Promote and encourage them to participate in the Fast Track Program that the program is one of the best part that SFI provides. Tell them the importance and benefits of being a Fast Track Member especially for qualifying as an EA2 instantly. And for that we can easily deploy DUPLICATION as the greatest part of the program.

As a sponsor, it is indeed, increases our stature and give us valuable credibility and also as a leader of our team. Lead by example.

In order to do this you need to understand how to make the vehicle go faster. We do this normally by pressing the gas pedal more. In SFI that equates to sponsoring more people and selling more TripleClicks products. Remember, nobody anywhere earns money unless we sell products and services. TripleClicks is YOUR store and means of earning money.

PSA's and CSA's can kind of be viewed as sales reps if you think about it. So the more of these you get it usually means they will sell for you. This is the whole idea behind network marketing. Everyone sells products and services and shares in the profits.

Normally, this type of business is built a little at a time over a period of time, let's say 5 years depending on what you do. However, I am aware of people reaching Diamond much faster. Which means they very well could have just had a lot of money to spend in advertising to get a lot of PSA's. That's one thing that will escalate your business very quickly.

"What is the quickest way to advance from affiliate...all the way to Diamond Team Leader?" Duplication! Train your team and encourage them to train their team. Duplication is not only the quickest way to reach Diamond Team Leader, with the new requirements, it is the only way.
You also have to set the example that you want your team to follow. Do not expect your team to something if you aren't willing to do it yourself. Always remember that you are their leader, not their boss. Encourage them and be courteous. Reply promptly if they need help.
Read, especially the SFI newsletters. You have to know what is going on and the best sources of information are the newsletters and the Forum. I like the Biz Quiz because I am learning a lot from it and I am reading and refreshing my memory on important information. The very first thing that I learned from it was I wasn't quite as smart as I thought I was and that reading before answering is the best policy.
Know the Rules of success and practice them. It doesn't matter how well you know them if you don't use them!
Be enthusiastic about SFI and TripleClicks! Enthusiasm is catching.

What is the quickest way to advance from affiliate … all the way to Diamond Team Leader (DTL)?

Briefly there are two things you need to do: -

1. You need personal sales/purchases each month of 1,500 VP (SVP).

I suggest the easiest (and quickest) way to do this is to establish a budget of $36.25 per month and invest that in a Standing Order (SO) of one pack of 125 TCredits.

That is not very onerous, is it? The cost is less than $1.20 per day – less than the cost of a cup of coffee per day, in fact.

But this will give you the 1,500 SVP you need.

This is the only sales/purchases commitment you MUST make to advance all the way to DTL. (Pretty simple, eh?)

I suggest that you action your SO on the first day of each month. In that way you get your personal requirement “ticked” off and you can concentrate on the second thing you must do – TEAM BUILDING!

NOTE: To advance to BTL you need 3,000 VP; STL 4,000 VP; GTL 5,000 VP and PTL 6,000 VP. BUT for DTL you only need 1,500 VP.

So, on your way to DTL, if your budget allows it for it, you could earn the VP required by increasing the number of packs of TCredits you buy each month – and then use these TCredits to reward your team members’ efforts and to bid on Pricebender Auctions and to play Eager Zebra games.

For instance: - BTL would be 2 packs of 125 TCredits - a $72.50 investment.

For STL just add 1 pack of 100 TCredits – an additional $29.00.

And you could just add one more pack of 100 TCredits to get the VP you need for GTL, then another one for PTL

So it is possible to be “sitting” on PTL, which requires 6,000 VP, with a personal monthly budget of just $159.50.

WOW! Do you know of any other business where the investment is so low?

OF COURSE you won’t have to spend this amount because you will be receiving commissions, which can be reinvested, and winnings from your daily activities in SFI.

But you asked for the quickest way – so here it is!

2. Build your team.

This is where it gets interesting. AND this is where we MUST put the most emphasis.

To become BTL:

You need one EA2 for you to become BTL. That shouldn’t be too difficult – now for the cost of just one TCredit you can invite one of your promising PSAs to go Fast-Track Gold.

Really, for any serious SFI affiliate, BTL will be a “breeze”.

To become STL:

You need 2 BTLs in your first-level PSAs.

Easy – just teach them how you made BTL.

To become GTL:

You need 3 first-level STLs.

Again, it’s easy - just teach them how you became STL.

To become PTL:

You need 4 first-level GTLs.

Again, get them to duplicate how you got to GTL.

To become DTL:

You need 5 first-level PTLs.

Again, teach them duplication.

WOW! Doesn’t this look easy?

Of course, the reality will vary quite a bit – BUT THIS IS THE FORMULA.

I think there is no quickest way to become DTL . It depends on your hard work , luck , efforts and little investment.

Well here how:

1. Sign them all up to you.
2. Let all, including you, sign a Standing Order for 125 TCredits.
3. Select FIVE and send them a Designated Diamond invite which they accept.
4. Select FIVE of the rest and assigned them to one of your DDs. Repeat for the others.
5. Now assign FIVE each to your Level 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.

I think that SFI it's not about how quickest to advance from affiliate to Diamond Team Leader but how to properly , successfully and profitable to cross that way.

To get to DTL needs a lot of learning, working, and some investments also,needs a lot of affiliates with which you need to work and teach them how they could be leaders and successful in this job.

SFI provides us with a range of options from which we can choose the ones we can best position ourselves to make the best we managed to achieve our goals.

So if you want to succeed in this business do not think that the fastest way but think that's the smartest way how to advance to DTL.

It's a long way from affiliate to Diamond Team Leader but as they say Rome is not built overnight but is built and we all know what was Rome.

So do not expect that you can quickly work your way to DTL but I wish you to do it .

If you set yourself a goal you can do it and I hope you will.

Nothing is impossible to advance so quickly from affiliate all the way to Diamond
Team leader position, but there is no quick way I know of by having a short cut.

Here is Rule of success #1 from Gery's direct quote.

Keeping in mind that SFI is always FREE.. meaning, literally, you are never required to purchase anything to maintain your Affiliateship with them.. you must also UNDERSTAND that building a thriving SFI business for yourself.. will require MUCH time and, possibly, financial investment on your part.

Remember, certain requirements have changed. Now, after obtaining the rank of EA, any further advancement in rank requires that you have at least 1 EA2 in your group. So, before you even think about reaching Diamond Team Leader, you will want to focus on building an ACTIVE Team first.. only then can the "quickest way to advance" make sense.

If you have a Team built of ACTIVE members, who are EA2 and above, then you can focus on using your financial resources to advance in rank.. "all the way to Diamond Team Leader!" Likewise, these same financial resources can be used as you focus on building a thriving and active Team for yourself.
