I'm told to lead by example in SFI...but how can I demonstrate this to my PSAs and CSAs?

As a Sponsor, you need to keep in mind the idea that SFI is my second Business. With this principle in place, you would normally give your business your time, money, and efforts to accomplish your goals. It really helps your PSAs and CSAs when you tell them that your SFI is your second business that you have to work on and invest your resources to gain sure income in the future.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your Business or SFI Account is in the best status for your PSAs and CSAs to see your accomplishments and become inspired to follow you and thus you see the magic of Duplication will benefit you and your Affiliates.
Your SFI Badges displayed on the left side of your SFI Affiliate Center is very important to the eyes of your Affiliates or followers you can say because everytime they get inspired by it and want to duplicate themselves to your achievements.
From my experience, do not hesitate to make your move to the next level like Setting up a Standing Order because this really helps you to go up the next level with SFI. Then, your excellent records will be shown on your Badges for your Affiliates to see.
Make sure you reach the Bronze Team Leader status at least because being a Team Leader in SFI is a beautiful thing! believe me. Know that when you reach your next level status, your SFI Sponsor and the SFI System will help you. You only need to make the decision to go for it.
When you have establish your excellent position or status then you have demonstrated your character to your Affiliates and they will follow you for sure.

To promote your W3 Gateway Links, you can do the following steps:
1. Create your Online Blog Page. You can login to your GMAIL account to create your own blog page on www.blogger.com
2. Copy your Wave3 Gateway Links and post it to your Online Blog Page. I would recommend you add pictures or images to your articles then set the Wave3 Link on the image properties ready for your visitors to click the images.
3. Promote Your Online Blog URL Link to your Social Media Accounts like Facebook or Twitter. You could run a paid advertisement on Facebook to effectively market your Blog link.
4. As an added tip, you can also post your blog link to big network free ads placements for more blog link advertisements.
5. Create a Video and post it on YouTube to include your Blog Link on the Description of the Video and also add comment on your video to make sure that the Blog link is included for the visitors to view your video and click the link.
After a while, you will have an email alert informing you for a NEW TC MEMBER!

To make your SFI Website or Blog page effective, you can do the following:
1. Post Your True Identity on SFI as an Affiliate and state your latest Level like Silver Team Leader and Executive Affiliate. This will add to your viewers trusting your page to be authentic.
2. Post your Sign-up Gateway Links as your first articles shown at the top of your website always and this includes your Invitation Gateway link, TripleClicks Gateway, ECA (E-Commerce Associates) Gateway links (please refer to SFI Your Gateway menu), and Wave3 Gateway link.
3. Post as articles the TripleClicks Featured Products by clicking on the Share & Win link of the product and copy the link to be placed on your Blog article. Doing this action will help you to get more Sales VPs.
4. Post Your Latest Achievements with SFI like getting your Fast Track Membership Certificate.

What is the ONE thing your affiliates struggle with most...and how do you address it?

I would say, my Affiliates struggles with getting their AVPs for the month inorder for them to maintain their Executive Affiliate (EA) Status.
I address this issue by suggesting to them to Setup a Standing Order of TCredit 125 Pack for them to ensure their EA Status every month without them doing anything on their to do list daily.
If in case they can't afford the SO option, I would suggest for them to take action to promote their SFI Gateway Links specially the Wave3 links and TripleClicks.com Featured Products because these actions will earn them AVPs, Sales VP, and Commissions without them doing the purchase.

Knowledge of the internet use is very beneficial to an SFI Affiliate and that includes having an account with Social Media Networks like Facebook and Twitter.
So if your Affiliate is not going to make use of the internet facility then the only choice for him/her is OFFLINE Marketing which will take time and efforts to fulfill their goals.
However, if I am the Sponsor of that Affiliate, I will do my best to help the Affiliate by providing the needed resources on the internet like creating Blog page and Facebook and Twitter Accounts for the Affiliate. Even to the point of giving them detailed instructions by email or chat to really help them create the necessary resources to market their Gateway Links. It is tough, but your efforts as a Sponsor will surely payoff after all this is 100% done. After all, this is the main reason we as Sponsors are here in SFI. Help our affiliates to grow.

One way is to post your Gateway link for the PrivacyMaxx product into your SFI Blog Page and them share your Article link to your Social Networking Sites like Facebook and Twitter for your friends to see and click on the pictures to get to your Blog site to later go to SFI site for more details and possible sales.

Which is better and why...using TW (TCredits Welcome) or CW (Cash Welcome) with my new affiliates?

I think CW is better because firstly it cost less with just 2 TCredit and it is more appealing to your new signing up affiliates for the word Cash is very convincing for them to take action and since they still do not know what TCredit is and what to do with it. Better to give them CW instead.
