Success depends from many things and nobody can guaranty whether you and your business will be successful. If you have determination,passion for learning,patience and persistence you will succeed
How can I make money with SFI?

The answer is: There are six different pathways to earn as mentioned in: “Compensation Plan” at: “https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/CompPlan”:
1) Direct Commissions;
2) TripleClicks Executive Pool;
3) Co-Sponsor Commissions;
4) TCredits Bonus;
5) ECA Royalties; and,
6) SFI Pay-Per-Action.
If we follow the duplication of our sponsor and ask him/her how they are successful you will surely make money. Just by earning VP daily or giving Standing Order each month will not give you any significant income to talk off. You should try to sponsor few active affiliates and teach them what they should do. You should promote TripleClicks product and try to sell the products to your friends and relatives which will give you handsome income. Better if you recruit some ECAs and their product start gaining significant traction in purchase you will be the winner.
To reach success should be every day to work and you need to be patient, komukativni that the best way to introduce people work.
If you have results in the work if you increase your team and you are improving every month to a higher rank.
It takes time to be successful in this business because, SFI is NOT a get-rich-quick business.

Knowledge is power, and that knowledge comes from reading.
An awesome sponsor should be more than a Sponsor, Co-Team member or Team Leader.
When a new PSA is assigned, the sponsor must learn to develop mutual trust and respect.
He must present a warm welcome
Provide support, encouragement, and guidance to your team.
Help them to accumulate 1,500 VersaPoints to become EA and above.
There are many ways in which people get motivated but in the case of SFI, I would say if you want to encourage motivation in your team then:
If you also take part in the forum debates, your team members will be motivated by your presence.
Here are the steps that I communicate to them after welcoming them to the team:
1) It's important to do these steps first, if you have not started doing them already.
a) The "Start"
b) The "Basics"
c) Start your To-Do List.
Encourage them to play free EZ games.
Seek financial help from my up line team.
Encourage them to do daily, weekly and monthly activities

The more you work, the happier you become. This job fulfills. Your work, you earn from the first day and the profit grows every single day.
You work in three valued currencies: VP Versa Scores; TC – credits and MRP – the strongest score. Each VP is part of the dollar, has its value, as on the market, stock or I don’t know how to name it. You do not know the value 1 VP till the end of the month, since everything is related to the amount of the TripleClicksPool. And that is the budget of our company, i.e. TripleClicks is the result out of which your money is calculated for the funding of all of us. At the end of the mount, prior the calculation of the salary, i.e. every 8th of the month, final showdown is prepared, when the exact value of the 1 VP score is calculated as well. Then, our earnings for that month are as far as VP scores are achieved, plus the DC plus the sales of our buyers and the buyers on the site. The first month the earnings are not high, since the first month is only training, but the second month the earnings start to grow, then the third is even higher etc. The earning is related to the number of people we have managed to join and train. If you are willing to know how much money you can earn on monthly base, it is important to know the ranking scale in SFI. Put some effort and who will soon become attached to this work.
