We all have a ceiling on what we feel we can accomplish, earn and impact the world with on a daily basis. Whatever you believe becomes your truth. Until you breakthrough that ceiling, no matter what you do in your business or your life, you will not see the results you truly desire and deserve. Well, that puts a damper on everything! Get your team to be valued members and part of something special by:

1. Showing them how to break the Millionaire Ceiling...

Newsflash: You cannot make a million dollars doing work that you can pay someone $15 - $20 per hour.

2. Showing them how to create passive revenue, so they make money while they sleep.

3. Showing them how to keep the sales coming in day in and day out, no
matter what!

4. Showing them how to become aligned with what you do, so they can build a business and a life that energizes and excites them every day.

Instead of being the burned out worker-bee in it, so they can have more time to spend with those they love.

5. Telling them to be committed by “Following the money” in the SFI compensation plan.

If they are ready to make a big financial shift and grow their SFI business to the Million Dollar Plus level, and create an beautiful quality of life to spend with those they love, they need to be a part of this very special team. Taking a moment to stop and learn how to create dramatic growth in their business is time very well spent.

6. Telling them that SFI Business Success Depends on Support and Knowing Your Numbers.

Let’s face it, making money and living their dream is exciting. Too many SFI affiliates push sales to the end of their development when building a SFI business. I’m not saying they should not have a great platform and a good website and a solid plan. But I am saying that those tasks should be happening the same time they are developing their sales plan. People get stuck in logo development, website building and all the other items of building a SFI business and often delay sales until everything is finished.

Have communication whether it is by mail, chat, on stream etc. that is friendly, warm and encouraging at key points of your team members experience with SFI - when they first join, taking them through the process of learning about SFI with regular and practical tips, when they ask questions or want direction, recognizing when they achieve at key moments such as Fast Track, EA, and TL levels etc.

Have a focus on motivation by using uplifting language or language that serves to inspire and stretches the potential of an affiliate.

Always connect your team members to the excellent potential of SFI by showing and explaining the Compensation Plan as well as the flexibility and novel method of internet marketing over mainstream work.

Letting your affiliates know they are special and that they are part of a special business venture starts from the very beginning, with a good welcome message. It continues as you communicate with them every week and you congratulate them on their accomplishments and cheer them on at every milestone. Giving them affiliates by placing your movers in co-ops is an excellent way to make them feel special. Sending them a gift certificate once in a while or giving them TCredits also makes them feel special. Be sure to answer any questions they may have and ask them for feedback whenever you write. Above all, never write anything negative or hurtful. Show them, by your actions and your badges, that you mean what you say. Never force them to do things, but show them how they might do things in a better way Just be a friend. That's how you build your team and make them feel that they are a part of something special, because they really are! SFI is a really special business! Make it the most exciting thing both you and your affiliates have ever worked to promote. It really is, you know.

I think there are certain elements that people miss when recruiting, particularly when recruiting on-line, that get forgotten. I have a simple process with just a few steps that seem to make all the difference:

1) Greet each member individiually in their own language, using Google Translate as a tool whenever I don't know the language.

2) Ask each affiliate about his or her living situation, goals, interests, and desires.

3) Focus on helping the affiliate learn how to use SFI, tailoring my strategies to fit what I've learned in step (2), above.

My affiliates' success and happiness are more important than any commission I might earn in the short term--the results pay off in the long term. That's it, really.

The things to do are:
1. Personalize all communication; Always write all messages and newsletter using words and phrases that make it look personal. From your welcome letters, address the letter using their "first name". SFI has simplified this by using the formula "~FIRSTNAME~". This approach makes member reading your message feel valued as well as special.
2. Compliments; Always compliment them, individually, when they achieve any goal or milestone. For my new PSAs, I compliment then,via the instant messenger, when they achieve VP of 100, 500, and 1000. This will make an affiliate know he/she is valued and also part of a special team.
3. Reward; Create a reward system in building a team. People feel special and valued when rewarded. The gift item can be TCredit, PSA, Gift certificate or product within your budget.
4. Open communication; Create an open communication that they can reach you. Always end your correspondences with phrases that show "How to reach you".

Building a team with a common agenda and vision requires a personal touch and charisma that touches on love, well being and care of members.
A leader therefore must have a clear cut vision and mission which identifies with the aspirations of the members.
In this case, we're here for financial, location and time freedom which SFI offers and provides the platform for members, the trainings and incentives and all we need to do is follow the pattern already set.
By pointing out these landmarks to our team members and the need to be patient, consistent and innovative, we invariably will achieve our goals.
When team members follows the lead and enthusiasm exhibited by the leader and knowing they're in SFI for a worthy course- breaking the backbone of poverty for themselves and families and as many affiliates as they bring in under them and they see the transformation in the quality of lives of members, without a shadow of a doubt, they'll come to realise that their participation to making this possible is a worthwhile venture.

Building a team where everyone knows and value the course they are part of is not challenging at all as your leadership role is supported by well informed and motivated member who all are working today to achieve their target goals and objectives.


To build such a team is to continually support and motivate team members to keep on pushing for the best, also identifying individual weak points in some members and make it a tasks to revamp them to be equally enthused as others to have an overall good team.

You as the leader must never give up on your team and tirelessly lead them by example be there for them and keep their ongoing enthusiasm fresh and robust.

I'll start this answer with something my mother always told me: "Communication is key."

Always communicate with your team members. They want to feel needed, like they're a part of something really big. Praise them for their efforts and give them encouragement so they'll feel motivated and inspired to build their businesses. One way to know they're part of something special is if they feel special.
