The E365 competition is good because it has the potential to keep you up to speed with those affiliates in your class in particular and in some cases, in your SFI business in general. As you progress in the competition you earn valuable VP and when you ultimately win the title you receive a plaque for distinguishing yourself and a cool badge which are important recruitment and duplication tools. Also, as a winner, you will be qualified to participate in the Finalist Draw for a period of time.
However, missing out in all these is not the end of the road as far as your SFI business is concerned because there are many successful affiliates who were knocked out of the competition. The bottom line is to remain focused, determined, hard working and persistence going forward and not be discouraged as a result, but you may need to still encourage your affiliates who are knocked out of the competition by telling them the following:
1. The ultimate measure of a man/woman is not how many times he/she falls, but their ability to rise again after each fall and liken the situation to many successful and world renowned business people like Bill gates who were college drop outs.
2. Tell them to focus on building a successful team and to aggressively engage in TC sales in order to earn good income. Let them know that the ability to earn leverage and residual income in the most important success in this business and that the E365 competition is a bonus which may not necessary turn them to successful SFI affiliates.
3. Tell them to look at the affiliate profile of very successful SFI affiliates and they will be surprised to see some of them are not even E365 finalist, not to talk of being champions. Tell them to visit the Power Rank Leaderboard and the Country Leaders Leaderboard, where they will see that some of the top 10 affiliates are not or were not in the E365 competition, so if these affiliates can be that successful or can achieve such milestones, why not them also.
4. Tell them to learn from their mistakes and to use the experience to guide and support their team to engage and go as far as possible in the competition, and to eventually win it. This will be another achievement for them if they successfully guide and support their teams to achieve what they could not, of which as sponsors, may stand to derive some benefits too.
5. Tell them you are here to help them achieve higher glories than the benefits E365 competition and not to allow themselves to be distracted by this singular failure, but instead to open up and work with you in order to overcome many more challenges in the future as this will be a better way to secure their financial independence; by looking forward and not backwards.
To conclude, I must emphasise that as a sponsor you need to do all you can to ensure you support and assist your team members to appreciate the significance of the E365 competition and to progress accordingly, from the very day they joined, otherwise it may be too late to bring them back on track when they go astray.
