Which is better and why...using TW (TCredits Welcome) or CW (Cash Welcome) with my new affiliates?

The TCredit Welcome (TW) or Cash Welcome (CW) are SFI programs that are designed to be given as an incentive to newly signed up Affiliates with the purpose of encouraging them to be productive in SFI.

As to which is better and why, for me it's the TW, which is more appropriate to be given to newly signed up Affiliates, due to the following reasons:

1. Newly signed up Affiliates will be familiar of the importance of TCredit in SFI;

This is just my opinion; Both T W and CW are better depends upon you because both has advantages.

The T W, they can use right away in participating the auction bidding ( at least they can feel the excitement during the bidding), they can use in playing Time machine, music download, pick a price Zebra games; and after Free Play on card king, KO trivia, and gold streak,

First of all, you should know who you are dealing with before you start "showering" them with cash and perks.
Cash and other perks (including TCredits) are something that should be earned, not given out before you even start to work.
I, myself, would feel like someone is trying to buy me with presents, to stay in their team. For persons with a shred of integrity, it would be, to say the least, offensive.

Which is better T credits or cash welcome? I prefer $2 gift certificate
with 10 days to expire.I get them back if they are not used.

At the end of the month I give 10 T credits to those who are close to
EA or EA2.

If someone is really interested and doing their part,I like helping them
to succeed.This is a personal decision for each of us.

The T credits are returned to you if they are unused, so just plan on it.
SFI is trying to help all

I will say CW.

My experience have told me, that TW is not work as good as waited.

Based on 86 sign ups.
Around 45 % was accept the offer, but had not used it.

Those, who used the offer have the lowest average VP generated. ( 1 VP per TCredit used )
Those, who was accept the offer but not used it have a good average score in VP generation.
But those refused the offer have the best average score in VP generation.

This is a toughy .
By human nature people ,especially newbies to the online business market ,are attracted to the thought of cash.. quick cash.I have used both methods and find the TCredit welcome to be an awesome way to get started ,but so many sign up's don't utilize them,and are returned to me.So i am working the Cash Welcome at this moment with slightly better response as far as now.

I believe the TCredits welcome to be better, since we all usually have a fair number of them available, and by giving the new affiliates a few TCs, you enable them to get a taste for games and auctions.

That is kind of like hands-on training for them, even if only 3 or 4 credits are given. At least they will have a taste of what the credits are for, and mayhaps a better understanding of why they can be so valuable.

And cash availability for new PSAs may be more difficult for

Both means are great to welcome new affiliates, because TCredits are needed to perform most duties on Tripleclicks.com. TCrdeits are used to play games, download and listen to music, participate in auctions. They are also given when competitions are organized for newbies. Cash Welcome is, as it says, upon entry you get cash as a welcome gift. Cash is great to buy products. It is great to buy TCurrency and it is great to give as gift certificates for buying things from ECAS. I hope i have assisted

Well, both has their own unique usage and specialty.
And different person has their own different use..

As for me..
I use TW especially on my Games and PB url links, PRM and Wave url links too.

I prefer to use CW when my prospect is serious to learn and build their SFI business as an Affiliate and forward to Entreprenuer, it helps them to get to FastTrack easily..

You'll get more ideas soon as more replies from our affiliates starts pouring in. So do

I think giving T-Credits or cash to new PSAs/CSAs is not a good idea, simply because they don't even know what they are (TCs) and they don't know the system well enough to be able to utilize the cash well. In my experience it takes a while for one to understand just the basic systems in SFI. Besides you don't know whether the new PSAs/CSAs are going to be active- you don't know them. It would be better to wait until you can determine who is worth investing in to get your return on investment (ROI).
