Here are the best way I have found to go from affiliate to Diamond Team Leader.

1) Show up daily and do all your actions on your To-Do list.
2) Invest in your business by setting up your Standing Order at: https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/StandingOrders
3) Be a Fast Track Member at: https://www.sfimg.com/FT If it is past the first 10 days there is an extension. You can read about this at:
http://news.sfimg.com/2016/01/27/new-fast-track-extensions-program/
4) Use TripleClicks for all your daily purchases that you would buy somewhere else anyway.
5) Read the Alerts, each page on SFI, Forum, and Ask Sc answers daily.
6) Contact your friends, acquaintances, and family that you are in business.

7) Advertise your gateways daily.
Your gateways are found under the black tab "My Acct" and "My Gateways" at: https://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/GatewayList
8) You will need to advertise 3 different ways.
For New Affiliates, TripleClicks, and PRMs (Personally Referred TripleClicks Member).
Some may not want to join SFI but:
a) Will want to become an ECA (E-Commerce Associates Program) on TripleClicks.

b) Will buy, play or bid on games at your TripleClicks website. These will be your PRMs.
9) There are many different methods and Aids to advertise check your black Marketing tab at:

10) Check Ask SC for different places to advertise and "Where can I advertise to get good results?" https://www.sfimg.com/Support/Solution?catid=26444&id=210235
Now that you are a Team Leader, you will receive new CSAs and your advertising has given you new PSAs. This means you must welcome and teach them to do what you are doing by reading:
1) Check out the Affiliate Manager tips from your Training tab at: https://www.sfimg.com/Training/AMTips#logindate
2) "Being A Good Team Builder" by going to: https://www.sfimg.com/Support/Solution?id=207633
3) "How can I be an awesome sponsor and create big income duplication?" at: https://www.sfimg.com/Support/Solution?id=191295
4) Send follow up messages to your team by group mailings, e-cards, and e-mail.
5) Make sure to inform them of any new changes in SFI and answer any questions they may have.
Ways to keep and reward you working team:
1) Set up a co-op for new PSAs by advertising, buying or winning new PSAs.

2) Set up a contest for your team.

Options to reward you working affiliates is:
a) Give an e-book
b) Transfer by reassigning working or PSAs from their country.
