The whole idea is to recruit team members and help provide guidance to them to help them grow and attain the Team leader positions. If you have a team of inactive team members, unfortunately, you will not be able to attain Team Leader positions.

Ensuring that you log in daily and complete tasks and grow your knowledge is a must. This will provide you with the daily, weekly and monthly VP's as well as showing your team members that you are a dedicated business person.

Setting your SO to attain the needed 1500SVP to ensure that you attain your EA status every month.

First you should never rush from affiliate to D.D. You should first go through the steps that is layed out for you by SFI. They have "rules to success" read that first. Become a EA2, build a team, or be a sponsor. Move through the different levels in this business. The more informatoon you know the better it is for you. Lead by example, grow a team. When you show initative, everyone wins. Success isn't over night. You need to prove yourself first, do you have what it takes to be a DD? When you make it to that position you are comitting yourself to grow and be in this business for a long time.

Quickest way?
As I understand THE PLAN in DD program...
Well, for me,
*Positiveness+ Strong determination+ Teamwork.
*Get a 5 active strong TL that could upgrade their rank in shortest time frame.
*Concentration in sales and building or producing more active PSAs
*And then, utilized your reassignment tools to balance the strength of your team.
It will not be that far to reach even tip of standing Diamond.
"A Team that works together, reach the peak of success faster."
This is easy to think and plan the way it is.
Yet, a toughest tasks to go through if you don't have at least a Team.

The quickest way is through Team Building. Team Leadership is all about building a team.
Becoming a DTL is a hard and smart work, because it requires raising five active PTLs and to be PTLs with the recent changes in the new Team Leadership requalification requires great diligence, dedication, perseverance, adequate and true support, relationship and leadership skills.
2. This is by you becoming an EA2, for that is the only way you can become a DTL. When you become an EA2, all you need to do is to raise 5 PTLs in your first level PSAs and you are good to go. Their respective VPs as they advance in rank will pull you up as well.
3. Duplication.
Teaching your team members to duplicate you advances you as well.
4. The DD Invitation.
By sending the DD invitation to your active PSAs, give you a big chance to become a DTL fast.

There is no quick way to DTL. If you own a biz on line and can ask your membership to join SFI, that would help.

If you have a list builder system set up, that will move you along.

Get a plan.Mine is: Get my SO- in as soon as I can in the month.Next, order 10-50
referrals from Tripleclicks. Work with the workers. No new workers? Repeat.I need at least one a month for advancement.Now you are done investing in yourself!

Explain the Fast Track to your new workers.If you can, send a Gift Certificate with 10 days to expire to a worker.

After all, when they are EA2 in their first month you will get more than 1500 vp.

Before I proceed any further I would emphasise that there is no quickest way or a short cut to become a DTL! My concluding paragraph clearly highlights this aspect.
1. First & foremost requirement is to recruit more & more i.e. as many affiliates as possible you in order to find at least five”gems” who are serious about building a successful business.
2 .Follow “The Plan” (url www.sfimg.com/the_plan) ;use these strategies to help create activity and to identify your future PTLs To attain this you have to -work with the workers all the time. Once they are identified, work closely with each of your five. Remember that your success depends directly on their success.
They are the key elements of SFI; make it a point to be always with them, guiding, sharing info and motivating them Stay focused in their progress on a day to day basis!! In the simplest terms possible, your goal is to attain the rank of DTL (Diamond Team Leader). The minimum requirements to be a DTL are:
• 1500 VersaPoints from sales and/or purchases
• Develop 5 PTLs (Platinum Team Leaders) on your first level That’s it
3. Work together as a team, leading by example; exercise dedication and persistence! We need to focus on sponsoring and recruiting the easy and best way to build a team.
The different methods of recruitment of affiliates are as follows:-
a) through PSA’s to go,
b) through S-builder Units
c) through one of our ECA’s in TripleClicks store
d) recruiting through your personal blogs,
e) by placing Ads in your personal domain/ websites
f) advertising through free sites that leads to get free sign-up PSA’s.

4. Promote and encourage the new recruits to participate in the Fast Track Program; this is one of the few programs which can immensely benefit them as well as you . Tell them the importance and benefits of being a Fast Track Member especially for qualifying as an EA2 instantly. And for that we can easily deploy “DUPLICATION” as the greatest part of the plan .Keep this up and soon your five will find chosen affiliates as EAs, BTLs, STLs, GTLs, and finally PTLs…making YOU a DTL. But make sure you focus ONLY on the next rank for them. If they’re only a BTL, focus only on them getting to STL!
5. Conclusion:
At the same time always remember that you cannot develop (5) five PTLs overnight or even in your first two years. It’s a persistent, patience enduring ,gradual step by step process, You will not be able to develop 5 PTLs that easily. Never lose hope but just keep working with “The Plan”, moving gradually towards the goal, and you will get there! At the same time enjoy this journey and reap all the satisfaction & joy in accomplishing your mission to reach the DTL milestone!!

Who has the good fortune to PSA, who work and want to succeed, and sometimes quite simple.
But it certainly is true that it is a hard work, daily tasks in your to-do list, conform to their branches every week and expect a response. If the response does not, it's certainly in the future the right branch for further cooperation. But today, even in this office you get something paid 20USD. When finally you will find affiliates who work, it's good to offer them a contract DD. This is a serious and binding contract when everyone has the right to conclude contracts according to their status. You must be at least EA and EA2 which you are entitled eg. 10 contracts DD and then 12 and so on. I suggest you buy a pack of 125 TC, and you get 1500 VP, therefore, you are guaranteed state Ea and the next month will automatically EA2.
You have to be selective, to someone just did not take place, and then did not work, even if there are sanctions, someone may be this one. Branches with whom you can negotiate well, organize seminars for them, duplicate it, will agree on what is surely the way to the early success of all participants in the top job. God bless you.

SFI goals aren't a magician group ones! They depend of quality in active Affiliates. So to quick advance for our DTL status we need a distributed results process on our own improvements as well as on our team members.
