This is a nice question.Based on my experience so far in SFI,the quickest way to advance from affiliate to Diamond is for an affiliate to follow the steps below :

1-Perform the basic,getting started actions and launchpad.
2-Buy the New Membership Pack(NMP) to attain Silver Fast Track.
3-Make a Standing Order to attain Gold Fast Track which earns you EA2 automatically.
4-Work on new PSA you can encourage to reach EA2 to make attainment of Bronze Team Leader an easy one for you.
5-Familarize with the requirements for moving from one leadership level to another and strategize on how to obtain it.
6-The significance of purchases/sales on TripleClick cannot be over emphasized.
7-Share your challenges in the forum to learn from the gurus as far as SFI is concerned to learn experience on how they attain success.
8-Daily, weekly and monthly actions go along way in assisting you to attain your goal in SFI as the secret behind it is Consistency.

Diamond team leaders are successful business people at SFI. They are earning well and influencing other SFI team leaders. That level of success could take about 5 years to accomplish, but someone can advance quicker, in about 2-3 years with it as a full time occupation.

For an affiliate who starts out by making his goal to become a Diamond team leader, the quickest way will depend on his goals and the milestones for accomplishing those goals.

I believe that it will depend on how much time you can invest and how much money you can put into the business.

Next it will depend on your strengths and weaknesses.You can use your strengths and weaknesses wisely to accomplish those goals.

Your strength can be used to speed up the process. Use those strengths and work HARD to achieve your goals.

Utilize all the resources at SFI effectively to maximize return on investment;

Your weaknesses can slow you down, you can work SMART by using the services and resources of professionals. This means investing money to achieve your goals. It will mean hiring outside services, approved by SFI.

You will have to be an awesome sponsor and be able to lead a team by your example.

First, recruit as many people as you need to find at least five who are serious about building a successful business.
Next, use these strategies to help create activity and identify your future PTLs (at all times, remember to -work with the workers. Once identified, work closely with each of your five. Remember that if THEY succeed, then YOU will succeed.

Keep this up and soon your five will find themselves as EAs, BTLs, STLs, GTLs, and finally PTLs…making YOU a DTL. But make sure you focus ONLY on the next rank for them. First of all master the rudiments of the game by knowing or having a working knowledge of SFI. Then become an EA2 and recruit 5 motivated affiliates and guide them to EA status.
Move on to Bronze Team Leadership and help your 5 EAs to become EA2 and encourage them to get their own 5 EAs each. Having a standing order of 1500vp will help to accelerate the process further.
Then move on to Silver Team Leadership with your EA2s becoming BTLs and their EAs becoming EA2s and helping the EA2s have their own 5 EAs each.
Next comes the GTL rank and when you achieve this, help your BTLs become STLs and their EA2s become BTLs and their EAs become EA2s while helping the EAs recruit their own affiliates and guide them to EAs or more.
Become PTL, and your team in their levels: GTLs; STLs; BTLs; EA2s and then EAs.

Then the maximo, DTL!
Climb now to Diamond Team Leadership having 5 PTLs, 25 GTLs, 125 STLs, 625BTLs, 3125 EA2s and 15625EAs.

First and foremost, understand that there is not magic or short cut.

Follow the sfi rules of success

That is a Great Question and Here is my answer
1. Do all your one time task as fast as you can launch pads and sfi basics
so you earn the fast starter bonus only given to the day you join.
Then jump on the one time offer for faster starter only available for first 10 days.

2 Setup a Standing Order for 1500+ VP your first day

3 Setup a co-op standing order for each month for as many co-op
shares as you can afford to do. I did 10 a month for my first to years in SFI
and it was $45 a share then and price is lower now at $24 regularly and
if you have a standing order it is $22. I trust Gery and Bonnie is going to
make sure there good leads after all there name is on them not like them
PSA's to Go or Other PSA's you buy there all from a 3rd party or a ECA.

4 Start promoting from Day One Why Wait your wanting to make money
I been doing it since July 2nd, 1999 and tell my PSA's, CSA's and A2A Friends
you can learn as you go a True Team Leader isn't just going to wait your going
to learn as you go matter fact setup your banners and ADs then go back as much
as you want your looking for others like you wanting it.

It is going to take you to get 5 PTL's to be a Diamond and your going to have to get
people to join you like crazy to get EA2's then teach them to do the samething your doing.
After your first EA2 your be a BTL then getting two BTL's to be a silver
then 3 STL's to be a Gold, Then 4 GTL's to be a PTL, and 5 PTL's to be a Diamond

Its a new year and new rules my friend, I say FOLLOW THE PLAN, pardon me if I just shouted. No more short cuts to becoming a Team Leader at SFI, you have to work strategically and be commited to The PLAN except you have gotten enough money to setup your Team Members upto Platinum Leadership.

Recently the rules for Diamond Teamleadership states that you must have Minimum 1,500 sales VersaPoints and Minimum (5) first-level Platinum Team Leaders, could it be more easier?!! Yes only if you stick with the PLAN and work it out strategically. But yes here are the few strategy to reach the DTL goal. Starting with the basics

1. Setup a Standing Order
This is an important aspect of reaching the goal A minimum of 1500VP or more from sales will make up the total VP in achieveing the goal. This applies to your members who will work with you to reach the goal.

2. Build a Team of Leaders
No more Leadership without relevant followers. You need just 5 first level PSA to become a PTL to achieve this. Look out for those who are determined to go all the way up with you. You must give everything you have to ensure they keep up their Team leadership.

3. Assign Designated Diamond Team Leaders
You need to look out for all those who will qualify for EA every month to assign DD to. Its $200 dollars Sign up bonus for reaching the goals at the right time. This would help them want to grow the business. And as they grow, you grow too and DTL will reach you soon.

4. Use Reassigning Tools
In case you have enough PSAs who are active, instead of leaving them scattered under you, assign EAs to BTLs, BTLs to STLs and this way you have GTLs and PTPs under you sooner than planned. It what I call Team work, "hands helping hands". Try it out.

5. Acquire Enough PSAs
Its already know that out of 100 New PSAs you may only be luck to have 10 who will login daily for a year and maybe 5PSA will continue. Why not join the quest for New PSAs daily by joining the Pricebender Auction, Setting up a S-builder Co-op, and advertise daily and see how much you will earn in a month.

6. Look out for slipping Team Leaders
Its just a matter of time, you will find out that some Team Leaders are slipping off their Leadership Position, always look out for them. Remember to offer them Gift certificate to help them keep up. Sacrifices must be made to reach the top, and they are your ladder to reaching their, if they go bad, you lose your grip as well.....

7. Never Stop Learning
If you must reach the top of a class you need to study hard. If you must reach the DTL position you must be rightly informed as well as you Team. Stick to the Forum for more wisdoms from the " GURUs", study the weekly newsletter, learn more courage. Teach your Team all that you know and they will aspire to be like you, which in turn gets you to you destination.

8. Humble Yourself
Don't be too big to ask your Sponsor for help or direction. He/She can be the right tool to helping you with your quest. Acknowledge him/her in your messages to the Team and anytime you receive from him/her. One PSA from your Sponsor could complete the Team you need to becoming A DTL.

He that must eat the honey from the rock, never looks at the mouth of the Axe....No giving up, no relenting, no slips, look ahead DTL is right in front of you. Keep up does strategies. Be consistent with your daily actions, its a good sign of good leadership and let all PSA follow you.

3. Learn how to be a good team leader by reading all the available articles.

4. Have a strong communication with your downlines

5. Encourqge them all to do the same to theirs

6. Make sure to support all your downlines financially, through idea, communication and more.

7. Try help them see the reason why they should support their downlines downlines and to the deepest generation (meaning this should be yours and their cculture)
