Building a team where everyone knows and value the course they are part of is not challenging at all as your leadership role is supported by well informed and motivated member who all are working today to achieve their target goals and objectives.


To build such a team is to continually support and motivate team members to keep on pushing for the best, also identifying individual weak points in some members and make it a tasks to revamp them to be equally enthused as others to have an overall good team.

You as the leader must never give up on your team and tirelessly lead them by example be there for them and keep their ongoing enthusiasm fresh and robust.

you can help your Movers on your team to move up to the next level by encouraging them to take a second look at the opportunities the business offers and how they can be involved to make it work.

Some people don't really understand how to go about with this system and some are just taking their time to advance to the next level. But as a leader you are in the position to clearly explain to them the importance of all the levels in SFI and the benefits associated with those levels and how growing in the business will help them grow and income.

People's perception about certain things varies.Some of the PSAs OR CSAs do not really understand the business as it were for most of us talking from experience but with time those that really want to build this business will eventually work at it and learn as they go in no time they will be fully committed in building their business and grow it too.


As a sponsor or team leader you should not give up on them continue encouraging them and be there for them when they finally come around.

Well your question is quite important. You can work hard to achieve something but if you don't carefully apply the principles and Success strategies in achieving that goal, then you will not maximize the highest results possible.

Now with SFI firstly, you can work hard by daily logging to your homepage do all your action tasks and think you are done for the day waiting for tomorrow's log-in again. But you can work smart in SFI by daily logging in, do all your action tasks review either any lunchpad lesson or a section in the SFI basics to be more familiar with what SFI is all about and what effort is required of an affiliate to not just have a Business but the knowledge in building the business and growing it to success. Visiting the forum is also a way of working smart because there you have numerous affiliates you can learn from,in all levels who share their advice, ideas and important questions that can help you with any information you require.
