There is a second change program available in which affiliates who are knocked out within the first 5 rounds can buy their way back. They can get back into the contest by attaining the rank of Bronze Team Leader (BTL) within their 60th day of joining SFI. Make sure you explain this.

If they missed the second chance, business must go on.

Disappointment is an indication that the person is motivated and wanted to do better. Continue to support and encourage.

Show him/her other opportunities for excelling at SFI.

His role at SFI has not changed, nor his compensation plan, this means he can set goals to become a Team Leader. Encourage him/her to use that competitive streak to build a team and advance up the ladder.

These affiliates are your ideal downline members, so don't ignore their efforts. Acknowledge achievements and reward them.

Assign him/her active PSA's, if possible. Include them any advertising Co-Op.

Sure its disappointing but always remember The E365 contest is simply an incentive to get people working on their SFI Business. The E365 is not crucial to success in SFI. Yes it helps but it’s not crucial.

One of the rules talk about a second chance to re-enter the program after being eliminated during the 1st 5 rounds of the contest. They must attain BTL within the 60th day of joining SFI to re-enter the contest and must remain BTL.

I too was eliminated from the E365 but lucky for me, my Sponsor pointed the second chance out and I was able to re enter the competition as a BTL. I didn’t win though.

Being a finalist in E365 contest is definitely a great motivation for anyone but that is not all. It is just a part to help you achieve or win some additional aid to make yourself successful at SFI.

If at some point due to any reason you could not qualify for it, your determination to succeed should not be taken away. Rather you should have the vigor to succeed with or without it. Your concentration should be at the bigger picture to earn more commissions and take steps towards its achievement.

Further it also alerts you to inform your team members about the importance of it.

If a particular active affiliate faces this situation, as a sponsor I would definitely make it up for their efforts through my co-op and timely distribution of gift certificate. You can also help them with some T Credits and re-assigning some PSAs.

Further, you need to understand that SFI is for your life and beyond and E365 ends in a year or two at the maximum.

During different stages of the Competition, you can monitor the performance of your affiliates who are in E365 and guide them appropriately.

Despite all these, if any affiliates get knocked out of the E365 at any stage, its basically because of their not following your guidance based on your thorough understanding of E365 Rules.

When that happens, make them understand how they missed it.

In case its possible for their "come back" due to following SFI rules then guide them to do it.

Conclusion:

If nothing is possible despite your best efforts, then explain to them politely, what went wrong where!!

Give them enough confidence that nothing is lost and that SFI business is basically a "Long Term" one. They can continue to do their best by following the SFI Rules of Success. From your side, support them to the best of your abilities, inspire them with incentives, motivate them with your performance and help them to build their own team, grow and succeed.

Once they start growing and earning slowly but steadily:

1. They will never look back;
2. They will never think what happened earlier;
3. Their focus will be only towards: Growth/Success & Big Earnings!!!

I am my E365 Class Champion.

I held the #1 position from the start and relinquished it only twice, in the third month and in the 8th month, but regained it as quickly as I could. I made it a goal to be the champion and did so.

However, I also realize that, some new affiliates may not always see the importance of the E365 Contest until it is rather late, although the competition is preeminently featured for both the affiliate, their sponsor and co-sponsor. There is a constant reminder that is visible to the affiliate and their direct upline, to stay above the green line and remain in the contest. Still, many affiliates drop out of the contest before the 6th and final round begins on the affiliate's 31st day with SFI. .

But, it is not a total loss, yet. There is a second chance. If an affiliate is eliminated from the E365 contest and wishes to get back in, they have the opportunity to do so. The details are outlined in the "Second Chance Program" within the E365 rules:

Every sponsor needs to be familiar with these rules and be ready to help their affiliates, if not to stay above the green line, at least to offer them the alternative for getting back into the contest.

You may tell your affiliates who got eliminated in the first 5 rounds of the E365 contest, that, if they wish to get back in the competition, they need to reach the rank of Bronze Team Leader (BTL) within their first 60 days with SFI. They will be inserted back into the competition if they meet these requirements.

They will be included into the Finalists Drawings and will remain eligible until the end of the contest when they reach their 365th day with SFI. However, there is a clear condition to this. The second chance affiliate has to always maintain the minimum rank of BTL. If at any time, they were to lose that BTL rank they would be permanently eliminated from E365.

I would tell them that there can only be one winner of E365 out of the whole Class
and that many others would have also wanted to have been the winner too.

They are still winners in their own right, because the fact that they are disappointed must be because they have tried very hard and had the incentive and determination to go for it, that in itself is "The makings of a Winner".
If they have gotten that far to reach so close to becoming an E365 Winner they are on the right track.

I would encourage them and praise them for what they have already achieved and to continue with that winner mentality, keep focused on their dreams and don't allow the fact of not having attained E365 Winner to hinder there path to success.
Many,( if not all...) Great Successful Business men and women had and possibly still at times have disappointments, but because they don't give up, they are in the world of Success today.

What you must realise that out of everyone who joins on a certain day, only one can be a winner of the E365 competition.

What you also need to realise that even though you are not an E365 winner, you are a winner in other ways.

Explain to your team that to win the E365 competition earns you a Prestige Badge for your home page. However all is not lost.

If you are in a position to win the competition, you must be working well and are fairly well up the ladder of success. Celebrate this success. Even though you were not a winner on this one occasion, you can be a winner on many other occasions by climbing up the ladder to success and achieving Team Leadership Status. In my opinion, being a Team Leader is very, very rewarding and is in itself, a status symbol.

I will tell affiliates who got knocked out of the E-365 challenge contest not to easily get frustrated because win or lose we are all winners in any contest. We always gain and learn something from any contest. It makes us stronger and become more creative.

Remember, it’s trying to win in a contest that is more important than winning. For example, in the process of trying to stay above the green line in the E-365 challenge contest, we learn more about how SFI works. We see how important it is to earn as many VersaPoints every day.

I will advise my affiliates who got knocked out of the E-365 challenge contest to move to Bronze Team Leader status to get back to the E-365 contest track. And then find more ways how to earn more VersaPoints so that they could end up with the highest VP score at the end of the contest period.

Without a doubt, in the beginning of your time at SFI, E365 contest is not just fun, but it proves challenging to stay in contention!

For those who are truly wanting to take advantage of the prizes, or even the top prize, and fail to stay in the contest, there is a Second Chance Program designed to allow them re-entry!

Here it is:

SECOND CHANCE PROGRAM
All affiliates who joined SFI on or after the debut of E365 on August 1, 2011, if eliminated from the contest during the first five rounds, may get back into the contest by attaining the rank of Bronze Team Leader (BTL) within their 60th day of joining SFI. Upon meeting the BTL qualification, affiliate will be immediately inserted into the Finalists Drawings and will remain eligible until affiliate's 365th day in SFI provided affiliate maintains the minimum rank of BTL. If at any time affiliate loses their BTL status, the affiliate is permanently eliminated from E365.

Now, should they fail to maintain BTL throughout the remaining 11 month time frame, there is yet more hope for them. I have cheered the E365 Champion that comes in at the Number 2 spot in his/her class. This happens when someone gets a slow start. Maybe they learn slower, maybe they had something personal come up, which distracted them from SFI.

Maybe it just occurred to them later in the game just what an opportunity they had their hands on. Somehow, they learned what was possible, and lit a fire under themselves, and took off with the attitude we all should have every day, the winning attitude. The attitude that says, "I CAN do this, and I will."

Everyone comes in with equal footing, the possibility, the opportunity. It is the same for me as it is for you. No matter our circumstances, it is on you, or I, to make of SFI what we CHOOSE.

Personally, I am the best cheerleader, and a great supporter of each of my PSA. I want to see them reach the top tier of SFI. Not just for me, but for themselves, and their affiliates. Everyone loves a winner!!

Many of the most successful members of SFI were not even finalists in the E365 contest and even winning your round does not guarantee success.
E365 is a great motivational tool with some awesome rewards but it is only a small part of the program after all.
The key is to set your goals and keep working towards them on a daily basis using whatever tools and chances present themselves today.
If each of us does this as a matter of choice or habit we will win over the long term.
5 personal recruits can be the basis of a great team and those 5 people can be in your backyard at the moment. It is our attitude and perseverance that make any endeavor a success!
