can erase and adjust your strategy as needed) and write down what the requirements are.

Once you've done that you take the requirements one by one and write down what you need to do to meet those requirements and set a reasonable timeline for yourself to achieve them. Use this To-Do list you compiled and tick it off one by one as you reach your goals.

Depending on how strong your team is at the moment you might be able to achieve it very quickly. The challenge to achieve this level is in reality not 100% up to you. The challenge is to take your team with you. Keep in mind your team might not feel the same urgency as you.

Concentrate your efforts on making your movers successful in the shortest possible time and you will advance to Diamond Team Leader in the shortest possible time. In my opinion it is not possible to give you a specific time - like a week or a month. A realistic time frame would be the dates SFI gave you as a Designated Diamond (check your goals tab for these dates).

According to these dates given by SFI it will be years (not months or days) to achieve this. Maybe you are not prepared to wait and work that long before you advance to the top. If that is how you feel - go for it! It will take a lot of hard work and effort but NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE.

We all want to be successful and start making money as soon as possible but my feeling is that I need to be patient and keep going. The stronger I build my business the better my chances are that it will be sustainable. Besides that - what is the next challenge? At the moment the challenge to get there keeps us going.

A structure built on shaky grounds is bound to collapse!

I would say that moving from affiliate to DTL, is a process that requires commitment, hard and smart work, patience and persistence. The recent changes in team leader qualifications have placed more emphasis on team building rather than buying team leader status. Before these changes were introduced one could become a BTL just by earning 3000 versa points (Sales/Purchases plus Action points) without having a single PSA under him or her. In other words, apart from performing all other tasks, we now have to put more emphasis on building a strong team.

How does one do that? Well the answer is not a quick fix because building a team requires investment on your part in recruiting new members. And even when you have hundreds or thousands of new PSAs enrolling, only a small percentage will be active, so much that you have to be persistent in your advertising campaigns to get that magic 5 Platinum Leaders. In other words becoming a Diamond Team Leader does not necessarily have to be achieved quickly but rather progressively!

If you already have active PSAs in your team, you can take advantage of the “Designated Diamond” idea by inviting them to join your PLAN. You will notice that even the PLAN has got goals and a time frame!

There is no such thing as quickest way to Diamond Team Leadership and no shortcut either.

To become DTL you should be reviewing and following the 6 Steps of The Plan to maximize your income and success.

It will take 5 years to reach DTL as per the new DD Program.

So get started now by becoming EA and maintain it every month and follow the Ultra-Simple 3-Step Plan of SFI Basics:

1. Become EA and maintain it every month
2. Sponsor 5 PSAs
3. Teach these 5 PSAs to duplicate you.

Then follow The Plan:

Step 1 .Become EA 1500 VP (any combination of VP from your To Do List)
Step 2: Advance to the rank of BTL, with 3000 VP (min. 1500 sales/purchases) and 1 EA2.
Step 3: Advance to the rank of STL, with 4000 VP (Min. 1500 sales/purchases) and 2 BTLs.
Step 4: Advance to the rank of GTL, with 5000 VP (Min.1500 VP sales/purchases) and 3 STLs.
Step 5: Advance to the rank of PTL, with 6000 VP (Min. 1500 VP from sales/purchases) and 4 GTLs.
Step 6: Advance to the rank of DTL, with 1500 VP from any combination of sales/purchases and 5 PTLs.

You need to sponsor as many people as you can to find at least 5 PSAs who are serious about SFI.

You have to create activity and identify your future PTLs so you can work with your workers.

You keep this up, keep working over 2 years of more as you cannot develop 5 PTLs overnight.

The Quickest way from affiliate all the way to Diamond team leader is as follows:

1) Dive in and learn everything you can up front about the business.

2) Determine that you are going to make this work no matter what else happens

3) Achieve EA, EA2 and Gold Fast Track your first ten days in the business (This implies getting on standing order)

4) Start advertising so that you can teach your team how to do that effectively (The implies setting up a blog or website to promote the business. Advertise for PSAs, ECAs and customers. You want them all.)

In my opinion, there is no quick way to success as there are laid down rules and principles behind every success. That said, we can answer the above question based on the principles behind it

For one to become a Diamond Team Leader (DTL), we must have in our first line 5 Platinum Team Leaders, Maintain our Leadership page and have a Minimum of 1,500 VP from sales/purchases. For this to be possible, we need to sponsor and recruit some PSAs to build our team.

SFI has indeed made sponsoring and recruitment of PSAs easier by the use of marketing aids, S builder units, PSA 2 Go, Advertising on paid or free websites/traffic exchanges, word of mouth, Bid and Build (Price Bender Auctions) , Bidding on PSAs etc. as the sole aim is to get at least 5 active affiliates to become EA2. This is indeed the first approach. Once you have at least 1 EA2 or more, you move to the Rank of BTL.

As a BTL, your next target should be to become a Silver Team Leader. To achieve this, you must have at least 2 BTL in your first line. Having in mind that your 1st line of affiliate should have an active team of their own to aid both parties having matching versa points as Team Leaders and creating Duplication.

To be a Gold Team Leader, you must have at least 3 Silver Team Leader in your first line. Those, 3 Silver Team Leader would at that time have 2 BTL in heir first line there by pushing them higher as well as you their sponsor.

To be a Platinum Team Leader, you must have at least 4 Gold Team Leader in your first line and to be the ultimate Diamond Team Leader at this point, you must have 5 Platinum Team Leader in your first line, Maintain your leadership page and have minimum purchases of 1500 versa points.

To achieve the ultimate Diamond Team Leader rank, we should following the following process:-

1. We ourselves, must be an EA2. This is the first target before we move higher. This is the reception stage as we are trying to become EA2 at the same time, build our first line of EA2.

2. After we reach EA2, we need to recruit some new PSAs, informing them of earning instantly by purchasing the NMP pack which automatically makes them an EA2 in their first month together with all perks attached to being an EA2 in their first month. Not to mention as well as the $100 signing bonus being a Fast-Track Member. This I feel will make them active and would want to rise in ranks. At this point, you are certain to be a Bronze Team Leader. If they copy or duplicate this action to their downline, they equally would be BTLs while you would rise to Silver Team Leaders etc.

3. By sending the DD invitation to your active PSAs, give you a big chance to become a DTL fast as you are working with them directly and communication opened.

In summary, leading by example and letting your Team members duplicate your actions would make you rise to the Rank of a Diamond Team Leader within the shortest possible time as its all about sponsoring and duplication. As you encourage your Team Leaders to be active, show them how you were a success, so that they are encouraged to be successful.

The quickest way to advance from being an Affiliate to Diamond Team Leader rank is by following “The Plan” as stated.

It has six steps that you would require to follow. If you advance rank on rank each month it would take 7 months to reach DTL rank.

For Example:
You join in month one and become EA > month two you advance to EA2 > month three you advance to BTL > month four you advance to STL > month five you advance to GTL > month six you advance to PTL > Month seven you become DTL

To shorten this period,

You join and recruit 5 PSAs immediately and all of them duplicate you and every other member joining in down line generations does the same, all of you can be EA by end of month one and become EA2 by end of month two. Thereafter, you can jump directly to DTL if your First generation is ready for PTL and their First generation is ready for GTL and their First generation is ready for STL and so on till your fifth generation is EA2.

This hypothetically can make you DTL in 3 months. This can be the shortest. It is assumed that gaining VP is not an issue for anybody at any of the levels.

About gaining VP

Highest VP required is 6000 to become PTL. How can you achieve this? What kind of budget would be required?

As per PTL rank qualification norms you have to have 4 GTL under you as first line members. They would provide you with 400*4 = 1600VP

For your daily, weekly and monthly actions you would get 550 VP a month.

For your minimum 1500 VP through sales, if you have a SO for 125 T credits you gain in all 1600 VP.

This makes in all 1600+550+1600=3750 VP

At this stage you would be short of 2250 VP with most of your T credit unused.

If you buy 2 more SO of 100 T credits you would get 2400 VP to take care of the deficit.

In all you spent $36.25+$58= $94.25 (There could be other combinations to reduce this cost)

You would receive commissions from your GTL PSAs (Other PSAs at different levels are not considered here) who would have to buy one SO of 125 T credits and 100 T Credits each.

It would amount to $7.95 + $6.30 = $14.25 from one PSA and $ 57 from four PSAs.

So, effectively you would only spend $37.25 only. This is roughly the amount you are spending at all ranks.

Matching Tripleclick Executive Pool shares and your PSA at other ranks would bring it further down and move you into profits. Any other income or winnings are not considered here.

Isn’t it fantastic to have self belief; determination, teamwork and discipline and reap the excellent rewards for it. This is all your business requires.

It is not right to assume that one can easily advance to the rank of Diamond Team Leader from Affiliate.

There is no short cut or quickest way to achieve this Rank.

If this is that much easy then SFI itself would not have given a time frame to advance from one level to another and ultimately to the Rank of a DTL.

One can not just purchase products or make others purchase products or sell products, or just place a Standing Order for 1500 VP and become a DTL quickly. Purchasing of Leadership Ranks is no more possible in SFI.

The emphasis is on Team Building and building it with at least Five Platinum Team Leaders. Its not quite easy to build such a team over night.

Each of these Five PTLs should develop their own team with requisite Gold Team Leaders and this team building efforts should be there at every Leadership level from PTL to BTL.

Without supporting their down line to build their own Team and advance to the TL status, its absolutely impossible for any Sponsor to grow any further. The Sponsor can grow only when the Team Grows!

Let all of us remember these, remove the idea of becoming a DTL quickly, focus on team building, help the team members to build their own team slowly but steadily. When we ensure this happens we can find that automatically we achieve the DTL status!!
