I wouldnt suggest using either.You are very likely going to use all your tcredits and certainly run out of money very quickly if you do that for all your new affiliates.Some of whom probably wont stay for very long.I think a far better way would be for you to wait and then maybe give gift certificates to those affiliates who are working and reaching milestones you could mention that you would be offering this in your welcome letter.

Personally I think none of these ways is good to use. My reasons for that are:
- Affiliate is not an employee you should pay for working
- Without understanding what T-credit is and what is the use of it there is not any meaning to give it
- These paid ways are not good motivation for people, because they will take it for granted and will want more. This is in human nature.

The new policy of SFI viz. TW (TCredits Welcome) or CW (Cash Welcome) both are same you can say two sides of a coin. You can adopt any one with your new affiliates. Which one you adopt is does not matter, only thing is how you guide them.

You adopt any one as a welcome gift and then trained them how to work with SFI and the benefits of SFI and the different income sources in SFI.

Both ways are good depends how much one can afford to spend.
Cash is definitely easier because it is not restricted. Compared TCredits in use in Triple Clicks.
When this opportunity, I would probably have preferred cash, everything is easier and faster
You do not have to deal with buying Tcredits for use .....

TCredits Welcome (TW) and Cash Welcome (CW), are similar to each other.

In welcoming your new sign-ups, using:

1) TW - you have a choice of giving away 3. 4. 5 , 6, 7, 8 or 9 TCredits to you new members. To me, TW is at least better than CW because that new member will have a chance to play Eager Zebra games, get more understanding of what VersaPoint and Member Rewards Point is, or even they can choose to list their products for sale by using Member Listing program. For one (1) TCredit they could have a feel how ECA program is functioning. You have the option of how many TCredits you like to offer, min. 3 and max 9 per person, to all, 50% or 25% of your new sign-ups, and you can indicate how many TCredits to be offered per day.

With the above experience, they may decide to continue to be active and progress further. At least, we have a chance!

2) CW - 2 TCredits required to activate this. Maximum allowed per day is 50. Also the same, you can offer to all, 50% or 25% of your sign-ups. Yes, majority may be happy to receive cash as their incentive for signing up but its for very limited usage. Most items listed on TripleClicks priced more than the value of 2 TCredits we offered to them. So, spending this cash on SFI is limited. And the process to cash out? if they decide not to spend it on SFI? If this happen, what is the benefits to us, for offering CW?

You decide which is the best because you can only offer either TW or CW at any time.

I think CW is better because firstly it cost less with just 2 TCredit and it is more appealing to your new signing up affiliates for the word Cash is very convincing for them to take action and since they still do not know what TCredit is and what to do with it. Better to give them CW instead.

For Cash Welcome, you only need to spend two TCredits and SFI will making up the difference then your new affiliates will earn a dollar. Wah ! so good.
